This is a series of linked Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare records in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN CONGRESS VOTED TO OVERTHROW THE USA INTO THE CONTROL OF AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL with no money allowed to be spent to do an internal audit nor criminal prosecutions of a government contracts and them began whole sale contracting out of the USA from local to federal The same model that caused ancient Rome to fall due to the corruption of theirs. and like ancient Rome those who were to govern no longer did and left the peoples to the whims of the unaccountable contractors. to do as they please...
We have one saving grace and its the people who are to hold the power in the USA. and their participating in voting and input.. Those who are in control that are over the contractors are trying to cause chaos and destruction and martial law.. and PLEASE DO NOT BE DUPED. INTO THIS.. You who are not happy about things.. used your brains and know how to do research and find solutions that work and share these with our elected leasers. KEEP PROTESTS PEACEFUL AND INFORMATIVE OF FACTS AND SOLUTIONS SO THAT GOOD IS DONE AND NOT EVIL ...
Do not be tricked into illegal acts.like threatening our President... We have a president who is keeping his campaign promises and is trying to 'govern.' and those in the real government need to give honest and full reporting when he asks for legal opinions, etc. and pray he amends anything that might need to be altered in some way for it to be betters solution..
We have not been used to having a President nor a Congress who has 'governed' for decades now. That is not being dictatorial .. for that is what we are under with those who have been giving unfettered powers as government contractors and those in the real government let it go on.. No one has spoken out or done anything to stop horrific crimes committed against each and all of us. And all are shocked when a president who promised the voters he would govern, has actually started right in DOING IT.. We have a three part balance of powers in our US Constitution and if we do not like or agree with the President ,, WE DO NOT TURN THIS NATION'S STREETS INTO A WAR ZONE.. and lose all. WE CONVINCE CONGRESS AND THE COURTS TO ALTER OR AMEND OR OVERTURN , WHAT THE PRESIDENT DOES.. AND CONGRESS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT.
Give a solution of how the problem needs to be taken care of with the right words and policy and law. etc. and let those in Congress know that if you are not pleased you are going to find someone else to run against them when they ask to be reelected.
Instead of complaining about the courts having to become legislators, the US Constitution says that Congress should be taking executive orders and amending or overturning any part of whole they do not agree with as law... And they have too often shirked their duties of office for the people and nation for decades also.. There comes a time as no when things are bad.. and someone has to try to do something and its supposed to be all branches of government .... One does not contract it out and not want to do the job the people asked you to do... and let an organized crime mob take over as a dictator committing crimes and usurping rights of the people affecting rights of life ,liberty and property ownership.. We end up with a time of sorrows and not one of happiness of our own making. and choosing.. In a free society , each one has responsibility to keep us all free and all be treated with fairness and justice for all.. Justice denied one, denies it to all of us.

A lot of systems updates went on this weekend and I checked on things right in the middle of a cyber war.. that has had no winners of truth and justice as thee owner of the system is the entity involved in the theft of massive amounts. as a contractor.. with no one from CMS allowed by Congress to even know what a criminal mess it is... But the Cyber Could keeps trying to correct the crimes and repost the real be weekly post that is illegal to alter from my employer.. But the insecure system merged into a modern cyber cloud is still able to create a duplicate screen and sell it for billions gained since the COUP of 2002 to the medical community to trick them into illegal billing in RICCO cabal so that Medicare never is able to ask for its money back from the primary payers who make illegal deals with BCRC corporate contractor. former, Group Health Inc of NY who is the hacker and currently exposed that a regional office official is involved. with Lynn Blodgett's named by those at the top as the one in charge of all, as head of the contractors cabal in near total control of the USA now with Congressional immunity as that is what the COUP Of 2002 did to us.
Those in the streets causing chaos, why aren't you protesting the ones really doing us real harm.. and holding our elected leaders accountable by votes and petitions.. etc. to expose their collisions for letting this over throw go on to the harm of all of us? The harmer is not always the one visible to all of us. We have a legal system that needs to work for each and all of us.. and deal with the ones that do such harm with real illegal acts...

no change to day and still hacked with 4 fake Blues used to flip to make Medicare illegally FECA primary . FECA is on there but the alleged duplicate payments of both FECA offline and stolen from the fund and no one has known it is not detectable.. to us.. and recovery letters to get the money refunded to Medicare who also has paid... as the allegations are surfacing have not been answered as the real government is not getting them .. and most are blocked by the rigged system and can't even get sent out. as this new thefts on thefts could all be detected and the one thing the real government can still do is not renew or cancel a contract. and this would be the grossest grounds to do so .

