          The government we elect and then the hire government employees to due the work and be in charge IS NOT IN CHARGE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002;  Much of the work of government is now contracted out and  they rule with NO  RESTRAINT OF LAW,  The more ethical companies have been forced out with unfair tactics and one international cabal of a maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships now rules in the USA and in other national around the world s it becomes even more destabilized from it.

           Over payments to the government last beyond even ones estate going through probate. With the massive thefts occurred in , that the real government  cannot find out about 'officially' most have no idea they owe the government  money . This theft is ongoing at Medicare for example and we had a massive theft from 1/06 through 11/12 of patients s id and claims stolen by one of the major contractors and paid in multiples with monies diverted to other than ones doctor, Systems are not designed with the security the taxpayer paid for intentionally to be able to internally steal

      And the current dictator of the USA is now in control of the collection process in many areas.  Constitutional rights? They are not under the laws of the land when there is no government to make them be.

       This is an easy one to get waived as obviously  the patient is unable to stop it when the government  is forbidden by Congress to  do so in the COUP OF 2002  when a member o Congress changed words and phrase in a huge bill no one read and defunded internal audit controls and forbid criminal investigations  and defunded the SEC to be able to unravel the maze of shell companies, and illegal secret deal partnerships and even subcontractors of contractors of the real government . Then got the illegal and unconstitutional gag orders on Congress to not to talk about , contact or have one of the contractors testify in a Congressional hearing. And they cannot figure out this is the root cause of their nearly non existent popularity .

    CONGRESS  CANNOT HELP A CONSTITUENT, THE PEOPLE NOR THE NATION WHEN GAGGED TO NOT DEAL WITH THE ONE RUNNING THE NATION NOW THAT WAS NEVER VOTED FOR.

. THEY ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO NEVER BE ABLE TO FIND OUT THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BAD LAWS HAVE BEEN PASSED AND WILL BE PASSED BASED ON LIES OF THE REAL DATA AND FACTS. UNTIL THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS AGAIN ALLOWED TO DO THE JOB GOVERNMENT HAVE TO DO FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATION.

     . The waiver requests we have filed with Social Security whose heads  agreed in writing to do for Medicare in 2005 has not processed one yet. We were told they were being sent to LYNN BLODGETT TO PROCESS .TO PROCESS WOULD BE AN ADMISSIONS OF GUILT AND CANCELLATION/NON RENEWAL  OF CONTRACTS?!!  The one thing the government can still do but nearly impossible as states and federal government have tried and too often lost. Many legal attempts pending now by states on federally funded shared programs  and some lost. Without the internal audits and criminal prosecutions  allowed to be done difficult to win such..

       One can printed out form SSA 632, and only fill out the first part, of name and numbers used by you and the thieves. and then state "against equity and good conscience " and any other attempts to get the thefts and overpayment's stopped. etc. and ones attempt to report it  and nothing done. etc.

Just the fact that you are the victim is enough, but once you are aware of it file the forms and do so with a certified mail receipt or receipted copy of  from your SSA office.

   Once you are aware of this, then when you give info when you get medical care, supplies and prescriptions, you are to let them know its a conditional payment to Medicare and hey will  not understand as they misinformation is not coming from the real government but from the contractors under Lynn Blodgett. who s still said to be running things the last I knew. But he is just the 'hired hand' of this cabal and replaceable by the beast entity .

   We did our by mail as he local office was told they were not doing them , even thought SSA agreed to in a memorandum in 2005. we mailed our certified mail and wrote on the green card we got back the form number and what was filed. They sign they did get it then.

  AND NO ONE IN THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT IS PROCESSING ANY WAIVERS NOW  FOR THE PATIENTS AND THE PATIENTS ARE BY LAW OVERPAID JUST AS THE DOCTOR, ETC. IF THEY DID NOT FILE THE ONE CLAIM AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT . a simple process they are being ;coerced not to do  and often the billing service and clearing house and or management  firm for them is a Lynn Blodgett company (nearly 200 and growing pus the illegal secret deal partners that none have even begun to list) and few know its the same entity in charge of all.

If they did you would know as you would get a formal; letter after the bill is paid that the primary payer had been notified to pay the bill, etc.

   It does come from the contractor, the same one that facilitated the theft, but you would get it. if done.. But the billing people are being lied to and told not to do them even though the real government begs them to do them .This one act means no overpayment liability exists to the patients nor your good medical provider, supplier or pharmacist as its only the government that can make a huge entity obey the laws they are breaking as you nor I can arrest anyone!   Your records are hacked and then you get overpaid and may not even know it and you no longer have rights to be notified that your benefits or insurance , etc. has been changed without your knowledge or any  real governed making any legal changes.

      Does not matter that you had nothing to do with it and cannot stop it , you still need the real government to say the overpayment is waved AND RIGHT NOW THERE IS NONE THAT CAN GIVE YOU THAT LETTER OR PROCESS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE SUCHH A LETTER AND IF NOT WAVIED APPEAL RIGHTS,

        This is the kind of waiver request where one gives no personal financial info, but a statement that you never received any of the proceeds of the overpayment might be helpful as here are many on duty now who are not trained to know as its being outsourced to this international cabal to rule as they wish and steal as hey wish and if people are harmed or lose their health, lives and livelihoods and basic human rights as well. ,,they do not care. as this cabal is not set up to care.

        The US Constitution has a moral mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." Our elected officials have given up on upholding the US Constitution they took the oath of office to do for , us and by us.

Our VOTES DO NOT COUNT WHEN WE ELECT THOSE WHO DO NOT RULE FOR, BY AND OF US
