This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 sharing the meltdown of the Medicare system as the hacking to facilitate the theft of Medicare for the primary payers who do not wish to pay that has gone on unfettered has now been put in a war for truth and justice by the new artificial intelligence of the cyber cloud that finds human thievery illogical.. As Congress has allowed this to go on since the COUP OF 2002 when they voted to forbid one penny of any non defense agency budget to be spent for internal audits or criminal investigations of a government contractor. Illegal deals were struck to hack and alter the employer bi weekly posts to the contractor owned system (BCRC) to make Medicare primary .. but now the cyber cloud will not allow this and keeps trying to repost the real info...
The cabal running the USA since the COUP of 2002 has now found a way to deleted the real screen and sell a bogus one to the medical community when the real info used to be free an why are they being forced to pay a contractor for garbage in order to bill when the taxpayer has paid for them to have the info . ( one can do a word or phrase search at the top of this post for when I explained in detail and source of info .) Cyber wars to save the USA treasury and lives and livelihoods goes on .
VALENTINE'S DAY WARS OF THE VOTERS AS CONSUMERS
This year, the item to buy or not to buy for ones Valentine is the IVANKA brand. If your valentine is a President Trump supporter then you know what to buy.. But if your valentine sweetheart is not ,,, THEN BEWARE IF YOU BUY the Ivanka brand for a gift as you may find yourself looking for a new Valentine. The people of the USA do vote in many ways and as consumers stock markets rise and fall with their votes.. The shock to many is that Papa Trump is a proud parent with no reticent of offering his opinion and this has led to a new election day and one company that will not sell his daughter's fashion line has already seen the stock fall . So media, bias or not, move over as the expenditures will be the votes.. for or against.
With all the serious problems we have including the theft of the public treasury by some unscrupulous contractors, we have stores playing politics with fashion labels that they have carried for some time and decided to use as a political statement for or against the policies or tweets of the fashion line owner's dad, President Trump.
Attention to any product being sold is often going to end with increased sales when used as a political wedge.. And a lot of people voted and supported her dad, as he is now the President of the USA. and won the real election... and will Ivanka win the consumer wars. just as Valentine's day approaches and some have yet to buy for that special someone... and now have a new choice of what to buy or not to buy... AND NOW ONE HAS TO FIND OUT THE POLITICAL OPINION OF ONES VALENTINES BEFORE MAKING THE PURCHASE.. or go back to the same routine choice of a non political chocolates or flowers. GOOD LUCK AND MAY YOUR SWEETIE LOVE YOUR CHOICE OF GIFT AND YOU FOR THE THOUGHT.
In the meantime , back in the real political world of the cyber war fight to save our health care system from those our elected leaders allowed to be stolen unfettered since he COUP Of 2002 and still have not acted to allow our real government to save it and ourselves who need health care available for each and all when sick or injured. and maintain best health possible at all time.

Of one patients records that is a glimpse of the whole insecure mess that has gone on for way to long and has been estimated in the trillions of dollars owed back by the primary payers who have been allowed to do an illegal dump onto Medicare by an unaccountable contractor, BCRC, formerly Group Health Inc of NY by Sec of HHS Donna Shalala in 1999 and now head of the Clinton Foundation.. And this is just one program that is in this corrupted mess. with patients' being burdened with over payments that their heirs inherit and the medical community being 'extorted' by an unscrupulous cabal to pay them at every turn for shuffling of data. that is not needed or have to be contracted out with modern systems that the government should be able to maintain directly or at least have direct control of to prevent thefts and deals... etc.
One cannot shirk the duty of government when elected to serve the people and nation. And let a contractor whose agenda is profit to run amok as they please as soon the unscrupulous push out the more ethical companies with unfair and illegal competition.. and horrendous conflicts of interest with the end of any kind of free and fair market completion allowed to occur in health care or any other part of our society . and this is not just health care where loss of life and livelihoods has gone on since the COUP of 2002 when our own elected officials let this happen to us. and has not corrected it since..

no change as still hacked with 4 fake Blues on there to make Medicare primary and FECA on there but all the recovery letters sent out never returned by Lynn Blodgett answered as he is in charge and he gets the letters and doesn't share them with the real government to pay the money back as it could have ended his contracts throughout the whole government now,. One thing the real can still do is not renew or cancel a contract but hard to do when there is no way to get information of what is really going on.. Ask all he states trying to get Lynn Blodgett off the Medicaid control in there stares and with without the federal government help rarely succeed. the 'least among us often hurt the worse. '