1-800 Medicare * General Dynamics. and NO ONE HAS DENIED THAT LYNN BLODGETT et al IS NOT THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY NOW ALSO .. and why they are being ordered to not send print outs of the meltdown of the Medicare system and obvious crimes to CMS at all
It took 3 calls to get the info from my records to day as the first two would not give me any info on my FECA which is permanent and total for 23 years. and changes took place over the couple of hours I had to spend..
call 1. unknown re FECA but the real primary Blues we have right now with real ID was on there but showed terminated as of 11/14/06. The BCRC hacked template used for the bogus screen to be sold showed Medicare primary and since the security form the employer post is greater.. at the US Department of Labor personnel office they have to make up a bogus blues policy and id and the one today is Blues of OK and one of the regular phony id numbers that is garbage that no one would have anything like it not even those who have no federal blues. An overt, intent to defraud.. with no way for it to be anything else at all
call 2. Real Blues is on there now. and the real template that has it as WORKING AGED AS OF THE MONTH I TURNED 65.. WHICH MEANS ITS THE PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN. but deleted from the screen to sell the bogus on another screen to the medical community. My family has and three of us on it have Medicare cards and all of us are getting overpaid for our heirs to inherit as the hacked system is causing no conditional payments made from Medicare and the recovery unit does not get the claims paid to recover them from the primary .. Blues for them and FECA for me. .. I got hung up on before I got the info as they found a note I should call the person at CMS in Dallas whom Lynn Blodgett et al told to use his authority to justify the hack and defy judges who have ruled the law and contract terms of BCRC
Duped by him or something far more criminal ???? Something the justice department needs to sort out. he is one that will not help the medical community and telling them to use the system and not do paper claims when there is no way to legally file without using paper. I have called and he never calls me back... and the justice department needs to speak to him , not me... as I do not have a badge to 'Miranda'. him.. THEY COULD NOT KNOW THE LAWS AND RULES ... AND HE NEEDS TO GET AN ATTORNEY AND SPEAK TO THE US ATTORNEY AND MAKE A DEAL NOW. AND HIS BOSS NEEDS TO DO THAT ALSO.. AS THEY HAVE BEEN EMPLOYEES OF CMS FAR TOO MANY YEARS NOT TO UNDERSTAND THE LAWS... at all on this. Near by is Lynn Blodgett's et al international headquarters.. I name him as high level official have in writing and verbally over and over to me as no access to records etc.. as we have no control of the nation by our real government anymore These official know they are taking the verbal lies as facts and ignoring the judges and law and contractor terms.. etc. ITS BEEN THE LAW OF THE LAND SINCE 1994 THAT EMPLOYERS POST AND NO ONE HACKS... AND THERE IS A LEGAL PROCESS TO SORT IT OUT WITH ALL THE DUE PROCESS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. AND WHY ISN'T HE ? and a boss ORDERING THAT DONE??
Its all I have asked.... follow the law and do not break it.... and yet the letters that did get out... never got to the US Department of Labor but Lynn Blodgett has them going to his addresses all over and the ones to repay never see it as it could cancel his contracts and the dictatorship of he USA and who is his boss??
call 3 FECA IS ON THERE BUT SCREEN DELETED AS OF 10/6/16 BUT NO TERMINATION DATE.. For the first time since he COUP OF 2002 the medical community is paying for info that does not show one has an open workers comp case.. and now I have found out some have sent in calms and like the years of oxygen claims never input, there filing have never been processed either to pay or not.. at least on the screen available for us to see. which has been hacked several times recently and I have the hard copies. NOW IT APPEARS THAT EVEN THOUGH MEDICARE AND PART OF THE CO PAY PAID BY BLUES.. the bills has also been fully paid by Lynn Blodgett and reimbursed by the feds through FECA and no one knows of the duplicate payment he is keeping???? Part of the embezzlement that OPM has never been allowed to investigation of the monies for we injured federal workers who already had established cases at the time of the COUP OF 2002. WHERE IS THE MONEY FOR OUR MEDICAL CARE ??? the taxpayers paid to be used for us and not stolen from them and us.??
IS IT WORSE THAN I HAVE EVEN DISCOVERED THAT IS COMING TO LIGHT NOW??
These insecure systems going off line can get monies right our of the PUBLIC TREASURY UNDETECTED BY ANY WHO SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THEM ONLINE .. and now cannot ??
The real Blues is on there with the real ID number as primary and deleted also as of 10/6/16 which is the date that Homeland Security stopped monitoring the system last year deciding that no foreign hackers were acting.. AND AS SOON AS THEY LEFT THE DOMESTIC CONTRACTORS BEGAN HACKING AGAIN.
So we have the real info of the two primaries but the system is not able to stop the bogus info being sold to the medical community . and the fake one of Medicare primary and no FECA and the fake Id number for the fake Blues to make it secondary .. and this means that the claims will not automatically the info go to Blues for the co pay.. even if its all the wrong payment and must legally be a conditional payment .. and too often its been a long time before they get it as they have to do a separate claim and I have actually had to file for them to get the co pay.. and saying its to go to medial subrogation , but I AM IGNORED. WE END UP WITH COLLECTION LETTERS OVER THE FAKE BLUES POLICY I AM TIRED OF ANSWERING THESE OVER THE CRIMINAL HACKING OF THE SYSTEM THAT IS TO BE PROTECTED.. FOR US. AND ALL OF THE NATION.. TO PREVENT STEALING THAT THE OWNER OF THEY SYSTEM IS INVOLVED IN DOING THE PEOPLE OF THE USA NEEDS TO BE ASKING WHY OUR ELECTED LEADERS IN CONGRESS HAVE ALLOWED THEM TO BE ROBBED DAILY FROM THE FUNDS THEY PAY INTO AND INTEND TO HAVE AS A BENEFIT SOME DAY.
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DOCTOR AND OTHERS IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY THAT ARE BEING EXTORTED BY THIS CABAL AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET FAIR PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO KEEP US HEALTHY AND CARE FOR US WHEN SICK OR INJURED.
