          Most who work with workers compensation at the state level as well as he federal are aware of what is called the emergency medical  provision. But its far more than that and some real skulduggery has gone on from within the government as well as in the current contractor to make sure no one knows yet the benefit   automatically triggered  by the system and its in there and very permanent and total .designed to stop harm and deaths from exactly what is going on with my case.

    Its why the million dollars a head was set up and then disappeared when the control of Federal Workers Compensations was turned over to Affiliated Computer Services, , now Lynn Blodgett's company and the money that has been estimated at about 200 million dollars disappeared about the time the company was bought from Deason, his former boss,  and has some kind of  connection to the Clinton Foundations?   
       I did inform the FBI agent who spoke to me last year. when the hacking at Medicare's contractor under his orders was started up again after it was stopped for three weeks,  by going through his company that processes Part D Medicare clams for Humana and tricked a grievance  reviewer who had no idea she was doing anything wrong and sent a letter of what she did. Altered the line up to make Medicare primary for Doyle .
    Apparently the systems contractor had intended to stop this hacking of illegally altering the posting from ones employer to make Medicare primary when it wasn't and then Lynn Blodgett et al  found another open door  and started up again.

   Until Congress put the budget back to do an internal audit of the contractors and arrest those committing crimes and stealing, etc. then there is nothing we can do to stop the ROBBING OF THE USA BY THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL NOW IN CONTROL OF NEARLY EVERY PART OF THE USA FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL  And the SEC was defunded to unravel the maze of shell companies and illegal secret deals to help stop it.

       The real government has no idea what is going on and Congress has gagged itself so they cannot go find out either , mention it or ask one of them to testify before them

This 3 weeks of hacking being stopped last year was when a major  update done to the health care system and the specification has always supposed to be in it to block any changes made when ones employer makes the posting as mine comes  from the US Department of Labor. and its not going to show we retired until Lynn Blodgett obeys the judges orders to post my file , and he has thrown away several copies now, of a file that is over 50.000 pages and grows yearly.   to allow my claim examiner in the local regional office to be able to see it and approve a permanent disability for me and negotiate a loss of body parts. .Judges told him to use my copies and he disappeared those too.

          Add to the confusion is that few have ever been trained to know about the 1988 law fully that when one is put on some kind of life saving need for life, things happen . Oxygen seems to be the major item that triggers permanent and total medical care for life. I got one letter years ago to make sure that tanks they paid for me were not included with my estate as they would need to be returned to US Department of labor and to put it with my will.

So this accident report and the matter be reviewed to add in is irrelevant as its covered due to the oxygen being covered  for life and the other HIDDEN BENEFIT, NO ONE SEEMS TO BE GETTING  is that if ones workers comp rates pay less than ones employer group health plan, then an additional amount is paid to make up for that. also.  My digging just to save my life, finds not only is the USA being robbed by this cabal , but they are not even paying what the law says,

        Now that Lynn Blodgett has  several new companies and contracts with  the workers comp insurance  carriers and self insurers  for the  state regulated plans. Premium  rates are now going up and they are caught with horror stories surfacing. a type of black mail??  
He is not inputting the oxygen climes for them, either I have heard and reports of some dying from this. also. as no one is being told the laws and regulations so they can save their lives.  .
    Due to the law , the code for oxygen sends the claim to the real government owned system  if Medicare is billed and is kicked back as there is a primary  payer. and must go to workers compensation first   and be paid. as already approved. But when he has not input any since 2002, when contractor  took control at FECA and now more recently at the state regulated level, no supplier can get paid for over a year as they go  here and here and wait, etc..

A real government in charge would make him input the claims timely and either pay or not with appeal rights , and he will not allow it to be done as 'THE GIG WOULD BE UP" Being an oxygen patient is not always the more expensive type of injury , but it can be as its going to be a life time of medical bills for many as medical science has made it  so one can live nearly average life span. as the disease  progression is slowed down. THE REAL EXPENSE IT THE TOTLA BODY COVERAGE FOR LIFE WHEN OXYGEN IS THE REASON THAT IS APPROVED BY ONES WORKERS COMPENSATON.  That makes a million dollars per head more in line. In no way is one going to be given that automatically as one might have less in their life and others more costs. An OPM contactors is now paying a part of the co pay that blues pays as Lynn Blodgett's companies  and partners there and at Blues and I wonder if it being filed as a report that I have low medical costs and still being paid.?
No internal audits by the real government allowed  and they can get by with this another 15 years until the rest of us die off. from obstructed medical care, what the 1988 law was designed to prevent.