later one after I verified what is gong on in cyber space meltdown, the call center verified they only had the bogus screen to share. and would not tell me and three times tried to transfer me to a supervisor and call did not go through. One call center rep asked me to day why would their corporate office in NY do this hacking which violates their contract, law and in my case three Medicare judges who ruled after verified that the posting form the US Department of labor personnel office is accurate. .. And I answered that the only reason seemed to be the illegal bail our of the insurance industry and that is not just health care., And why the Affordable Care act collapsed as CONGRESS DID NOT KNOW THAT AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUR HAD BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. We cannot afford to have another failed health care law passed based on false and unverifiable data.
The 1-800 Medicare call center could do the coordination part of questionnaires for those who do not have a bi weekly post and since the recovery part is being blocked to occur in most cases. through the system as the claims are illegally paid and not paid as conditional so they get to recovery .. that used to be handled by the claims payer. And if the system was not rigged to block it as it has been since 1/-06 where paper claims have to be filed.. .. the initial recovery letter would go out at the time the claim is paid and only if the payment was not refunded. Some unit have to review the response and this used to be inside the US Government by a trained official. There are some duties that just do not lend well constitutionally for a contractor to do .
The office of Inspector General used to work closely with this along with the general counsel for CMS as this is legal matters etc. to be addressed. etc. and if its an illegal and ongoing dump, criminal charges may need to be make.. against some bad actors. The process itself usually would end the attempt to get our of paying their legally obligated claims if the real governed is acting to not let the theft of Medicare to go on .
And even though its a Medicare law, the Conditional payment law of 1980 is one of the most powerful laws ever passed as it makes the whole insurance industry behave itself.. Medicare is the underlying ;gold standard; and if it goes the whole system collapsed. or succeeds based on whether it is being allowed to be stolen or not.

It took 3 phone calls to get he info on my own records today.. They really do act as if Lynn Blodgett is now managing and misinforming them to not do their jobs.. as a print out of my screen of hacked info is obvious and their contract says they need to get that direct to CMS so they know what is going on .. as its been 4 months now with a melted down system and no one knows to do anything about.. except the OIG's going to congress asking for subpoena powers ... FIRST WE JUST NEED A SYSTEMS PERSON THAT WORKS FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATION TO GET IN AND STOP SPITTING SCREEN AND GOING OFF LINE TO CREATE BOGUS SCREENS TO SELL TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO ENTRAP THEM INFO MEDICARE FRAUD..
The next best is individuals like, me doing a daily audit of their own records.
call 1 Medicare has been hacked to make it primary and the fake Blues that is used is a new combo of part of the real ID number jumbled and some zeroes in front.. And the fake policy is worded HSBC of OK FEP, The security on the real primaries is too great to permit hacking to flip if to secondary .. And e get collection letters as he transfer to pay the co pays will not go through as no such policy exists. and of courts the whole payment is illegal when made as only a conditional payment can be done for me and those on my employer group health plan that have Medicare cards and the same is true for all the other hacked records in the USA. In the era of cyber clouds , paper and typewriters are the only means available for legal filings
The medical community is lied to as the call centers are lied to and the CMS regional offices only know what the contractors tell them so they pass on the lies also *THEY ARE LEGALLY BOUND TO KNOW BETTER. So all are told the lie that "the system has been updated and they can bill Medicare now' and no paper claims are necessary. And the truth is hidden of the law itself and that the patients and medical community is now the only ones at legal risk as our health insurers are now all government contractors and have that real congressional immunity to not be audited nor prosecuted for crimes.
call 2 - got hung up on after being told Medicare is primary and would not give any more info.
call 3 the two primaries posted by my personnel office are on there . but deleted from the screen with the date of 10/6/16 to create the bogus one to sell to the Medical provider.
The real FECA in on there open but the wrong injury date as they use the date one gets Part A Medicare and this blocks any claim being filed legally as a conditional payment electronically since 1/06. as it has to show the real date of 1/10/89 for the recovery letter to go out as that is a formal due process letter. My real Blues is on there as open as a primary . employer group health plan. template also as "working aged" the month I turned 65.
and they show the bogus screen template of Medicare primary and the same bogus Blues as shown in call 1 today. This would be the 12the Bogus blues that the cyber cloud has located and keeps melting down into the hacked template to fill the space.. as the real one will not.??
I thank the last person.. and wish all understood the importance of this info as the only way to let CMS know that we have lost the Medicare system worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 ... and will the real government take responsibility and shot this illegal ricco case down that should have been years ago.
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice be for each and all and those doing such harm and evil be bound up by the human institutional and constitution we are to be under and not allow us to be robbed and harmed in lethal manners. Christ said that in later days here would be lawlessness and we are there. but have a form of government that says 'the common people are to rule and we have a free will to choose the good or bad paths to follow and elect those to represent us to lead us down the good one of rights and laws. or the bad one of death and destruction.. Some how too often we forget to support those we elect who are trying to do what is right and good. HELP US TO BE ABLE TO KNOW WHO IS TRYING TO DO GOOD AND WHO IS TRYING TO DO EVIL
My prayers for President Trump for going to the laws of the land and reading them before acting.. and may all who are around him support him to follow all the right and good processes and paths as it takes more than one but each and all to rule in our system of government . May criticism be constructive and offer solutions ad those doing harm and violence and chaos joint the effort for truth and justice and dialogue for he getter way if our leaders seem to be going astray . AMEN!
P.S. Tell Doyle I would love to have an Ivanka fashion for Valentines Day But our budget is meager and just love and smiles is a blessing of the years. and would be appreciated just as much and 'priceless.' .
