      No wonder we are in financial straits. we have so much money owed back to us that we have been forced to pay out due to the illegal hacking of the contracted out government systems. The health insurers were not fiscally sound enough for Hillary care in 2010. But due to Congress's own passed COUP of 2002 and their unconstitutional gag order rule to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify, no one in the real government knew the whole truth of things and no way to verify any data inside at government contractor.

      An illegal bail out of the health insurance industry going  on since 1994 when the enforcement of the Conditional payment law under Medicare was suspended and collapsed the whole health care system as NO ONE HAD TO 'PLAY BY THE RULES' ANYMORE.  . Although funding from Congress still existed until 2002 for internal audits and criminal investigations of government contractors  and SEC funding to prevent conflicts of interest by the same entity setting up shell companies and illegal secret deals and controlling every phase of health care  the looting of Medicare began and got worse when the official restrainer of law was removed in the COUP OF 2002. More ethical companies were forced out as there was no longer a fair market system of competition. ITS WAS NO LONGER "FAIR." .  It takes the force of the real government to step in and make sure its ' FAIR '  when skullduggery and illegal things begin to go on that makes it 'UNFAIR'  MARKET COMPETITION that is the opposite of any kind of FREEDOM . No real FREEDOM  can exist is some are allowed to 'break the rule' and bully their way by unfair illegal acts.

       How could any company remain in business and have no idea who is doing the work and if its being done as the owner wishes it to be done with some stealing from the company in huge amounts.

    We are the owners and we elected some to know and stop things going on we do not wish to be done, that our laws and rules and judges and constitution says are not to be. YET THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.

    My asthma is still flared up since yesterday and still some pneumonia so must just rest.  Hope is present and pray to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS, THAT ITS REAL THIS TIME THAT WE WILL AGAIN HAVE THE RESTRAINT OF LAWS OBEYED AND THINGS PENDING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002  WILL ALL BE PROCESSED AND PAID THAT WE HAVE HAD TO PAY OUT FOR LIFE ITSELF TO BE MAINTAINED. So far its only a promise that it will be done and not hacked into the systems of the people of our records and nation. And my prayers for safety and survival of those in Louisiana affected by the floods.  AMEN!
