                   PRESCRIPTION DRUGS UNDER MEDICARE PART D IS A RIP OFF
   That every one knows who knows anything today. Prices are not negotiated for buying in bulk as other health plans do
    BUT ANOTHER RIP OFF IS GOING ON NOT EVEN THE GOVERNMENT KNEW OF UNTIL I AND THEN DIRECTOR OF CMS  DISCOVERED THIS ABOUT THE SAME TIME IN 2014 AFTER 8 YEARS OF MASSIVE STEALING WITH NO WAY TO STOP IT YET.   SHE RESIGNED AND WE ARE  STILL IN THE  BATTLE WITH NO GOVERNMENT TO HELP. The only thing I seem to be able to succeed at in all of this since the COUP OF 2002 is getting someone  in high positions of our government to resign as soon as the major crime discoveries land on their desks. WHY DO THEY RUN AWAY??
     It appears now that there has been a double hacking going on first of the billing system for Medicare called the Common Working File owned by Emblem Health international with Lynn Blodgett as info giver to it, and a  second one at  the company owned by Lynn Blodgett who pays he Part D Medicare claims for all the insurers  as contractor of them and not of   Medicare like the other parts of Medicare  are. government contracts and used to have close supervision by them No one figured out the insurers were not paying the bills themselves., that all were having Lynn Blodgett pay them in huge conflicts of interests every which way.
    The hacking at the CWF seems  to have been stopped again,  BUT  their is a system at Lynn Blodgett's company that has seems to have no info they use  but the Medicare number  and Part d insurer plan info. yet they are connected to the CWF but CAN ILLEGALLY BY PASS IT?
      It just pays  all the claims no matter if one has a primary payer or not. There is no formal appeal process either and none of his employees  have any idea what a conditional payment is or anything about Medicare procedures or rules  They basically know what the covered drugs are and approve them or not and how many days to get a refill. THEY ARE BYPASSING ON US THAT FEDERAL BLUES WHICH IS ALSO HE FECA RATE BY LAW HAS NEGOTIATED PRICES AS MOST HEALTH INSURERS DO .
      SO FULL PRICE IS PAID AND THE PATIENT IS GETTING OVER PAID AND WE CANNOT STOP IT. AND LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT POST THE SIMPLE WAIVER REQUESTS EITHER SINCE 2005 WHEN SSA AGREED TO DO THEM .

Can a patient arrest anyone when the government itself is forbidden by Congress to do so?.  
      I SUSPECT AN ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL WAS MADE WITH SOME HUGE PHARMACIES ALREADY ABOUT THE OVERPAYMENTS  TO THEM AND WHY WE HAVE SOME OFFERS OF LOW CO PAY DEALS  ON GENERICS IF ONE DOES NOT HAVE SPECIAL HELP. AS MANY DO HAVE AS THE RATE IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE MEDICAID RATE FOR OTHER KINDS OF CARE.
      The government has no idea of any of this as they have no audit budget to know . The US Supreme Court said recently that if one hires a contractors, they are responsible for what they do and its time these insurers find out and stop it  or  there will be no insurance companies left and then what? MEDICARE FOR ALL?  The 1965 original plan to move to 50 years late? Still run by the same cabal and stealing from the taxpayer directly?
     Many do have special help and this is more of he rip off for money for the poor also to pay full price when one has a plan that has a negotiated price. Maybe this is what is going on with no one knowing what to do to get copays and the full price is so much higher that the co pay will not even begin to pay enough?  With Lynn Blodgett's companies now paying all of the workers comp n the country as he does Part D Medicare and their contractors, and DOING AS HE HAS DONE TO ME JUST NOT POST THE FILE AND IGNORE ONE HAS IT.    Many who are not retired and can't due to workers comp not being able to process the permanent claim,  are just like me with a primary employer group health plan  being  bypassed  by his double hacking system to pay full price for drugs?
    Since he is  a contractor of the various insurance companies and  not of the real government THERE WOULD BE NO CONTROLS EVEN IF THE BUDGET TO OVERSEE THE GOVERNEMT CONTRACTORS WAS PUT BACK ,,,,,,,
  except that all of our health insurers are now government contractors or at least most of them are.
These mergers of them seem to be one who is and one who isn't and them ALL HAVE CONGESSIONAL 'IMMUNITY' TO DO AS THEY PLEASE?
     The Book of Revelation in the Bible foretells a time when there will be wars in the heavens and WE ARE IN ONE WITH OUR VERY LIVES BEING LOST IN IT AS DRUGS HAVE MORE  HARMFUL THINGS STUCK IN THEM AND WE HAVE NO WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY ARE AND NOT REGULATED AT ALL WHEN MADE IN OTHER COUNTRIES ETC
     WE ARE BEING ROBBED IN CYBER SPACE OF OUR PRECIOUS TAX DOLLARS THAT EACH ONE OF US PAYS IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER AND NEED THAT MONEY FOR US.  
     THE TRANS PACIFIC ASIA PARTNERSHIP WILL BE THE LAST NAIL IN ALL OF OUR COFFINS  IF IT PASSES AS HE MOVES TO IT ARE ALREADY COSTING ME GREAT HARM AND MANY OTHERS.
          I just wrote a Daily Recap about Hillary a victim of Hillarycare? and  SHE IS UNDER the same insurance mess as I and my family are. and from what we are hearing about her medical condition, it sounds as if she well may  have become 11 million and 1 like me finding out first hand how bad it is for those with toxic and chemical injuries when the medical profession has known for years how to treat and that been micromanaged away to even be able to do especially after 9/11/01 when our nation left 2 million to die in New York city and the doctors there trying to do their best and the FDA trying every way possible to make things worse and obstructions all over to give good care. Many there were my doctors early on and they do know. Hillary needs to see some of them??
          Even though I do not plan to vote for Hillary at this point, she is a member of the human family and is well may be in the fight of her life to get diagnosed properly and the treatment that the doctors know will help and may not been be available and she can go read my list of medications in this web site and ask her doctors. and get the tests run to know that most cannot even get access to anymore
     She has a plane and money most of us do not have and the first thing is to admit that its a battle for life to get the care that can win the battle of health issues. The speculation is getting worse and worse and this is an excuse to get a complete work up with doctors that treat chemical and toxic injuries first and see if they can rule this out.
HILLARY: YOU WERE IN TOXIC FUMES PLUS ASBESTOS JUST AS LONG AS I WAS, without the asbestos added to it;.  WHEN YOU WENT TO GROUND ZERO AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE WITHOUT PROTECTIVE GAS MASKS AND THE REST OF LOWER MANHATTEN WHO LIVED THERE SHOULD HAVE WORN THEM FOR MONTHS ALSO.OR BEEN EVACUTATED as the current procedures now state or did ?
    . Or wouldn't wall street move to Philadelphia over night as all were trained to make the move for years for emergency reasons.  Our son at 19 had the highest security clearance one can have on wall street as he worked in the vault   He was one trained to make the move before 9/11/01 and it was still in effect I heard on 9/11/01. Thankfully he was not there that day.!  but the harm has been done anyway over the obstruction of medical that affected every one like those who were there in a terrific backlash.....now 11 million of us and maybe one more with Hillary among us?
   This I know from my doctors and research over the years. and it takes a few years as your body gradually weakens from less than enough oxygen getting through . But if its some other thing, you have a right to know what it is and find the ones who will answer the questions in a way that you know is logical. Most will and are and will try to do their best.
       In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may we have healing for the sick and common sense in getting the ones who care for them fairly paid without needless rip offs and scams by those shuffling data and plain stealing from the funds to help every one  in need. Others think good thoughts, etc.
