This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002. and today the Medicare contractor which has engaged in hacking of bi weekly employer posts to the system by ones employer since COUP OF 2002 to facilitate the theft of Medicare by illegal deals with primary payers who do not wish to pay.
Government contractors are not subject to internal audits nor criminal investigation since then , as all non DOD contractors are by act of Congress in 2002 ADMITTED TO DISPARATE PUNITIVE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ME AND OTHERS TARGETED. Three of them are me and mine on my primary employer group health plan..
ON 10/25/16 when I began daily calling to verify the meltdown of the Medicare system as the cyber cloud fines human thievery illogical and keeps trying to repost the real info from my personnel office at the US Department of Labor, which has been verified as accurate by three Medicare judges and 35 others in multiple agencies have affirmed matters related to my status and permanent medical at FECA ( federal workers comp,) but not yet put on permanent disability by them as Lynn Blodgett named by all as the head of this cabal of international companies now in dictatorship of the USA from local to federal and even President Trump has the gate locked to drain the swamp of corruption by Congress since the COUP of 2002. OF BOTH PARTIES. who have an self imposed unconstitutional gag order on themselves not to mention , contract or have a contractors testify to find out the whole truth of data and records no one in the real government can verify as this cabal owns and control all o our data and files and even our phone calls and e mails and surveillance photos etc. as THEY ARE THE UNACCOUNTABLE SNOOPERS. NOT THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO CAN BE PROSECUTED FOR ILLEGAL USE..
Congress broke their trust with the nation and people and entities to not protect our personal government data and files by allowing hacking to go on and misuse and thefts to occur in our names as well as deadly obstruction of medical care that occurs when ones personal employer pots are messed with in billing data bases and other medical records files. NO HIPPAA LAW OR ANY OTHER PROTECTIONS EXIST INSIDE A CONTRACTORS OR THEIR SYSTEMS. Our most private info can be sold on the open market or shared with ones employer or whom ever they wish and even worse is the illegal deadly mess of co mingled files of others has cost lives and one has no way to get a copy let along any way to get the deadly mess corrected. I have been told here is at least 4 others records co mingled in my medial and one has far differing diagnosis and health care issues and has caused me near fatal and discrimination over that one file.
This is the data base that is used for ones medical care especially in busy emergency rooms and one specialist I saw used it with near fatal results. yet the medical community has to pay huge sums to protect the records in their own facilities and systems and pay Lynn Blodgett et al auditors to makes sure they are. secured or face horrible fines and penalties... Most assume their medical info is private and none exists once a claim is filed and none does not ounce it leaves the doctor or hospitals data base onto the national one. We were lied to that in 1999, this was to be used for medical research which is harming all as it would not be accurate with co mingled and typos of even diagnosis altered by one digit or letter altered I have a similar sounding medication mixed up with another.. that has been nearly given in a hospital setting with another possible fatal outcome and mentioned more than once over the years as in their.. and took a different one at one time for a one time illness. . I recognized the pill did not look like one I took and asked and caused the routine upset as they had to verify that was not what the attending doctors intended but was in the data base. etc.
Our very lives can be ended or have life long serious injuries in a few seconds of a breach of security of our records.. MURDER BY COMPUTER IS VERY REAL IN THESE TIMES and makes it crucial that we not have our records compromised and all have due diligence to maintain the security of our most vital records of individuals..
And when ones health plans and employer status gets altered on the Medicare data base, then ones Doctor has no idea which health plan to follow to prescribe treatment as they know if its not covered you will not be able to afford to get the care.. and they adapt and improvise to come up with all kinds of ingenious ways to provide the needed care in some way.. working with what you have.
THE CURRENT MEDICAL HEALTH SYSTEM DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE A 'CADILLAC PLAN' IF ONES INSURER IS NOT ONE MAKING ILLEGAL DEALS TO DUMP ONTO MEDICARE AND SUCCEEDING IN DOING SO ACROSS THE BOARD.WITH BCRC CORPORATE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..
AS WHY SHOULD SOME GET THE GOOD CARE ONE NEEDS AND OTHERS DO NOT BASED ON HOW MUCH THEY CAN AFFORD TO HAVE IN HEALTH CARE COVERAGE. The poor or under insured get discriminated against and they are usually in the civil rights protected classed of age and minority disabilities classes.. in the current system .. best care is not always the most expensive if one can get it using alternative means..
These are the issues not covered by Congress and its the first step to fixing health care for all. I have just shared.
