Remember this is not the government snooping which has laws that can get them in trouble for unauthorized access to info . GOVT CONTRACTORS CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH INFO UNDER THE COUP OF 2002.
CITY COUNCILS BEWARE YOU HAVE REAL INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS OF MONEY AND HOW DATA IS USED.
