And the judicial branch is blocked for most as the internal agency appeals process is under control of cabal contractors blocking appeals from being answered or heard by judges and files disappearing as I have had no way to stop as no govt allowed to stop ongoing felonies inside contractors.
One dos not go to court first, as there is an agency appeal process one has to go through first..
All I had to do is find out why judges not obeyed and still are not by going up the hierarchy until THE TRUTH WAS REVEALED NO GOVT ALLOWED TO DO THEIR CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED JOB.

I have had no help from any member of Congress since 2005, when Sen Inhofe found out he was not allowed to help me and stopped by the powers in DC he succumbed to since..(scared off in severe outcomes??) We pause to remember a first lady, Barbara Bush whom I met as a little girl in Topeka ..as have shared it here before in-law of an ex in-law .and later in law of another in-law. etc. and direct way on back and not sure I can chart it all out.... .. .. I cannot agree with all that has occurred in the political realm in my life time but the real judge of history will have her now and pray for good outcome for her.. Some are already on line listing all the sins of the Bushes and its out of our control now for those who have moved on and all of us should be looking in our own mirrors.. of what we did or DID NOT DO . has had bad outcomes and our next actions. should be our concern as we remember the good and over some what was not so good in our own lives and ancestry. .
. Many have been engulfed in a lot that is not good and just no way for them to find their way out once entrenched.. Jeremiah of the Old Testament seems to refer to her as Beautiful Jerusalem the joy of the world, but yet a cup of trouble instead. and it is right now.. as who is fighting who and not just one or two or three entities or more seems to be involved Hope our generals have this straight as I don't but a good idea of chaos is the beast system's way to win.. all chaos in the area of the world revolving in the areas of the world she is in.. This is scripture that comes from over 4 thousand years ago as Moses is leading the people our of slavery in Egypt and one who receives the spirit of the Divine and will not harm Israel as they are in the desert as his master ordered done... begins to share what has been shared with him... Those who have done bad to Israel will be under an end time curse for destruction... it seems.. and is it some vengeful deity or is it the hatreds become ingrained in a people and these are some the Giants of the fallen who came back after Noah who had moved into the land during the 400 years they were in Egypt, as the Bible calls then the Anakim.. Salvation offered to all and one accepted and the others taught hate to their descendants instead??)

Pray for censorship of me and others by some be ended and know we only wish good for all and all [participate in the process of self governing through You.. and pray for food and water and shelter and healing be available in safe forms ... for each and all in this world... as the needs get greater for what we have let ourselves get into for not following You and Your teachings for us...