Me and mine have adequate health care plans. but they have been allowed to get the official files altered to get out or paying and that is lying to Congress of the truth of what is really going on in health care and they pass bad laws that do not work based on the unverifiable data. as we pay more an more in premiums and this cabal crates more ways to shuffle data around with more taxpayer funded contractors to scheme and scam as well as illegally dip into the US Treasury and help themselves by going off line.. and have done so as documented but not officially by search warrants. as Congress does not allow the theft of the USA to be stopped and thieves arrested. if they are a government contractors from local to federal .as much at even the local level is federally funded. .and states unable to oversee them.. EPA not allowed to 'audit; by taking a sip of water in Flint , Michigan' to find out if the water was as good as reported by this cabal's management company .. is how all of us are affected. not just some old and disabled with Medicare cards, which I am focusing on as it affects me and mine directly.

no change still manually hacked and showing four fake blues and real one not on there , but Medicare primary which is not the bi weekly post from my personnel office in house programmers. at the US DOL. no new claims paid illegally or legal .. as since COUP of 2002 system are rigged and medical community lied to and sold bogus info so they are do not file conditional payment and get the monies back from the primary payers. who are to pay. Conditional payments, have to be a paper claim as the system is rigged not to take one.. since 1/06 and it means the medical community and patient have no legal risk of overpayment as its then up to the government to get its money back no entrusted to BCRC , of the former Group Health Inc. of NY WHO ARE THE HACKERS AND FACILITATORS OF THIS MAJOR ON GOING THEFT AND WORKING AGAINST THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES WHO ARE TO BE STOPPING WHAT THEIR OWN COMPANY IS REALLY DOING. AS A RICCO CASE .
But if they do not. then the patients heirs inherit the overpayment and Lynn Blodgett nor in control of Social Security which is to do the easy waivers for this kind ,(like stolen credit card) will not process one since he took over. MAYBE THEY ARE UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S DESK IN DALLAS.. AT HIS INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS.?. and SSA has been hacked and Congress begged publicly for authority there from highest officials and they will not let the hacking there be stopped. the letter should have been FRONT PAGE NEWS OF THE NEW YORK TIMES OVER 3 YEARS AGO .. BUT ones finds it linked to this site from the official government site.

The last call each day is to their call center to give DUE PROCESS FOR VIOLATIONS OF LAW ,JUDGES ORDERS TO STOP HACKING AND RECOVER MONIES AND. STOP VIOLATING THEIR CMS CONTRACT TO NOT ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST AS ITS BEEN ILLEGAL TO DO SO SINE 1994 AS ITS WIPING OUT EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. ON THE SYSTEM AND ONE MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE THEM IF NOT ON THE SYSTEM WHEN ONE GOES FOR MEDICAL CARE... and meets some of Lynn Blodgett's companies managing the hospital and doctor or clinic etc. and then audited by his also .. as they are paying extortion sums for bogus info to Lynn Blodgett et al over and over to each and all and to his clearing houses and he is he info giver to and now controls the system as sub contractor of BCRC .
Why is it so hard to get the info from my own criminally altered billing records when our medical records are not private for any of us and can be sold on the open marker as many found out a few years ago..
During the Hobby Lobby court case over paying for birth control by employer plans, many women found out that their employer knew if they were using it or not and woke up to this fact of no privacy really exists outside of the place they got medical care.
Few know in the USA and much of the rest of the world that their lives and livelihoods are endangered by this entity ... as the lazy media does not find out and says the government did this or that when it usually is the contractor which can do as they please and does not get the name or find out who is the real owner of a shell company or major stock holder. etc.
Today I reached the OHIO BCRC CALL CENTER AND IT WAS HORRIBLE AS THEY HAD MY HACKED FILE ONLY OF MEDICARE PRIMARY AND WOULD NOT SAY WHERE WAS THE REAL ONE THAT 1-800 MEDICARE(General Dynamics ) Had just seen from my employer.. and back on 10/25/16 they had a red swath across by screen and Homeland security monitoring them to make sure they did not alter those as they were trained that that meant that ones employer was posting.
A different story today with no HOMELAND SECURITY AROUND. and they are now creating a dual bogus screen to sell to the medical community with Medicare primary and hiding the real one. I was insistent and every time the woman that answered would tell a lie or misinformation I stopped her. and its was a lot.. SHE DID NOT WANT TO KNOW SHE WAS GIVING OUT MISINFORMATION AS TRAINED TO LIE.. AND ITS HORRIBLE TO MISUSE GOOD PEOPLE LIKE THAT.. to have to lie in order to have a job. . even insisting we go through the questionnaire to Alger the post. when she had just said it was blocked. which is illegal as she has the employer post and kept asking what do you show from them and who is the contract person at my employer .. etc. as the system is not as the taxpayer paid for that is to show that. to try to get her to wake up and recognize her false training when the truth is before her to figure out.
