See my updated comment to an actual filing trying to get the last SSA judge and appellate judges; orders obeyed to work my case and get the disability decision done. as the statute of limitations for criminal interference should be over for what the former acting commissioner of SSA did to me and my files. and OK state agency did not know what to do and should have contacted the OK Attorney general when it occurred years ago. HIGH LEVEL CRIME IS CRIME JUST LIKE WHAT IS DONE BY ANYONE ELSE.
THE CRIMES HAVE NEVER STOPPED SINCE THE GATES TO 9/11/01 OPENED IN OUR OFFICE IN 1988 AND THEN THE TOXIC CLOUD IN 1/89.
Very tired and still trying to get 180 pills of my basic medication of the Plivia brand that the company wants to make but is being stopped Then I began reading one news letter after another of what consider a propaganda war going on against TEVA . when the headline is asthma and not what kind. Is it possible that what is going on is to coerce doctors to prescribe other kinds instead and to heck with harm and death that might occur?

There is now a propaganda war going on? Trying to say that one newer medications is ok for asthmatics Symbicort?. (I was not in the study and has any of the 11 million like me been?) There are 4 basic kinds of asthmas and they are not saying which kind the study was done with . there is a life threatening ingredient in it for me. and the compounded drops work must better and much, much cheaper used in the distilled water bubble cup attached to my liquid oxygen tank.
Most asthmas are an allergic type and one needs to work with their doctor to find out what kind you are and what is best for you . The trend is worse than ever with ingredients being put in meds that are not regulated at all and can be anything and do not have to even be on the label .
One more reason not to pass the TPP treaty as we will have no safe medications at all Its already bad for the 11 million like me as we are the opposite kind . and that is why putting one ingredient in a pill to bond the time release ended with internal bleeding and fluid on my lungs and other things went life threateningly wrong. before I realized it was the medication. Much of these are no longer made in the USA either. But that does not mean we cannot know what they put in them other than the main medicine.
Doyle went to CVS in one town to get the 100 pills their and they would only give him 60 as they have another patients that needs it also. I found 40 at another pharmacy and then another one has a bottle of a lesser dose but its ok to take double of them I have been calling pharmacies all over. I can get 180 pills paid for 90 days and am having to transfer prescriptions around to meet it.
Lynn Blodgett pays the Medicare prescriptions claims for all the insurers as their contractors and its been a free for all and all paid by Medicare even when another is to pay first at a negotiated lower price. A bottle that cost about $35 under fed blues a few years ago full price; is now $175 and if this does not get settled, can I reduce the dose as that will give me some more time. But the pressure is on to let them make this.
This has been a deadly and dirty war for life saving medications that are safe. I wonder how many ground many have died prematurely using the meds that have made them worse as its for a different kind of asthma as none of hem are safe for me.
ONE OF THE COMMON DRUG INTERACTIONS IS NOT EVEN ON THE PHARMACY SOFTWARE OF ALCOHOL AND THEOPHYLLINE?.
Only allergies are getting treated and selling those $600 pens. Linked an article a couple of days ago where the old fashioned shots are less than $10. and ask ones doctor about this as dying is not an option for leaning how to give one or have a loved one learn. but that would make me worse as its an antihistamine.
. But since they stopped making the inhalers that saved lives and worked well for years, due to the CFC's in them that harmed the ozone layer and no safe substitute for us so people are not being harmed. . I still say the CFC's was part of the treatment as it was an added stabilizer, but who am I to know, but a patient since 1/10/89 of some of the best doctors in the field in the USA.
A GOOD SPOUSE IS A BLESSING
Doyle is a blessing and any one who has a good man, hang onto them ladies. Same for others with good spouses. That was the advice I got from my Aunt Helen (Hardy) Pope in 11/63 as she was leaving our home in KS. and I was engaged to Doyle at the time. She was President Obama's great grandmother . Words of wisdom come from all kinds of places and one does not forget some of these over the years as life has its ups and downs. . Even if he still leaves the egg shells on the stove, he cooks great food. to overcome those imperfections. And is going all over to pharmacies to put 180 pills together for me to survive for 90 days and then another journey for life.
And all because ONE MORE EXPENSIVE MEDICATION IS TRYING TO STEAL PATIENTS FROM THE CHEAPER MEDICATIONS THAT ARE SAFE FOR THEM AS 11 MILLION IS A NOT THE TOTAL NUMBER AT ALL ACCORDING TO MANY ,DOCTORS IT MAY BE MUCH MORE AND MAYBE ONE OF THE MAJOR ASTHMAS TODAY INSTEAD. OF ALLERGIC REACTIONS IS INFLAMMATION FROM POLLUTANTS IN OUR FOOD, AIR, WATER AND THE MEDICATIONS THEMSELVES
I need one of the older and cheaper diuretics put in a time release and none of them are. Each breath is fluid retention as the heart values have some damage but very minute . Every minute amount but what we get are a pill that works one time and then its stop working until the next pill time. One is breathing all the time... instead..
Medical cures is forgotten to sell the more expensive medications that all the corruption in this world has misled all to make ones not need so much when others are. And many are going to natural solutions which is better until one has more serous problems and those are not sufficient. Again one has to work with their doctor on this.; who is now micromanaged by Lynn Blodgett et all and its vicious from one end to the other and NO DOCTOR RUNNING ANY OF IT.
we are on a vicious and deadly spiral that we have to end before any of us are left alive. just trying to get treatment And too much money invested in the wrong things in an area where there is constant change if cures are gong to be found and used for linger and healthier lives. Isn't that what health care is about? Being and getting as healthy as one can be? Somehow making money has pushed the doctor to the bottom of the hierarchy and the patients are not even in the ladder but outside to be an obstacle to profits What do you expect when the "military industrial complex was allowed to take over control of health care and our domestic programs as unaccountable government contractors. WHO owns all the companies. No one really knows do they ?
and as the medical propaganda heats up remember 4 KINDS OF ASTHMA AND MEDIA START ASKING QUESTIONS AND SAVE SOME LIVES WHEN THIS IS SHARED. Not every diagnosis is treated the same, that went out with the peddler peddling elixirs which we now know was usually either alcohol or opium products, etc. made one 'feel good; until they need the nest fix! Resist the pain pills as a solution as they are not a cure for anything and pain is caused by something and that is needed to be diagnosed and treated to relieve the pain or subdue if so narcotics are not needed,
I am not a doctor and any thing I share here one needs to ask their own doctor about. But its common sense and little of it exists with no doctor in charge at the agency now in charge of all of our health care in the USA- CMS at HHS and the only authority they have from Congress is to write the checks for the contractors. CMS is the agency for all of us no matter what kind of health plan or insurer ones has.
And they have no idea what the contractors are doing or where the money is going since the COUP OF 2002, If they do they should be and still can be criminally investigated, Usually there is a doctor who heads up Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services or a nurse was the former director . Its now an acting former Goldman-Sachs executive and what do they have to do with medicine or what is considered a successful outcome .? .
All I have read or heard is about more data shuffling for more contracts and micromanaging a major areas of our very right to live that is as diverse and unique as each patients who just does not always fit taking one type or even brand of pill as one pill cures all.... that is medicine of 150 years ago. .
