DOD and more recently VA. Pus the SEC was defunded so their experts at unraveling this maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships could be known and stopped from getting contracts that are horrendous conflicts of interests. They latterly audit ad control themselves and ignore the laws of the land. judges, and even contract terms.
A DICTATORSHIP OVER US. AND I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHO THE REAL HEAD IS THAT LYNN BLODGETT WORKS FOR. . I named him when high level officials of the real government as well as in the government contractors and. did so in writing and verbally and repeated their illegal orders they followed as he is the boss. and they do as he says. HE HOLDS THE POWER , NOT ANY LAW NOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL. /
The smear campaign by him should have been ended years ago with the civil rights complaints and he has control of those getting docketed in and posted , is my information. Although he has total control of health care in this country now from all conflicting angles, my three health plans has always been government contracts. and under his cabal since the late 80's for the OPM contracted benefits. But we did have funded over sight and OIGS allowed to act if the heads allowed it. That law enforcement program is dismantled also now by Attorney General Eric Holder a few years ago to investigate high level corruption. And that office had been a deadly joke for decades already and no one chose to clean it up. But it did exist! and on occasion would act. .
Has any one filed aj HHS CIVIL RIGHTS complaint against a government contractor and got their case docketed in (given a case number) and been answered at all? .
Most file against a medical provider and it goes to HIPAA complaints and are dealt with there and few ever get to many of them caused by their being micromanaged by this cabal either as they are not going to delve in those areas? . CURRENTLY THE MEDICAL PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS AND PHARMACISTS AND PATIENTS ARE THE ONLY ONES AT LEGAL RISK!
We are helpless to do anything as we have no government to make this cabal obey the laws of the lands.
Our complaints have been filed as Civil Rights as they are against government contractors. Even the two liquid oxygen supplier that are in our area, and only one at a time are contractors of Lynn Blodgett and he will never input the claims and that blocks them from billing any other plan for over a year.

This is what has occurred at Federal workers comp since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN his company Affiliated Computer services took total control of FECA , the federal workers comp programs and huge sums of taxpayers money disappeared? for the medical care of each of us with older established cases. And then he has not input a single oxygen calins since then as his own manger said they were ordered not to as "they would be paid and the gig would be up and they would have to pay all my bills and order were "let her die" on me."
I choose to live and have not been tried in any court in the USA that says I should be facing the death penalty. Even those on 'death row' get medical care that is approved for life as mine has been for nearly 22 years.
I had a manager at one of the largest medical providers billing office in PA laugh at one being on oxygen that long and I told her , that is the medical treatment standards for decades now. When one gets their lungs badly damaged so they do not work as they should, one should not be dying any more in 3 to 5 years as was true when I was injured on 1/10/89. If the rest of the body gets the needed oxygen organs are not then destroyed also on that time. The disease is not reversed but is slowed an done can live for decades

They are not permitted to even 'officially ; see their own agency judges orders which is opposite of what he has run around and still is going on... and blatantly lied about me saying I have got a works comp settlement and retired and there is nothing to do on my cases. 38 federal judges says the opposite and he has blocked more hearings pending as his companies prepare the cases for he Administrative law judges now. and our do not get scheduled for over 6 years in some cases.
The judges orders he has says: that gossip and rumor has run amok and no one knows what is going on and to asks me for the facts and let me reconstruct my files from my records. and then process, pay etc. as approved and the laws says etc.
that is when this became a personal and deadly vendetta against me and he began a smear campaign that no government entity can stop and would have been able to before the COUP OF 2002. Judges could not have been defied very long either before the coup of 2002.

No medical provider can call his people and get the truth. Although in 2002 the ACS call center people were looking on their screens and were saying to all medical providers and my oxygen supplier, Lincare that each of us about 200 cases? had been given a million dollars each to pay for our own care. and no one has ever got that. The money disappeared and the OIG for OPM said that they had a suspected embezzlement ring but CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO INVESTIGATE AND FIND THE MISSING MONEY OF ABOUT 200 MILLION?? My family hauls 200 lb tanks to a gas company that sell medical oxygen about every 10 days and we pay or I WOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD AT THE HANDS OF ANOTHER YEARS AGO, WHICH IS NOT MURDER WHEN DONE BY A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR as too many are already dead and Congress even documented this in one study in 2007 that points to his partners data base, he gives orders to them to follow. That is the unprotected one that all in the USA have our medical records in now and Congress did nothing in 2010 to get it under the HIPPA law as government contactors are not under that. .