Instead of trying to get our of paying claims maybe money would be better spent finding a way to grow new lungs from ones stem cells, etc,

      OXYGEN SUPPLIERS ARE NOT TAKING WORKERS COMP CASES AS HEY HAVE NO IDEA WHY , BUT KNOW THAT IT COULD BE OVER A YEAR BEFORE THEY GET ANY PAY FOR PROVIDING SERVICE. 

     I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR LIFE BY THREE HEALTH PLANS , INCLUDING MEDICARE WHICH FINALLY HAD TO PAY , AND THEN THEY GOT RID OF MOST OF THE LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPLIERS IN THE NATION AND MANY OF US WERE LEFT TO DIE AGAIN. Even when approved for life by three health plans as I am and that includes Medicare. Even if a company accepts assignment on Medicare hey can deny you service for any reason. WORKERS COMP IS THE REASON  I have never had any issue with any of the personnel until it came to billing and Lincare was told I WAS GIVEN A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY FOR MY OWN CARE AND I  AM STILL TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WENT. OIG for OPM says embezzlement ring and they are not allowed to investigate. Lynn Blodgett's company gave the info from their own system and he does owns banks, so where is it.?? I AM UNDER A DEATH PANEL UNTIL I FIND IT AND HOW WHEN THE  REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO FINE IT AND ABOUT 200 MILLION THAT WENT MISSING AND WE GOT DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE ILLEGALLY AND OVERPAID AND WAIVERS NOT PROCESSED IN THE COUP OF 2002,

     The  Medicare contractor recovery unit sent letters to Lynn Blodgett to get the money back for my care and he never let anyone at the US Department of Labor see them and he ordered the recovery unit to keep on hacking the Medicare billing system bi weekly and destroy all the recovery letters and files and even deleted my own self reporting inputs and I was not notified until one day it was not there when I was going to update it and called. THE US CONSTITUTION DOES NOT GOVERN THE USA ANYMORE , LYNN BLODGETT AND HIS BOSSES OF THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL DOES.
.  THE MEDICAE SYSTEM AND COORDINATION AND RECOVERY UNIT  ARE ALL OWNED BY GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY SINCE 1999 NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AND ALL KINDS OF SELLING OFF GOING ON  IN THIS CABAL;S COMPANIES TO FORM NEW ONES  SO AS SOON AS THE Trans Pacific Asia Treaty goes through , expect all the data and records  of each of us and Nations to be in Malaysia is the suspected place lined up . One person can control the world with one server from there . and will that nation let our FBI or auditors in? if Congress ever gets it act together?? to put the 'government' "back together again?"

Now I understand when years ago I was told the HUMPTY DUMPTY SONG REFERRED TO THE church or as the GOVERNMENT  AS PROPHETIC?? or history repeats itself?

            One does not have to die. try to get a supplier but if refused service over this, then ..Its some cost but not  beyond what one may be able to pay for awhile. Get your prescription from your doctor (usually less than a year old), for liquid oxygen and  get a tank that  hold about 41 liters. they are for sell from he company or a few in the USA will sell a used or reconditioned one that is guaranteed and certified, .   Then have it taken to a gas company that sells medical oxygen to patients and get it filled. 2 litters  per min flow  lasts about 10 days,. the cost can vary by where you live. and you will need to pay .

I was getting some reimbursement from my Fed blues. and Medicare does not pay if there is no suppler available and there is none  within a hundred miles of me for one with workers comp, not even to sell a concentrator.

      Now Lynn Blodgett et al at both places will not let those clams be processed for over 2 years now either. I have a haring pending for over 6 years at Medicare as this regulations that forced all the small suppliers out of liquid oxygen business was done in 2007 with no forewarning and no one had any chance to have input at all . One day  they were told hire a respiratory tech at an initial cost of $21,000 to start for a few patients each to service and nothing for them to even do. as few of us need home nursing care. a ruse to get rid of the small suppliers who could do it cheaper as they just exchanged tanks they got filled at the gas company themselves and then hired a delivery person part time 

All to get rid of the competition when Medicare went to competitive bid and these large companies fill the tanks at your home from a truck they drive around. Sec of HHS at the time was former Governor  Leavenson?  from Utah.