THE RED SWATH IS THOSE TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST INSTEAD AND THAT SEEMS TO BE EVERY INJURED WORKER OR THOSE WITH PRIMARY PLANS?.. whomever does not wish to pay or other illegal intent.. . BLOCKED WHEN ITS THE BOGUS SCREEN THAT IS LOCKED.. IF THOSE OF US THAT ILLEGAL DEALS AGAINST US TO HACK AND STEAL ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE THE RED SWATH. THEN WHY IS THE BOGUS SCREEN THE ONE THAT IS BLOCKED FROM BEING ALTERED AND OF COURSE THE SYSTEM IS IN MELT DOWN WITH THE REAL POSTS BI WEEKLY FROM THE US DEPT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE AND ITS BEEN VERY SECURE. THE BEST SO FAR AND WHY THEY HAVE TO CREATE DUAL SCREENS TO HIDE THE REAL ONE. and fooled HOMELAND SECURITY ALL LOST YEAR UP UNTIL 10/6/16? THEY GOT DUPED BY AN INSECURE ANTIQUATED SYSTEM so how safe is the USA from those terrorists from off shore invading the USA.?
If Medicare is primary then THE WORDS OUT OF HER OWN MOUTH DO NOT MAKE LOGICAL SENSE. AS HERE WOULD BE NO EMPLOYER..POST. AND HER REASON FOR THE US DOL POSTING AND BEING MY PERSONNEL OFFICE IS THAT IS HOW IT WORKS FOR THOSE UNDER FECA. AND SHE DID NOT SHOW THE WORKER COMP THAT ENDS WHEN I DIE AN EARTHLY DEATH. .
Eventually she transferred me to a supervisor.. and I explained and begged to stop the hacking crimes how her company may have brought down half the world Internet if they are on Amazon cloud. as some info linked to this cloud correlates with a meltdown s of my own and probably others posts records on line in a cyber war with both dual screens at war. . the real and bogus after the bi weekly post and at the same time was the massive outage there IN THE BILLING SYSTEM .WAS IT MEDICARE'S INFO IN THE SAME CLOUD OF INFO??? '
She did not know.. and I will try to find out.. BUT I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REAL SCREEN . as over at the other call center it was deleted with the benefits open not terminated to sell the bogus one. She then said that the call center employer do not have access to all and I said how can they coordinate ..? if they do not... And all still I do not know , and they are to know.. that I do not get put through the questionnaire .. as I am to get told what my employer posted and whom to contact there if I think its wrong. Mine is accurate and three Medicare judges have said so and ordered the recovery get done.. and they will not do what they are contracted to do for the USA. ..
and the nice people in that unit is blocked by the system from doing so saying they have tubs of our claims on me and mine to send out letters and the system is rigged to not generate the letters.
THEY HAVE BLOCKED THE LEGALLY REQUIRED ACTION FROM BEING DONE TO GET THE MONIES BACK AND THE RECOVERY PROCESS SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE NEAR TOTAL OVERTHROW OT THE USA AS THE US DOL HAS NEVER GOTTEN A RECOVERY LETTER TO ANSWER AND SEVERAL DID GET OUT S FEW YEARS AGO AND WENT TO LYNN BLODGETT AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE TO US DOL TO ANSWER . ORDERED NO MORE SENT OUT TO HIM... AS HE IS LEGALLY REQUIRED TO GIVE THEM TO THE US DOL AND THAT WOLD END HIS CONTRACTS AS GROUNDS. AS THEY THINK AS FALSE INFO FILED HE IS PAYING MINE AND OTHER BILLS FOR YEARS.AND HE HAS IT RIGGED THAT MEDICARE IS PAYING ??? is what is coming to light from all kinds of sources I have shared her but not the names as that will be turned over to the US Atty if ever we have the authority in the USA to prosecute this cabal stealing and ending lives with their illegal acts. and other real harms being done. OR THE EEOC of offenders. they already have those names for years of filing and no one docketed in by their contractor Lynn Blodgett for a civil rights. as HIPPAA does not apply to a contractor as even our insurer are ones now.
She finally said that the real screen was on there and open etc. of my FECA and FEHB Blues and open and I said... and what date of injury do you show. AND SHE GASSED AND HUNG UP ON ME.. I do not call people liars easily but,, I HAD FINALLY ASKED A 'TRICK' QUESTION AS I KNOW IT WAS NOT OPEN AS IT WAS HIDDEN OR DELETED FROM THE SCREEN BEING SOLD. as already verified at 1-800 Medicare and not seen by her own employee. AND SHE WAS NOT EVEN SEEING THE REAL SCREEN AT ALL... or she would have either the real one of 1/10/89 they are to be using. and must for any recovery letter as its DUE PROCESS LETTERS. AND THEY HAVE USED THE DATE ONE GOT PART A MEDICARE FOR Years so claims do not get filed as conditional payments and get missed. for recovery . on every one with a liability case as memos have been sent out over and over and CMS KNOWS AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS BUT CANNOT ENFORCE ITS OWN LAWS AGAINST THEIR CONTRACTORS. by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002 .. Dallas region. seems to have no info even or their official info training sites. anyone can sign up and get via e mail.. AND THEY ARE NOT DOING HIS JUST FOR MY ONE CASE.
