THERE IS NO REAL GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE AS YEARS OF NO RESPONSE AND DEFIANCE OF 38 FEDERAL JUDGES, OF WHOM MOST ARE FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. to get my file posted, and they have affirmed I have the accepted conditions and also that many things in file to be process with no initial decisions on them as well as many appeals.

And the real officials there cannot see their own judges orders to obey them and they need the entire case file to work through

      George Soros now says he is he ruler of the world and god now, and he master minded the whole overthrow of the world.

I only know of him   from the media sources I have linked to this blog. but he well may be one actually sued in the third party law suit FECA required to be filed.to repay the taxpayer. and allowed to order his underling Lynn Blodgett to obstruct even life itself. as NO REAL GOVERNMENT WITH FUNDING FROM CONGRESS TO DO SO.

     But over the years, there are links to him being a stock holder ?? of the liability insurer for the  new building our office was in that was gong to be condemned is constructions issues were not fixed and the gas detectors were turned off so the fire department did not get called again and force evacuation.

    One crime after another and our lives in danger and we did not even know all of this until we were injured and most will die before their time fro those injuries , over time.

    There is a third party law suit pending out in Hudson County NJ waiting for the federal government to figure up the damages. so the taxpayer can be reimbursed. I had no choice but to find an attorney and file.  And that means the schedule award and permanent disability and the whole back log be worked through.  The state is waiting on the Federal government to enforce the laws against their contractor to stop holding up access to files and data and since copies of a file that is now nearly 100.000 pages have gone missing inside ACS several times we will need one final reconstruction and this time every one understand it is going to be posted and worked through, once current needs are met for life and livelihood. as it was another in the long pattern of illegal messing with my paper claims file that started this , this last time, only to have no real government in charge when the judges remand orders came back to obey them .By this time we have no government in charge to make a contractor obey  the law, constitutional rights or judges I any way.
        And then every one believe any lie they were told by the one who refused to give them access to the files or even judges orders. and this is several with varied things to do and not all done before 2002. Plus a couple of hearing officers orders in the mix not followed either.  The judges said I did returned to work , as that is how I got the EEOC sanctions against SEC of HHS Donna Shalala for torture to the point of death. for refusing to do what was  promised to  FECA they would do for me if I returned to work for SSA. I was not even permitted to work with the regional handicap person to make sure all was being done as FECA and doctors said needed to be done. JUST THE OPPOSITE OCCURRED.

   Evil has existed and it is getting worse with no government for, of and by us in control of the nation and our rights.   .PRAY FOR THE ONES NOW IN CONTROL AND GEORGE SOROS SAYS ITS HIM SO HE NEEDS CONSTANT PRAYERS. Lynn Blodgett and all the others obeying these lies do also , but have I been praying for the underlings and not the one in charge as he now claims he is? I pray for him, not to him. just to make it clear to all. .

     My file is a convoluted mess due to the constant stealing of the file and them having to get judges to remand and  then the real officials would begin paying and processing and then another thefts and a continuous pattern of criminal activity that led to the horrors of 9/11/01 as too many were convinced not to do their job and that is exactly what the 9/11 COMMISSION was to get at. They spent $40 million and did what I call a NEW JERSEY WHITEWASH COVER UP  when they did not go back before 1995. when some legal events that occurred among us and about our office occurred?  along with some more high level criminal acts, too. in 1995?  
      My cases well prove THERE IS NO HOMELAND SECURITY IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR CONTRACTOR SINCE 1/10/89 WHEN THIS BEGAN at the US Department  of Labor or in any federal office where my files and data have been since then. And the answer to the insecurity is to contract it all out an put in on a computer screen and what has occurred is even worse judges and laws never obeyed   and no government exists to stop the illegal and unconstitutional behaviors. ..
         AND STILL IS NOT WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL IN CHARGE AND GEORGE SOROS STEALING OUR MONEY AND USING IT TO INFLUENCE WHOM HE CAN PUT IN OFFICE THAT WILL REMAIN IGNORANT OF ALL HE IS DOING TO US?
    He really is claiming to be this evil master mind? and god?

    But at the same time in 2002, the Congress took away the funding for the real govt to make sure their contractors obey the laws and the judges. and since there is no internal audits and no criminal investigations either allowed by Congress  and the SEC defunded also.
     The one being sued is in control of my workers comp case?   And my case is a type that will open all to a possible class action for not only my office but others in the building who appeared to be sickened also, including the building manager for Hartz Mountain even after all these years of waiting for the real government to rise and be the government again as the US Constitution says "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." .