   I have the cases filed  needed to go on to court eventually , but can not afford attorneys, And Lynn Blodgett will not let my civil rights cases get docketed and read either which would end up against him as he main offender on this. that is the poor persons way to go .  

    Congress ignores this real death panel as they are gagged to get into what is going on with the government contractors since the COUP of 2002

then join the effort to get congress to act and stop this DEATH PANEL CREATED IN 2002 BY THE COUP OF 2002 .

     And a lot of medical bills have gone unpaid by workers comp under the 1988 law for oxygen patients as its total and permanent coverage. Some do not even understand what the word PERMANENT MEANS!

    MOST ATTORNEYS DO NOT KNOW THIS AND MOST OF THOSE WHO WORK AT THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR DO NOT KNOW IT EITHER.. ALL THEY KNOW NOW IS WHAT LYNN BLODGETT ET AL TELLS THEM ANYWAY . THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET ANY FILINGS DIRECTLY ,NOT EVEN THEIR COPY OF THEIR OWN APPELLATE JUDGES ORDERS  TO OBEY.  ITS ONLY BEEN IN RECENT YEARS I LEARNED AND IT WAS CIGNA GOVERNMENT SERVICES WHO HELPED AS MEDICARE CONTRACTOR AND THE GOT OUT OF DEALING WITH MEDICARE SOON AFTER WARDS  They were the only ones who ever processed my claims legally as a conditional payment and assigned one of their attorneys to help with the Medicare  hearings  to get the rulings that Medicare is not primary and the internal documents form the US Department  of labor,. that even my local claims examiner cannot have as she has to get them from Lynn Blodgett and he is not going to allow them to have these. Nor Cigna to interfere with his illegal secret partnership deals either? As they sure were not cooperating with him, but were following the laws of the land as they were to supposed to do.

Senator Inhofe helped also, but then he backed off as  he did not know he was GAGGED BY RULES OF CONGRESS! HE GOT INFORMED : BUT HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO OVER COME THE COUP OF 2002? EITHER? WHY??

   The 1988 labor law was passed with no one? ever for seeing the day we would not have a government in charge to make sure claims were timely processed even if turned over to a contractor. It would have been cause to cancel the contract or congressional hearings on backlogs in the government and what would need to be done.

        I have worked  for the government since 1968 out of college and what is going on is so far w=from what the government is to be doing is  why I call it the COUP OF 2002. and ones member of Congress cannot help when they have forbidden themselves to track our files and data into the contractors and find out what is going on .  In the past, there is no way one man could prevent the processing oxygen clams for nearly 15 years and all still legally alive and pending as periodically we files these series of violations to keep it alive. and a whole huge tub of invoices. Until there is a real government n charge of the USA again it is only going to be trashed along with the US Constitution and 38 federal judges orders in multiple agencies that are all directed to Lynn Blodgett's companies n control even at SSA now. .

      I am one of bout 11 million now who cannot take things like the low level of ozone that gets sucked back into one lungs from the oxygen concentrators which are not a therapeutic  level of oxygen anyway.  if you can tolerate one, you may be able to buy a unit and get buy, For me within  minutes the lungs are inflamed and in serious trouble as  fluid builds up  in the lungs, and its deadly if no oxygen and death in days, as heart and body cannot get oxygen and blood backs up and its painful ..

     The FDA was going to ban those and all the other ionizing machines in 2002 and then we had the a COUP OF 2002  and the safe levels of ozone were raised from 1 parts  per million to 4 parts per million. as if that was gong to solve things  FOR THE 11 MILLION OF US, AND SOME SAY ITS GROWING AND LARGER NOW.  we speak in parts per BILLION NOT MILLION ANYWAY.

           Our protective body layer, the mucous membranes have been damaged or burned off as mine was on 1/10/89 .

We got the COUP OF 2002 IN PLACE EVEN MORE  AND NO GOOD SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT LAWS TO PASS TO PREVENT ANOTHER ATTACK OR REMOVE THE  COUP.  Another $40 million wasted .as trillions get robbed from us.  Who are these people loyal to ?