This is punitive, disparate treatment against this ole, disables woman whose faith says life is precious and even hers and mine are under the one I worship. Every time one persona in a call center passes on false info they are intentionally trained to get out it makes it harder and harder to stop the 'brainwashing of this cabal to even get them to read the real info and laws and policies and regulations of the real government and not THE LAW OF LYNN BLODGETT THAT DIFFERS

Under the US Constitution we have a better system than any in history have had. and those we have elected to take care of things for us have not upheld their oath or promise to us to uphold that precious document that we are to be governed by that mandates "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.." both badly shredded now. but we still have A CONGRESS WHO CAN MEND IT BACK TO REVIVAL IS THEY CHOOSE TO ACT FOR US AND THE NATION. It took 3 phone calls to get 10 minutes of info today on the two screens of info . real and bogus one they are getting first when my info comes up..
call 1. Bogus screen has Medicare primary and the fake blues of 22 identified now.. used in a manual hack was HCSC/BCBS OF OK and fake ID of OFEPOK0102 This is an impossible policy as it mixed state regulated policies and OK blues does' not sell Feds our policies, .and if billing people get this fake info transferred to them and do not catch its not my real policy then they co pay is denied as no such policy and we get collection letter. and the whole is overpay if not a conditional payment as a paper claim.
then the horror began trying to get the info about the real screen .. They must have seen it as was told illogical info that THE EMPLOYER POST IS SEEN AND MEDICARE IS PRIMARY .. and its would not be primary for one with an employer.. and got hung up on. .
call 2 recapped what was on there from the bogus screen and hung up on with no info from the real one
call 3 call SW in Dallas who ordered the system hacked as judges defied and contract to be violated. etc. and the whole recovery process shut down on all and did not even know what a conditional payment is or that the system will not process one electronically since 1/06 as their total info comes from their buddy down the street Lynn Blodgett etc.? as named verbally and in writing by many from the highest levels. .. they have none of the official info from their own agency is what has been the info spewed out from there.. Unlike other regional offices I have contacted. for help. in the past.. and did yesterday .. where they do not go by law of Blodgett et al but if they do not know, they go find out from official sources.
I got transferred to supervisor who did tell me that the real screen was on there and real info and open not terminated at all but "d" FOR WHAT EVER IT MEANS AS NO ONE HAS BEEN TOLD FOR SURE. some say deleted but she showed the date of 10/6/16 which is when the bogus screen was created in an insecure system of DUPLICATE SCREENS. that breaks all kinds of security when one is to have one and no other. . like old time organized criminals with two sets of books. one for IRS and the other is real.. EXCEPT THIS IS IN REVERSE WHERE THE BOGUS ONE IS SOLD AND MADE PUBLIC AND THEY HIDE THE REAL ONE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE MASSIVE THEFTS NATIONWIDE IN AN UPSIDE DOWN WORLD...
IN ONE MORE WAY THEY HAVE DONE SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. BUT NOW IS THE FIRST TIME THEY CAN HIDE THAT ONE HAS AN OPEN WORKERS COMP CASE FROM THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY .. AS LYNN BLODGET HAS CONTROL OF ALL OF THAT NOW IN THE USA AND HE IS REDUCING COSTS OVER 50 % IN THREE YEARS BY GETTING MEDICARE TO PAY THE BILLS AND NOT COLLECT BACK FROM HIM.
This is the bigger fraud in worker comp stealing from the USA.. A LOT OF PROPAGANDA IS OUT THERE BUT RARELY IS THE MORE SERIOUS LONG TERM INJURIES those FRAUDULENT AS TOO MANY HAVE HAD MULTIPLE APPROVALS OF THE DISABILITY CLAIMS LIKE AT SSA, MEDICARE. AND VA ETC. STUDENT LOANS AND PRIVATE PLANS ALL KINDS OF PLANS THAT REVIEW AND REVIEW. AND YET ONE CANNOT RETIRE UNTIL WORKERS COMP REVIEW AND OKS A PERMANENT DISABILITY ALSO . WHICH WAS READY TO BEGIN WHEN AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES TOOK TOTAL CONTROL OF FECA IN 2002... WHEN I ALREADY HAD PERMANENT MEDICAL ...
In the name of Yahusha may justice flow out fro the DC Swamp ad cleanse the nation of this corruption that has nearly engulfed us.. If it takes some bipartisan support in Congress to make things right , then we must pray for those with the courage to do so .. And pray for President Trump who has a locked gate at the swamp from Congress to get any kind of corruption drained to stop the stealing and harming of the USA. Amen !