    No matter who or what got us if the gas detectors had been turned on, the fire department would have shown up before the toxic cloud got to my area of the building as OSHA said our group got the entire mixture plus the chemicals in the copy machine that used carbon tetrachloride. one of the worse , plus the rest.  IF THEIR HAD NOT BEEN CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE, I MAY NOT EVEN HAVE BEEN INJURED, AT LEAST NOT AS SERIOUSLY. The cover up got me, not the original crime and Osama Bin Ladin who had been in to pick up his HHS w-2 for work done in 7/88 when he was illegally given access to the entire SSA data base and financial records of every one  who had a social security number then.  and OIG for HHS would not stop it as none of the new hires had completed their security clearances yet and had a PIN to track what they did on the system

      You can go to the anniversary date of any year since I began blogging of 9/11/01 that is hidden from the media and even Alex Jones will not cover it. with all the horrendous treatment of 90 dedicated hard working civil servants of the Social Security Teleservice center in Jersey City.

      I have no doubt who did it as he would stand and stare at the World Trade Center out  of the window near my desk. Obsessed. I tried for 2 years to stop 9/11/01 and only got rebuffed except the CIA and NSA officials told me Janet Reno would not let them  move to get him stopped. once she put him on the 10 most wanted list. The General counsel for the FBI told me that the 9/11 commission had asked for all the records and when she went to look all mine were gone.  and the two from New Jersey who held office  at the time this occurred. Then decided to not go back before 1995 in gathering information so where is all of that info?? including my blood and skin samples and the NJ Health department reports that was filled out by the ER Doctor who found out the wrong employer had been put down on my initial chart and sent me home to die rather than being admission for treatment as clearly had to be done. and did stop breathing and rushed in and its all in this blog on the anniversary of 9/11 01 each year. ..
            and never answered the question Congress gave them 40 million dollars to answer as to what needs to be done to stop another.? atrocity which now has us in an OVERTHROWN GOVERNMENT HELPLESS TO ACT IF ENOUGH MEMBERS OF  CONGRESS DONOT BREAK FREE FROM THE ONE WHO SAYS HE IS THE GOD OF US. But not the one I worship of love and life and justice for all who freely offers us HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND LIFE ETERNAL IS WE JUST CHOOSE HIM OVER EVIL. .

   Unless one goes back to the beginning in the USA, one cannot know and contracting the whole nation out to an international cabal to run the USA  in a COUP OF 2002 is not an answer   and GEORGE SOROS BECAME THE RULER OF THE USA AND HIRED LYNN BLODGETT TO DO HIS RUN THE USA FOR HIM HERE AND HIS BROTHER TO RUN THE EU.

    That is what he is now saying!?  And Soros is using trillions stolen from the US Treasury to gain control of the world?? as the WIZARD BEHIND THE CURTAIN AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT OF THE USA AND WORLD HAS BECOME LIKE 'ALICE'  LIVING 'IN' A 'WONDERLAND' OF FANTASY THINKING THEY ARE STILL IN CHARGE  AND HAVE NOT BEEN SINCE THE COUP OF 2002?!

         A self proclaimed god , he is quoted as saying recently? who is worshipped as such when all believe everything his followers say and obey them even when the orders are illegal and inhuman and against every basic human rights even the UN says are wrong and evil.

    I worship the god of love and the face of HIM , Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus who taught us to care for each and love one another and treat all with dignity and respect and uphold the laws of the land of  fairness and justice for all.
   As the 10 Commandments teach. No one in authority is a god, and the people are not to worship any one as such and if one covets *abuses power, then we have the right as humanity to remove the abusive leaders. We are to respect our elders, and not lie in official matters or order or cause to  take another's life .   *( the meaning of the Hebrew word for  covet in the 10th commandment is "abuse of power"  making the whole document the one that separates church and state and why our founders put them up where our leaders held power so we would not worship them and we  hold them accountable as the NON GODS  they  are and  as human as the rest of us. Who can make mistakes if they do not follow the path of justice for all )

     The founders of the USA gave us a founding document that separates us form have a religions based on the one in charge . wither checks and balances on any human gaining abusive power over us. And it gives us peaceful means to remove that one from a high position of control wither they be an elected official or one who has illegally grabbed power by false info and being allowed to get by with breaking every trust busting law we have to prevent one entity gaining control in every conflicting way and they robbing us of our monies, rights and even health and lives.
