DAILY RECAP ADDED 8/17/16 NEW YORK TIMES DOES NOT KNOW THE JOURNALISTIC; WHO?

‘Shadow Brokers’ Leak Raises Alarming Question: Was the N.S.A. Hacked? - The New York Times

After all these years, this main newspaper forgot the first question for any journalist? WHO?

Snowden did not work for NSA  and NSA is not the entity collecting all that personal data on each one of us.  Its the agency that contracted out all of this that is being said too often is the real government snooping.

If they were the real government then the internal audits, each government entity and individual has would have answered the question and maybe even prevented a possible hacking

No wonder we have a Congress that does not know when a major newspaper does not know how the real government does not work since the COUP OF 2002 when they overthrew the governed into the control of an international cabal of contractors and few even knew what they voted on and most still do not know.

They still think that they are passing laws based on verified data and facts and no one in the real government knows what is going on as no one is allowed to verify anything anymore as congress defunded internal audit, criminal investigation and SEC defunded o unravel a maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnership s with Lynn Blodgett said by those in the higher levels of the government as well as contractors that he is the authority and some even think he is a government official as this cabal hides that they are not.

Our personal data is not protected at a contractor as it would be with the real government where employees are under the privacy laws of 1974 if nothing else. and be criminally prosecuted if accessed for no government purpose and then misused.

I have not read or heard anything that they were given the funding the rest of the government was not since the COUP OF 2002. with the exception of the DOD and more recently the VA.
