 CYBER MELTDOWN AT SSA OR SKEWED FACTS FOR HYPE?
   Something has gone terribly wrong at SSA, where I went to work for in 6/68.
My own claims file has been hacked repeatedly since the COUP OF 2002  AND JUDGES ORDERS IGNORED ALSO FOR SEVERAL YEARS.   And how death notices are not getting processed makes me very suspicious of some kind of embezzlement going on at Lynn Blodgett's company as something similar has gone on at OPM with pensions... Estate attorneys routinely make the report to SSA and funeral homes also as well as a cross check with state death records.... and most elderly who get SSI also get some Social Security as well as Medicare and should have been detected in the state death match... I SUSPECT SOME DIVERSIONS OF MONIES RATHER THAN TERMINATIONS BEING DONE..by the systems contractor which is a division of Lockheed-Martin owned by Lynn Blodgett.. et al..... before assuming the whole agency is in melt down... although I know the systems are not what they used to be ..
   Social Security's Director of Office of Inspector General Patrick O'Carroll was denied access at the contractor to check security on the systems we know well are not secure... and he wrote to Congress asking for Congressional authority to audit the systems... NO AGENCY BUT DOD  has been allowed to audit their contractors since the COUP OF 2002  and trillions are missing all over the government and all point to something very wrong inside the contractors that more often then not are part of the international cabal of companies now headed by Lynn Blodgett.  in the USA. and he is gaining more and more power in other places of the world, too. His international security from G4S not only guard our embassies but other nations too. and CONGRESS NEVER MENTIONED THAT IT WAS DENIED ACCESS TO LYBIA BY GA DAFFI.
    There are multiple benefits one signs up for through SSA.
  One can receive SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS ALMOST IN ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.. These benefits are those the worker pays into from ones paycheck; the FICA TAX. and some may soon if not already be able to get benefits in Cuba, for example form USA work... and wish to move there or have dependents their eligible on their records. etc.  They will need to go to the US Embassy and find out etc. as relations with that nation normalize. . Always check with SSA before one decides to move even for an extended visit as the list can change and you need to be able to get any mail, etc.
        Another program SSA has is a low income program for the Aged, blind and disabled. The article calls this XVI Title 16.. It is not social security based on taxes the worker pays.  Its called Supplemental Security Income  And this one has strict laws that one cannot be living outside the USA and receive.. except for short time visits... usually a full month. Check with SSA before one decides to even go visit as to how long one can be gone as laws and regulations can change. usually less than thirty days, you may be OK... but one can get into such issues as whether you pay your share of expenses, where ever you are... rules change and one should always check first..
     As for Medicare its basically an in the USA program... and Medicaid which most on SSI or the low income program have is very strict and nearly always one has to receive care in the state they live..  Check it out as some who live on borders of  SOME states have reciprocity.. i. e one can get medical care across the state lines in some instances.  Check first to know 
    And since rules change and not every one keeps up daily, double check a couple of sources before such a major change as moving to another state or country. for all benefits one may be getting or may be applying for..
     As for the work not done to stop the checks..... before one blames the federal employees... better look to who is in control and ITS NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND WHO ALREADY HAS A BIG TRACK RECORD OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY; LYNN BLODGETT .....RULER OF THE USA BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002
I name him as named in writing, and verbally by many high level officials to me, but also SEC and linked news articles and other sources to this blog of things done by officials of his many companies .. Chicago official just convicted of taking a bribed and do not forget whose management company  poisoned the water of Flint, Michigan......then consider the same entity in control of trillions of dollars flowing through SSA and SSI and Medicare, Medicaid and all the rest of our domestic programs   and ask WHY DOES CONGRESS LET THIS GO ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002?