We, injured USA works are the ones who are covered under the 1988 labor law who have life threatening medical needs. Without the medical care we will die if not allowed to get medical care. OXYGEN seems to be the major one. And this is one case where the real government owns and maintains its own computer system and very protected . but never foreseen in 1988 that one day there would be no real government allowed to save lives.
Unlike every other one which is owned by the government contractors and programmed to be insecure so they can go in and hack and alter official info as they choose to do so .fr theft and money deals to do illegal dumps onto Medicare, etc.
This system at the US Department of Labor is the ones that posts to the Medicare contracted out system and the govt officials say , they have tried to hack and change my permanent medial with FECA and could not do it. But they are able to alter other info and deletes my Federal Blues as a primary off the system which is the other primary for me and primary for the others on that policy that now have a Medicare card. and do so soon after the bi weekly posting arrives. There IS NO REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO SPEND ONE PENNY TO STOP IT AND THEN ARREST THOSE WHO ARE STEALING MEDICARE DAILY FROM THIS. AS ITS TRILLIONS OWED BACK TO MEDICARE BY THOSE WHO GOT OUT OF PAYING THEIR BILLS AS PRIMARY .
Even worse is that ones oxygen supplier can not get paid for over a year or more in most cases, and cannot afford to takes a workers compensation case. The official system will block any attempt for oxygen to be paid by Medicare as it kicks it back saying primary payers. and no one is aware of the law on this designed to protect the lives of worker against abuses of power. Never knowing of a day when there would be NO GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO SPEND ONE PENNY TO STOP IT AND SAVE LIVES. I am already approved for life by all three plans.
So by the time one sends it to FECA and suppliers have to wait 4 months, and now waiting over 16 years for some which have been legally and filed. one would have stopped breathing and dies years ago. But mine have been followed up on periodicity and are still pending unprocessed even through 38 federal judges in multiple agencies have orders and other things to be done by this one entity now in charge in nearly all part of the government from local to federal now by CONGRESS who then self imposed an illegal, unconstitutional gag order o themselves not to mention, contact or ask a government contractor to testify before them. . Not even for Benghazi when this same entity and one of his companies was under contract to provide security and Hillary never mentions her contractor either as GAG order of CONGRESS???
So then one goes to ones employer group health plan to pay that is also managed by him, and wait and wait and then finally on to Medicare or even Medicaid as too often one is broke by then, to pay and they are also under total control of Lynn Blodgett with his shell companies ,etc. from every angle. Even the suppliers have to hire him as various contractors and he is the inside auditors now not ones from the government also who just read what is sent in. of course now revealing any illegal activity?? .
One has to ask and fund out if the real government is doing something or the unaccountable contracts made by act of CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002 AND FEW IN OFFICE KNOW IT EVEN NOW.
They have no idea how CONGRESS WAS ABLE TO KNOW, FIND OUT THE TRUTH AND OFTEN BY HELPING CONSTITUENTS, AS THEY NO LONGER ARE ABLE TO DO WHEN THE ISSUES ARE IN THE CONTRACTOR WHEN ONES UNRAVELS WHAT IS GOING ON

They have fined him in private industry , he now runs also in more ways than most understand and companies have to hire his companies to manage theirs to deal with his companies as government contractors.
ANOTHER BIG UNKNOWN REASONS COMPANIES LEAVE THE USA AND TAKE OUR JOBS WITH THEM . The expense of losing control of their own companies to this cabal would pay for the higher wages in the USA is something that needs to be looked at. But his partnered company that does these kinds of stats for the government as a contractor , is not going to be eager to do this are they?
THE WHOLE TRUTH IS OFTEN VERY WELL HIDDEN WHEN EVIL HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO OVERCOME US AND OUR NATION.
