See updated comment to a filing we send periodically to keep everything legally alive for the day we have a real government that is allowed to answer the filings and obey 38 federal agency judges and protect and defend the lives of he citizens and people and security of the nation.
There has been no response to any appeal or filing as no one in the real government has been allowed to have and answer as even 38 federal agency judges are defied by the ones in charge of the USA which is not the real government of, by and for the people
Something we do not have since the COUP OF 2002 AND NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THIS AT ALL. Simply to put back the earmark for funding for civil and criminal oversight of government contractors. and of course we need the upper oversight in the US Department of Justice that Attorney General Eric Holder illegally did away with over 3 years ago of the OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT that looks in to ethics and illegal actions by higher level government officials who are also the ones able to order and or influence who gets contracts and who can stop criminal investigations or approve them. Lynn Blodgett et al has had bribery charges all over especially at the lower and state level alleged and some convictions already.
Since the COUP OF 2002 NO INVESTIGATIONS CAN OCCUR AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL WHERE THE HUGE SUMS OF MONEY GO IN AND OUT OF MANY OF HIS COMPANIES DAILY HE OWNS , OR HAS ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS WITH OR MANAGES AND ITS ALSO AN ISSUE IIN PRIVATE INDUSTRY THAT HAS TO HIRE HIS COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH HIS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS NOW.
And he is just the hired hand in control of the USA of an international cabal that has nearly taken total control of the world. And info is surfacing of issues of components at the UN also now of money disappearing? George Soros is saying he is the mastermind behind this all now and our 'god' but I only know the one named in writing and verbally by high level government official and some in his own companies and partners as to who can give a verbal order and they commit crimes as he says to do . No one in the real government can verify if anything he says is true or not as he holds the records of each of us and the government hostage and the real government is only allowed to know what he et al wishes us to know.
Similar overthrown have occurred around the world in other nations and with others hired to head up things there for this cabal that is not the old order of the past hundred years, but a new mixture of the old and the new systems people as control is now cyber control and our money is not cyber credits. and not backed by anything by cyber credits. of data being shuffled around.
Many online and else where are yelling to put Hillary in prison, and few do not seem to understand that she was a high level official and their is no group of [professional prosecutors to take her case and review it and clear her or take the matter to a grand jury etc.. There is only investigations of the rank and file who rarely seem to resort to real criminal behavior, for there is someone auditing there work as to what they are doing.
DOESN'T ANY ONE KNOW HOW THE GOVERNMENT IS SET UP TO WORK AND THE LAWS THAT SAY SUCH OFFICES ARE TO BE IN PLACE SHOULD THEY BE NEEDED? OR HAS IT BEEN TOO LONG SINCE IT WAS AND DID WORK AS GOVERNMENTS ARE TO WORK?
Or do the few that wish to do illegal and unethical things know and have conned everyone else to not know? My opinion is that most among the elected officials and in the rank and file real government have no idea that they are no longer in charges of things since the COUP of 2002. when any law or regulation does not have to be obeyed by the contractors running things and since there is no internal audits , they have no idea things are not working until things begin to collapse as has occurred in the health care laws. and other places too.
Congress returned this week and every bill needs to have an ear mark for part of the budget be in their for real internal audits as well as criminal investigations and one does not need to look as most agencies have lots of complaints and good enough documentation now gathered up by the people as well as rank and file civil servants of who needs investigated and where.
THE THIEVES ROBBING THE USA AND HARMING THE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE IT But we , the people have to stand and support our elected leaders who fight for our rights to life, and freedom and livelihood. and vote them back in office and those who do not represent us, see if someone else will serve us better.
May Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus watch over Congress as they return to serve the people and the nation that they do it well for us. All those preaching defeat and doomsday, do not forget we have a people that are great and always have been, in their ideals of what should be for fairness and justice and its past time we put that in full implementation so JUSTICE IS SERVED EACH AND EVERY ONE.
We cannot afford to let the thefts go on inside these contractors and the few high up in the government that are condoning such or a part of it, need to be investigated and the legal system dealt with them. Many of the high level officials have and are begging CONGRESS TO ALLOW THEM TO USE PART OF THE BUDGET TO DO THEIR JOBS AS THEY HAVE BEEN STOPPED OVER AND OVER FROM DOING THEIR JOB FOR US AND THE NATION.
One place to start is to get Goldman-Sachs' subsidy out of the fraud and whistle blower intake and initial screening of complaints as that is the worse scenario of conflict and CONGRESS DID NOTHING WHEN IT GOT CONTRACTED OUT TO THEM! WHY?
They have an unconstitutional gag order rule on them to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify as the nation is robbed and the people harmed and they have been conned into keeping themselves ignorant of what is going on.
Without protection of witnesses from the first moment of filing a complaint then we are not going to have informants. As what has been documented is the filing turns immediately into cover up and retaliation against the whistle blower.
Often an informant or whistle blower's name can be kept confidential until they have to appear in court in a trial. And often a guilty plea will prevent that if the evidence is good and a plea bargain is offered. Those who have worked with real criminal investigations as I have done in the past understand this well.
WE NOW HAVE A SYSTEM THAT HAS NO PROTECTION FOR THE VERY ONES NEEDING TO HAVE IT WHO ARE NEEDED TO LET THE AUTHORITIES KNOW THINGS THAT ARE 'INSIDE' TO TELL THOSE WHO CAN STOP THE CRIMES. .
