Kris Kobach May Be Investigated By A Grand Jury–But It's Not What You Think
I was not there in 9/12 when he testified that President Obama was born in Hawaii, when I had filed and affidavit as eyewitness to events of President Obama's birth at Forbes Air Force Base hospital Topeka Ks and his staff searched for the records.om 9/14/12 and its all on line here back then. Mu mother ,Florence (Hunt) Hardy took his mother to the hospital and was there when he was born I say him a few days later as a new born. The next morning she was not home yet and my dad had got breakfast and said that Ann had her baby. He had made a lot of calls before that.
No one but a party to the birth or a court order can release the record. But what I gleaned was that its there under Soetoro and was used for the adoption to his second step father. his being Obama SR who marred her to hive the baby a name as a favor to her dad, Daniel Wayne Pope who took the ID of the older Stanley Dunham and went to WWII at age 14, his wife and daughter took the names of the older family also \.as the husband at the time of birth, it is legal at that time to let the baby take his name. I never knew them to live together after my dad Rev Tracy Hardy married them at McVicar Chapel on Washburn University campus and member of the Alpha Phi Sorority put the wedding together for them ,
The real dad , Jim T Parks and in law of Rosa Parks and my source is his parents on this and paternity was lynched back in 3/61 in the attack that was to have lynched his mother and he unborn. She got free, ran for help and 3 died that day at the hands of others and a cover up to this day and his grandmother decided he should never know the truth and then one day HE NEEDED HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE and its back in Topeka and he was not told, maybe not to this day. by those around him, whom some have known for years even back to 1961.
I had an attempt on my life a few weeks later when it was learned my parents had guardianship.

I have written about this here, as she almost got it certified in Hawaii but the ruse got caught and although there is an Index of Notices of birth and the newspapers there , it was never certified.
The judge in Kansas could have asked for that records from Hawaii or ordered a phone call be made to check if it ever was certified there and when . Hawaii passed a state law soon after wards making all hospitals lock up the blank forms as this hospital had the blanks on a clip board in a public hallway and when filled out was put in the in basked of the receptionist in the front lobby to call in the births daily to papers and state.
If you have seen a notice of birth it says on its THAT IT IS NOT THE CERTIFIED COPY AND IS NOT TO BE USED FOR OFFICIAL PURPOSES. Its similar in most states. and then says about how long it takes to get the certified one
Rarely is there a situation its not certified, In this case, IT WAS NOT AND THE INDEX OF NOTICES IS NOT OFFICIAL EITHER. One has to check to make sure elsewhere.
The notice was in the Topeka Ks papers the next day.
I do not live in Kansas now, but thought it was the place to end this birther nonsense and get the whole truth out. I had tried to get past Valerie Jarret and gave up first. I had not seen my third cousin for over 2 decades and then had no chance to talk .I finally just went on line and began blogging and sharing all the details and got slammed and dissed from both sides. for just sharing my eye witness account of events.
Three were murdered in a vicious attack and the injustice has affected this whole world over the way its been dealt with or NOT DEALT WITH .My motivation has not been for politics at all in this .
Orly Taitz had brought the case and her motivation was that he should not be eligible and my testimony , I am sure would have led to proving he was and then the voters could have decided to reelect him or not, based on his job performance and politics and character. Ms Taitz went public calling me an OBOT *working for Obama and that was not why I am doing this at all. I had relatives and in-laws on the opposing tickets in 2008 and 2012 and its had nothing about whether I supported them either or not.
I also have crucial info that I could only state under oath ordered to do so by a judge from government sources that I cannot share publicly without a judges say talk.
Some kind of sick game seems have gone on in he Sec of State of Kansas office of Kris Kobach and with his predecessor, who resigned soon after I surfaced publicly but had just been trying to get some of the birthers to help as my contacts in Topeka found a lot of scared people not willing to talk.
I knew some of the former ones family and they knew Jim, the president's dad and boy friend of Stanley Ann. They had known each other nearly 2 years when she got pregnant at age 15, he 16 and they had sat down on the banks of the river where Soldier Creek flowed into the Kaw now Kansas river under federal jurisdiction at the time to figure out what to do . Black Lives did not matter then and not to this day and maybe someone should care.! I just lost some school friends. but others lost family and loved ones and the president lost his real dad. A young man , that could have been a positive influence in his life. in some way from a well respected Kansas family who settled there after the Civil War where members had fought honorably for their freedom with the Union Army.
Another wrong that erupted in to horror as the nation did not face the past and is still trying to over come the past. Kansas is one place where some are having more difficulty than other places in doing this

THE HEALING OF TOPEKA NEEDS TO HAPPEN AS ITS FLOUNDERING IN THE PAST. And the Lynching project only goes through 1951. Kansas has not had any 'REPORTED' lynchings since 1922.. That is when the real cover up began. And currently has gone overboard on voter fraud issues. The bigger concern is these voting machines not being manipulated by a hacker. even though isolated cases do occur. Know your neighbor is the best deterrent. and who is going to expose there illegal statue and try to vote?
A 90 year old grandmother with no birth certificate has a formal letter from the US government that states her age and citizenship and gave her appeals rights if she did not agree. We have done a lot over the years to make formal decisions on age on these matters and what is 'best' evidence, etc., . THAT WAS HER AWARD LETTER WHEN SHE APPLIED FOR HER SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE. and she can call and get another one mailed to her AS WE KNOW WHERE SHE LIVES! Sec of State Kris Kobach is wanting 50,000 Kansans to get letters form SSA as we have done these decisions on nearly every one in the USA that has a social security number since the 1970's .too.
The e verify system could add in the two extra fields and the state run it through when one registers to vote before they send out the voter registration card, and there is no reason ones picture from ones drivers license picture be used or a selfie attached to the registration. Why not use the technology we, the taxpayers have paid for ?
We have to face the past, and not cover it up to OVERCOME THE EVILS AND WRONGS OF THE PAST
