The big change now is for the last couple of years, Federal blues will not process any oxygen invoices which they had been giving me partial payment for at the non participating provider rate. and Medicare contractor, Celerian group will not process the ones filed there for the last couple of years and that is a denial expected to appeal on up to join the others pending or a hearing for over 6 years to get rid of some bad regulations that will not pay where there is no supplier in ones area for them and have to take 200 liquid oxygen tanks or a gas company that sells medial oxygen directly to a patient. most will not now and THIS IS THE BIGGEST DEATH PANEL ALREADY IN PLACE SINCE 1/1/2008 when an unconstitutional regulation forced many small medical supply places out of having a few patients each and just exchanging filled tanks.
Forced out for the larger companies to be more competitive for Medicare territories by them having to hire a part time delivery person as they would have to hire a respiratory technician for no good medical reason at an initial cost of over $21,000 in our rural area. . the small suppliers had figured out how to do it cheaper, and that was not competitive for the big companies financed by this international cabal now
I am approved for life by all three health plans, all under management control of Lynn Blodgett's companies. Its federal workers compensation's bill but he has not input one invoice since he took over in 2002 and he now has nearly every ones workers comp cases under his control now in the USA as contractors with the insurers he also gets to manage with his nearly 200 or more companies and illegal secret deal contractors and cost rise and rise and health care goes down and down ..

A few days ago , I wrote that he needs to call Congress back in to session and pass the budget for Zyrka, AND II SUGGESTED HE "SNEAK BACK IN" THE BUDGET TO STOP THE OVER THROW OF THE GOVERNMENT THAT OCCURRED IN 2002. Just as it was 'sneaked out' in 2002 as the entire government was being contracted out from local to federal levels.
Even out e mails and phone calls are owned and controlled by an unaccountable contractor. along with our medical records, etc. not under HIPPAA since 1999 and no way to correct errors or co mingled records. that has cost upwards of million or more lives. per a congressional study done 10 years ago but nothing done as Congress also needs to get rid of that deadly illegal and unconstitutional gag order to not mention , contact , or have a contractor testify. its time to take a stand for life and rights and nation and put the real government back in place to do the job for the people as once they were able to do and usually did .They are to be over the contractors, now overthrown by them
No extra money is needed to be appropriated as it can be an earmark to take a portion of every agencies budget and say it must be used for internal audits of government contractors and for criminal investigations of government contractors and funding at the SEC must also have a portion used for unraveling the maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships of the contractors.
PRESIDENTS HAVE NO POWER EITHER.
They only get the monies to spend from Congress!
In the campaign its been implied that then US Senator Hillary Clinton had something to do with words and phrases being taken out of huge budget bills of the E-governing laws of 2002 and created the COUP OF 2002 into the near total control of he USA to this international cabal that has members that are not the same entities as once ruled this world for the last few hundred years.
I have not said she did it as I do not know. Someone did it. And the Speaker of the House is the one responsible for budget bills.
Former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert sits in jail now for covering up his perversions with minors. he was the one I name as he was there in 2002, in charge to make sure that bills voted on did not substantially change from what they were intended to be. Few had any idea they were voting on overthrow of he US government. Then be conned into the gag order to not be able to do anything. No wonder they became DO NOTHING CONGRESSES AS THEY GAGGED THEMSELVES TO ALLOW THE COUP OF 2002 TO GO ON TO THIS DAY.
Highest responsibility more in the realm of who owns the systems and data in them and nations have let these IT companies and their owners took control of nearly the whole world. Our money is cyber, and that is in their control also. I still cannot say for sure who is Lynn Blodgett's real boss. Until I know its speculation at best.
If our law enforcers were allowed to do so , they have the resources to find out. if Congress will allow it.
TODAY Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton was asking Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to call Congress back in session. She did not add, my suggestion to get budgets throughout the government earmarked so a percent of each ones cold PUT THE REAL GOVERNMENT BACK IN CHARGE OF THE GOVERNMENT AGAIN hired by our elected leaders with all the controls to make sure they do the work legally and correctly and be able to arrest those who break our laws as government employees or as contractors, .
If US Senator Hillary Clinton, was involved in this overthrown, then she may be waking up to the fact that if she becomes President Hillary Clinton nest year, she will be under the dictator ship of LYNN BLODGETT ALSO?? And she will be blamed for things that go wrong more than she ever was a Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton?.
This man, is only the 'hired hand' and replaceable if he does not do the job of his masters.
She is not my favored candidate at this point in time, but whoever did this, has caused havoc and chaos and much worse for this nation and world.,
ITS TIME TO" PUT HUMPTY DUMPTY BACK TOGETHER AGAIN" Unlike the broken mess of the Middle Ages that was the basis for the nursery rhyme,. we still have a Congress and governing document , the US Constitution and our elected leaders to do it. Then work through the horrendous mess of the last 15 years of being under a dictatorship few even knew was running things and stealing and all the other illegal and unethical an unconstitutional things that went on.
Most agencies and even members of Congress have stacks of complaints and evidence from the people stacked up with what needs to be done. and soon. Its time to turn to these and began working through them as the answers are there just as they used to be before the COUP of 2002.
My prayers to Yahusha , whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that somehow whoever is elected to office at all levels we work together for the good of all of us to figure our how to solve our problems , but we have to stop the stealing first from inside this cabal and restore our basic human rights to each and every one. One does not have to have my faith to wish this to occur.
Go back and see how things used to be done when the real government worked as the real government was allowed to do its job. A lot of training is going to be needed as so many do not know how to do the full range of their jobs and neither do those inside the contractors who have intentionally been trained wrong for so long.
