We have a new Secretary of HHS and its expected to have a new Director of CMS next week . Since 2010 that position has supposed to be in charge of every one's health care in the USA. But since the COUP OF 2002, THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS VIRTUALLY NO CONTROL OF MUCH OF ANYTHINGS OF MUCH OF ANYTHINGS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL AND ALL AREAS AND NOT JUST HEALTH CARE.
My prayers to Yahusha , whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may they lead and help drain the swamp that HHS's contractors have pad locked and dead bolted the gate to the swamp of corruption and Congress help them break it open and drain out the corruption so that it becomes a clear pool for help and justice and best health and health care for each and all be had. with our good doctors and others who provide our medical care to be able to do the best for each and all that medical science can provide. FECA IS ON THERE BUT ALL THE RECOVERY LETTERS THAT WERE SENT OT ARE NOT AND NO ONE EVER GOT TO THE REAL US DEPT OF LABOR to answer or refund money as all under the control of Lynn Blodgett et al. and rigged to protect the international cabal that is in change since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN congress DID NOT READ WHAT THEY VOTED ON AND THEY OVER THEW THE USA. TO THEM BY FORBIDDING ANY CURRENT BUDGET BE USED FOR AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO IDEA THE CURRENT SYSTEM IS IN MELTDOWN AND THAT THE FORMER ONE WAS RIGGED TO NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY SINCE 1/06 or Congress in 2010 would have knows as some insiders said that trillions were being allowed to be dumped onto Medicare by the primary payers in the insurance industry who made illegal deals with the contractors to hack the systems so that claims got illegally paid and all told it was OK as all were lied to as "gossip and rumor " spewed out by those now in control said was the law of the land and was not.
I name Lynn Blodgett as one who has done me irreparable harms and still is in control as stated in writing and verbally by high level government officials and even his own managements that controls even private industry now as things have gotten so corrupt they are formed to hire his companies to deal with his government contracts in all areas who have ignored laws and rules and have created some that have done little but gain more profits for this cabal given illegal orders they have to follow as there is no place for them to turn to when there is no government in charge of much of anything anymore by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002,
The people are the hope under the US Constitution and my hope is that all will continue to be more involved in wishing change and electing those who will represent us. . I DO NOT ADVOCATE ANYTHING ILLEGAL NOR VIOLENCE AS WE ALL LOSE WHEN THAT OCCURS. . I was taught to offer constructive criticism and when something seems unfair and unjust, then offer a solution and share it.. We do not all agree in things and have a wonderful diversity of independent humans and ideas. to share to help those we elect to be our leaders and sort it out and do it or find others we elect that will take their job seriously..
I HAVE FAITH WE HAVE PRESIDENT TRUMP WHO DOES TAKE THIS RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PEOPLE AND NATION VERY SERIOUSLY.. We have three parts to our government and he is one of the three. And its a shock to the status quo of one who is trying to do what he was elected to do ... before we criticize , we should ask. what should Congress have done or been doing and did not do that led him to take action. in an era of
NO ACTION BY THOSE WHO ARE TO GOVERN AS ITS BEEN TURNED OVEFR TO AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL TO DO AS THEY PLEASE INSIDE A SOVEREIGN NATION WHERE THE ULTIMATE RULERS ARE THE PEOPLE AND WHEN OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS DO NOT GOVERN , THEN OUR VOTES DO NOT REALLY COUNT AS THE ONES WE VOTED FOR ARE NOT DOING THE JOB.
As the nation collapses and systems melt down do to illegal rigging to steal .. and scan instead of probing the free labor of machines so that each and all of us can have a better life. and those who own and invent still can have fair compensation for them.

Phone verification has never changed and hacked to make Medicare primary for us three who are on my primary employer group health plan and have Medicare cards. FECA is on there for me..
Three Medicare judges verified and ruled that the post from my employer is accurate but Group Health Inc the parent company , now Emblem Health international said they do not care what a judges, says, there CMS contract says forbidding the hacking nor the law itself. as they have deals with insurance companies that overrides all .. AND NOW MOST OF THEM ARE MANAGED BY LYNN BLODGETT WITH 200 COMPANIES AND AS MANY ILLEGAL DEALS AND CONTROLLER OF ALL.. AS THEY SAY THEY ARE THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND ARE NOT AND ARE ACTING ILLEGALLY TO PRETEND THEY ARE.
AND MOST HAVE NO IDEA THEIR LIVES ARE AFFECTED ALL DAY LONG BY HIM AND HIS. as their "gossip and rumor" has now become the 'law of the land," and all got a shock last week hen our new president took our the law and read it and thought he could use it to do an executive order and the whole status quo cabal run corrupted system melts down as all of us are now reading the real law and discussing it on 24/7 news.
Like Nehemiah in the OLD Testament Book of the Bible found the law of the land buried in the rubble of the temple in disrepair when they returned from 70 years of Babylonian exile and captivity of another nation.. He dusted it off and went out and began reading it to the people and they found out how far astray they have gone from what that nation was to be following and how they got captured and sent into a 70 year exile as they forgot to follow the rules they had in place for their nation and people and their leaders and the people repented and began to BUILD THE WALL and follow the laws they had provided for them . Which if they had followed should have prevented the death and destruction of their nation. for a generation or more.
Our US Constitutional is grounded on that law and has even made improvements to it from new teachings and understandings over the thousands of years since then. and its a marvelous document that history and humanity has yet to find one better. a living document... we all have input to change or keep as is with amendments to it. and not to be done capriciously but with great care and effort and thought to change anything in it.
MY LAST CALL WAS TO THEIR CALL CENTER AT BCRC AND they said Medicare primary and would not give me any info as to what happened to the real ones and got transferred to a supervise and hung up on... they are in meltdown and the people that work there seem to be nice people and been made a front for a sham contract given in 1999 that , in my opinion was an illegal bail our of the insurance industry as little is being recovered that is to supposed to be getting to the unit and some nice people there have no idea how to get the letters sent through a system rigged for the recovery letters to even get our as it uses the date one get Part A Medicare and not the real date of injury and one party there said that when they delete the real screen its impossible to send out the recovery letters on the claims that do have in tubs waiting to be done. Several trillion dollars worth according to some insiders.
IN THIS MODERN ERA OF CYBER CLOUDS SYSTEMS. THEY WILL NEED TYPEWRITERS. TO GET THE GOVERNMENT'S MONEY BACK ?? But the addresses they are given to send them to are Lynn Blodgett et al and not the real government or the insurance company corporate officers to receive as that could expose the skullduggery their industry contractors are doing and the government contractors are doing and be grounds to cancel contracts and unlock the gate to the swamp and have some fairness and justice for all in government ass well as private industry in the USA.
Its been too easy to ignore issues and problems when one has hired others to do the work and not be able to know what they are doing.. But the US Supreme Court ruled last Fall that one is responsible for misdeeds of ones contractor.. . The people of the USA elected officials to be responsible and we are waiting for some positive results. We thank all those who are even trying in the mire and muck of he DC swamp. Our prayers go with you , no mater what party you belong to or none. As its gong to take all of us. before its cleaned out and no one among us is harmed from what has been and is going on. Like the ancient old Testament laws. and our even better new laws that grew out of them,, we have a government document that provides for the "least among us to not be harmed by the majority that might devolve into a majority mob rule ". Our civil rights laws are based on the minorities not be harmed by those holding a majority . We can be tempted to forget those who need extra protection in a nation.. and lose justice for all that ends with none of us having justice.

