Obama said he was cutting cooking classes. as he cut crucial mental health services. and also left another loop hole out there for those convicted by a military court for domestic assaults out of the back ground checks.
Its why Obama must have just signed whatever the puppet masters wanted him to sign and never checked things out for himself.
