Many in the government are truly scared of their jobs is they speak out as there is no whistle blower protections when 'partner' Goldman-Sachs is running that intake and screening on that program.
Over the years, no one would pay attention to me or anyone else like me trying to tell them and even sending them all kinds of evidence. And ignoring the facts in front of them as reports and testimony did not make common sense for any one who understood anything about how the government works. Especially those, like me around when THE GOVERNMENT ACTUALLY WAS ALLOWED TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATION AND RESPECTED FAR MORE THEN IT IS TODAY AS THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX BAD LAWS AND STOP BAD THINGS GOING ON AS THEY FOUND OUT THE WHOLE TRUTH OF THINGS. Often just by helping their constituents and what they had issues with. Now mostly with the contractors and they are not allowed to help when its with them .
The devil is a sneak. Those whose motives are not good and seem to have him as their 'master; have been able to manipulate some in Congress to do this to their co members and to the whole nation. So sneaky to just take away the right of the real government to do its job with regard to contractors when everything is being contracted out now. Change a few words or phrases here and there and all contractors have immunity to do as they please.
Laws are even being designed to need more contractors to shuffle more data as is going on in the Recovery unit at Medicare which is part of Emblemhealth International formerly Group Health Inc which has owned the data and records since 1999 and no HIPPA law over it either or any health contractor of the government which even ones insurer is now a government contractor and mine have been government contracts. FECA became totally under Affiliated computer services in 2002 one of the main companies now Lynn Blodgett's .

It's not just in domestic programs , that we are being robbed and government contractors are running matters and getting us into wars as the leaders will not admit their embarrassment of the cabal being in charge and put and end to it and take back the control of the government to the real government that we elect to hire others to do the jobs and then see they do it legally and constitutionally upholding the rights of all of us. .

The Medicare secondary payer recovery unit now under one sub unit of Emblemhealth is more involved than ever in shuffling data needlessly around to decided what ones workers comp should pay back to Medicare. as if no one ever had on going payments made on a approved claims by their workers comp once approved. And this cabal telling medical billers not to do conditional payments to already have the list of bills and not having the government to enforce laws, even when ones diagnosis has well known what bills pertain . by law, medical standards and years of precedent case history. ITS GAME PLAYING TO SHUFFLE DATA .
Since Lynn Blodgett , who is in control of all of health care now, is paying most of the claims for every one workers comp now as contractor of the insurance companies, he must not be paying much and creating chaos that is needing to be negotiated by companies on all sides many his and illegal secret deal partners who also usually are inside the employers as management companies also now to deal with his government contacting companies.

WHAT IS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT UNDER THE 1980 LAW THAT PROTECTS PATIENTS AND MEDICAL PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS AND PHARMACISTS FROM ANY OVERPAYMENT LIABILITIES?
There are two categories
1. a person just got an injury or illness and a claim has been or soon will be made as their health insurer or government program will require them to do. Medicare will pay and all the bills need to be coded that seem to be related as a conditional payment and after Medicare's intermediary pays. and Lynn Blodgett pays some of them , or has control of the process as info giver also.
Those bills coded go to the recovery unit and letters go out to let them know when the claim is accepted. and they then ask for the money back from the one that is to pay. Its why all bills that might be related are to be coded, and not spend too much time trying to be the claims adjuster. Common sense directs this. It will be up to the workers comp payer, auto insurer etc. to then say this or that bill is not and why. etc. It why the real government has to over see this or every claims could end up in dispute. when ones accepted diagnosis pretty well sets what bills relate under the laws and years of court cases and medical treatment standards. ITS NOT THE CHAOS NOW CREATED TO NEED ALL THIS DATA SHUFFLING AT ALL AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE AND PROFITS TO THIS CABAL. And the recovery unit is more involved in this than much of anything else, now and that is not the main job they are to do .
THEY ARE THE MAIN ONES WHO ARE DOING ILLEGALLY WHAT THEY ARE HIRED TO DO AS CONTRACTOR OF THE BIGGER ISSUE AND WHY THE LAW WAS NEEDED IN 1980.