It took three phone calls to get all the info on my records today that are causing obstruction of life sustaining medical care and creating overpayments my heirs inherit. and no government to act to stop it and over at SSA Lynn Blodgett et all refusing to process one simple waiver request of overpayment similar to what one can easily get on a stolen credit card .. as SSA agreed to do them in 2005 and has not processed one of them . THEFT IN YOUR NAME IS AN OVERPAYMENT YOUR HEIRS INHERIT EVEN IF YOU OR THEY HAVE NO IDEA THERE EVEN IS ONE. as its the debt laws of government debts.
call 1 : the hack template is all I could get before hung up on.. Medicare primary and a fake Blues today of HSBC of OK effective 8/1/2004 and a fake id created using parts of my real one and adding some zeroes in front. etc. This is an overt act to defraud the USA. as there is no way this could not have been any typo or misunderstood reading.. and then the medical community will not get an automatic transfer to get co pays. paid even though anything paid by Medicare is illegal if not a conditional payment. and I often get collection letters if the billing services do not use what I have submitted for the real Blues. AND ALL OF US OVERPAID as the stolen monies can be used to lobby members of Congress and state legislatures to get laws passed to allow ore skims and scams by this cabal to shuffle data needlessly.,
call 2 : got hung up on when she found out what I wanted from my own record. I strongly suspect and its the nationwide pattern that General Dynamics has hired one of Lynn Blodgett's management companies to mislead and corrupt a good institution that has provided a lot of help to the public of general information. and used to be able to do much of what the BCRC call enter did of real coordination.. etc. and the recovery part done at the intermediary claims payer until it needed law enforcement and tuned over the real government working with the general counsel for CMS and the OIG when its a bad actor insurer ... verging into the realm of real criminal activity years ago the whole cabal hacking my records would able been referred for prosecution by our legal system as its blatant disregard or the law and blatant theft. or civil suit for monies owed back not paid. There comes a point in time that some things just have to be done by the real government. It was 1994, when Donna Shalala Sec of HHS suspended the enforcement of the conditional payment law of 1980 and began the total collapse of the health care system..in step by step increments and our elected officials let it happen in the COUP of 2002, the final step .. that eventually led to a health care plan based on false data and info .. and collapsed on us..
Some lives saved who got health care. but why should anyone be denied it.. when we can spend trillions all over he world for others and cannot take care of those at home in need.but more should have been and should be.

THE REAL PRIMARIES ARE ALIVE AND OPEN BUT DELETED FROM THE SCREEN SO THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS SOLD THE HACKED AND BOGUS SCREEN They show the primary employer group health plan template of WORKING AGED AS OF THE MONTH I TURNED 65 AND FECA IS NOT ON THERE.. So glad the cyber cloud says I am still alive but deleted to become a non person. to this cabal .. And real discrimination does seem like that, as one is a non person even in he land of their birth because some really bad people want to be bullies in charge and not the ones we elect to be. and must oversee they do the jobs wee sent them to do or SAY "YOU'RE FIRED" when they ask us to reelect them next voting day. .
CMS memos anyone can get online say they are constantly working on the system .. AND MAYBE IF IT WAS NOT BEING DESIGNED TO STEAL IT WOULD BE FIXED BY NOW.
My prayers for those not in place to over seen this murky swamp that has the gate locked.. by act of Congress. It not just the plan. but who is running it.. that often makes the outcome be good or just downright evil. let the OIG's have the legal right again for subpoena powers and if needed some grand juries. and drain the swamp so a good plan for best health for all can be passed and 'one size' does not work for all parts of the nation or each one of us.. But the medical community has medical treatment standards based on science and finds new ways to do things , often cheaper and as good or better all the time and this must be addressed and accepted for payment as soon as possible .. AND ALL SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO ANY AND ALL THAT IS HELPFUL AS TO NOT DO SO VIOLATES THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION OF EQUAL PROTECTIONS OF THE LAW. is my one opinion.. Amen!
