How GSA is making category management work for acquisition see my comment to the article on a very elaborate method set up to give contracts but is it going to be able to ferret out shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships that is causing so much havoc with thefts and loss of rights now. since the COUP OF 2002. Unfortunately this seems like 'made work' to act as if the real government was still running the government ? May I be wrong! But fairness and justice does not have to be that elaborate, just know who is funding and who controls these companies etc.