WHEN THINGS HAD GONE BAD THEN after there was no longer a government person on site with the claims paying contractors to help oversee the process after Social Security was no longer over Medicare. . is my situation which was going on .badly by 1980. I have signed enforcement orders to the US Attorney that is far less than what is going on now. The contractors were helping stop the thefts, not being the thieves. Stockholders and owners of the health insurers has changed over the years, also. The expertise of the Securities and Exchange Commission is badly needed to help the agencies when they award the contracts as often its shell companies and same entities with partnerships, etc. and why the 'sneak' took away their funding over government contractors also.
Its why I knew immediately in 2002, something had gone badly wrong and even the head that gave the contract was shocked to know how their contract was being violated by them and NOTHING COULD BE DONE as authority of the real government to stop blatant crimes had been stripped by act of Congress in the e governing laws. His first response to my explaining of what was going on altering who was to pay first. was
"THEY CAN'T DO THAT THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE NOT TO ALTER INFO THAT IS POSTED BY ONES EMPLOYER." And the system was paid for to block anyone from altering any of the info when an employer posts. The Medicare system is insecure and just about any one that has access can change the info .
I never could fathom why Group Health Inc of New York was considered the best company to get full control of Medicare.in 1999 and then take away oversight of the real government. Other companies had a better ethical records was my inside opinion. but if there was already intent to steal , than one could give the lowest bid and profit greatly.
(or did it have something to do with the First Lady wanting to be US Senator from NY?) I just ask the question?
2. PRIMARY PAYERS NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS. And it takes the full force of the real government to stop the skullduggery that is now going on worse than what was going on that ended with the law passed. in 1980. I know as I have signed orders that went over to the US Attorneys on cases far less worse that mine and others have become now.
With internal audits there would be no illegal software programs being run bi weekly to alter the info that's posted from ones employer for themselves and family members who have Medicare cards. since 4/09.
And since the COUP OF 2002 before the illegal software program being run, each time a claim was to be paid with Medicare as the primary payers of which all are managed and/or controlled by Lynn Blodgett's companies and partners for me and mine. and said "let Medicare pay' As he decides what THE LAW, IS AND NOT CONGRESS .
He controls Federal Blues and Federal workers comp. as well. and NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALLY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AND NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO KNOW OR TO CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATE AND STOP IT.
From 2002 through 4/09 there was a criminal overt act that went on to fax in a request to delete the Blues off the system and then flip it to secondary in violation of their contracts to not alter the posting from the employer which for me comes from the real government owned system at the US Dept of labor in Washington DC, but not accessible to even be seen in the regional offices as they get their info from Lynn Blodgett and he refuses to post my file and bring it online with the real system in DC by not inputting the oxygen clams since 2002. Three Medicare judges got the real internal info and said its accurate and Medicare is not primary until I get put on permanent disability with FECA .
Emblem health said, of the judges orders, WE DO NOT CARE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS, WE HAVE DEALS MADE WE HAVE TO GO BY WITH INSURERS THAT HAVE TO BE KEPT INSTEAD OF LAW, RULES, CONTRACT TERMS OF JUDGES. This is the testimony Congress needs to hear in a formal hearing under oath. as its what is going on also.
Since my claims examiner in the Dallas office cannot have access to my files or data and doesn't even have access to this real system in DC either, but those there do and so do the appellate judges. I am still employed although have not gone to work for years, IN LEGAL LIMBO AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO AUTHORITY BY ACT OF CONGRESS. And I even have among the 38 federal agency judges in multiple agencies being defied.
The last three at the US Department of Labor that ordered by file posted and use my records. and to ask me for the facts of the case, as 'RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON ."
Its not just my files that keep ending up with them and why they have kept all filings put together in house there. MY COPY IS UNOFFICIAL AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT TRUSTED TO HAVE PAPER FROM ANY SOURCE; IF IT COMES IN; IT CANNOT BE USED UNTIL SENT TO LYNN BLODGETT AND ITS POSTED.
SO LYNN BLODGETT IS NOW ALL THE FEDERAL JUDGES, AS WELL AS CONGRESS. AND WHEN WILL HE TAKE OVER THE PRESIDENCY?
When one considers Benghazi, Iran prisoner release and $400 million in his? plane and whatever else has gone on?? Congress will never find out as they cannot ask him? maybe he is the real president. I just call him a dictator by act of Congress with most never knowing what happened or that he is in charge. and the hired hand for the USA by this international cabal. Congress can still stop this! They control the official budget.
Ne is named by me as he is the one named in writing and verbally by many high level officials in the real government as well as his own managers. in his companies and partnerships. Some of them thought he was the real government as his impersonation as one is also illegal. Systems hacked and records destroyed as they thought he was real government official. Shocked when I told them he was not.
CONGRESS SHOULD BE FINDING THIS OUT; NOT ME DOING THIS AS I FIGHTING FOR SURVIVAL UNDER HIS 'LET HER DIE' ORDER ON ME.
Worse than this is that Lynn Blodgett ,then went around to agencies and contractors lying and saying I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired which never occurred. and agency heads began to hack and delete and alter info also and stop doing needed work on my cases, all over. .Just the opposite of the judges orders, and more pending with things to be done...
First of all when I am retired, I will be receiving a lump sum of restored annual leave. and credit for sick leave. and all the papers needed have been signed etc. for the day the pending permanent disability is processed by FECA which is not going to happen in an overthrown government as it is now. .
I am not the only one this kind of thing is happening to and other similar things going on that have even cost lives. already before their injures should have caused them to die.
As far as I am concerned if ones criminal acts result in one dying one minute before they would have otherwise, its murder. But our legal system is more complex than that and we have to go by it, unless we are a government contractor with no real government or legal system to stop crimes.
I made a few calls to congressional offices last week and today and found them 'stirred up' more than usual. Maybe they are realizing that they have to do the job of putting the government back in place or we could end up in even worse straits. And most of the people just blame a generic 'government' not knowing what is in this blog to even know what to demand of their elected officials to solve it. And the streets are erupting and national guard called out in some places and I say its this unfairness and injustice that is going on with no real government to turn to when things get so crooked
The modern way to overthrow a government:
IT WAS SIMPLY DONE AND SIMPLE SOLUTION TO SOLVE. But many will not like their organized crime cabal upset. This would not be the first time our legal system had to take on a bunch like this. Most inside this cabal are decent people hired and mistrained to not know what they are to do legally. Simply say , we will now be following the law and regulations and judges you were told to ignore. Its only the nation and people at risk that should never have been put in this situation in the first place.
CONGRESS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED! FAR WORSE IS NOT ACTING TO PUT THE BUDGET BACK IN PLACE TO ALLOW THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO DO ITS JOB AS ONCE THEY WERE ALLOWED TO DO AND TRIED TO DO . AND IF A FEW INSIDE ARE INVOLVED IN THESE CRIMES THEN THEY NEED TO BE TURNED OVER TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM TO DEAL WITH .AND CONGRESS SEE WE HAVE PROFESSIONALS AND NOT POLITICOS IN THE US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT TO DO THE JOBS THEY WERE HIRED TO DO FOR US. AND THE NATION.
A silent holocaust going on. that for the grace of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus they could be the next victim of this cabal's control of the USA and many other nation of the world where similar intrigues have gone on to over throw them . They are under their control and snooping already and not aware and should be.
Its no wonder this blog is being read as much or more over seas as in the USA. ITS THEIR STORY ALSO. Russian readers have not been accessing for nearly a week again. I do not know why that censorship. I do not advocate any illegal actions by any one. and wish peace and not war as this cabal makes money from wars and chaos. I do encourage all to vote and show the power of the people to be self governing. I personally believe that if the people of the world were in control of their governments, we would end wars, as most have the common sense to know that no one really wins in one .Harms done both ways.
