 Since the COUP OF 2002 AND THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL CONGRESSIONAL SELF IMPOSED GAG ORDER, nothing has changed and the nation is robbed by an international cabal currently headed up  in the USA by Lynn Blodgett a named by high level officials in writing and verbally.

        THERE IS NO REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO ACT TO STOP THE OVER THROW.
WE MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN BY AGAIN HAVING A GOVERNMENT THAT CAN DO ITS JOB AS IT ONCE DID FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATION.
           Congress holds the key to the budget to make this right and its an election year, and politically embarrassing to have to admits  that most were 'conned; by someone who altered words and phases: in the E Governing laws of 2002 and removed the budget for the most basic of government functions in an era when increasingly the work of government is contracted out . NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO KNOW WHAT THEY DO , OR STOP CRIMES BEING COMMITTED. without spending money. And the Securities and Exchange Commission was defunded also to unravel this maze of companies to know its one entity.  to allows one entity to become nearly t200 shell companies and make illegal secret deals to  control the entire nation at all levels with horrendous conflict of interest, They are the ;checks and balances against abuse of power themselves and can do as they please  NONE EXIST when they oversee themselves .
      No matter who is President they cannot  pass a budget! Congress does! and the House of Representatives begins the process.

                         QUESTION RAISED ABOUT THE HEWLETT-PACKARD POST OF YESTERDAY

          You can put in word searches for when this was posted in the past. But basically, Lynn Blodgett bought EDS, Ross Perot's company and then bought into Dell and Hewlett- Packard. Xerox seemed to the the original company in 1983 that branched out into the services area. and had some new stockholders come in and turned it in  new areas, of processing data and paper work with the new generation of systems that were birthed then. Its all a murky maze and needs the SEC to unravel it and they are not allowed to by Congress in the COUP OF 2002. my contention, and many others has been the first take over was a legitimate company called Xerox back in the 1980"s   This blog was begun to keep track and post all the various info I could gather up myself as MY LIFE ITSELF WAS AND STILL IS ON THE LINE ON THIS and so is livelihood for self and family.
        No member of Congress could help as they could and can only go the to agency  who has no access to the records and has been blatantly lied to by Lynn Blodgett as the trail went up and up to him as the DICATOR OF THE US PUT IN POWER B WHAT CONGRESS ALLOWED ITSELF TO DO  and is still most do not  have any  idea that they are 'playing' at being the government and gave away their power to this international cabal a long time ago which only obeys the laws they choose to obey.
 But they are still there and they can take it back is we, the people will vote for those who will do this for us and our nation.  My own member of the US Senate has several privacy releases signed by myself and members of my family affected as they are on my Federal Blues Cross /Blue Shield policy
       These releases are now able to be very specific naming the contractor and who is in charge, and issues  etc.  and what is not being done that legally should be etc. . They have had these for months this last time and CAN DO NOTHING AS THE RULES OF THE US SENATE AND THE HOUSE  FORBIDS JUSTICE AS THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO CONTACT THE CONTACTOR EVEN IF THEY DO A COURTESY CHECK WITH THE AGENCY FIRST AND BOTH OF THEM  GO TO THE CONTRACTOR,  And there is no budget for them to do so as that is a spot audit; even on one case, very typical of too many. .
   The real government is not allowed to go into a contactor and find out what is really going on . They have to accept their  word and its well documented its lies and some of the records being withheld is there official notices to the real government from 38 federal judges from multiple  agencies and their remand orders that the contactor gets first to post and will not do so.  For the real government to have access would end up with one thing they can still do . cancel a contract or not renew it something impossible to do with out being able to get 'officially/ evidence of  illegal and unethical and grossly unconstitutional behaviors.  Outside evidence is sufficient to go in  and find out, if they had the authority of Congress to do so. since the COUP OF 2002, they don't.
             To side step into some info that is well known to the readers of this blog:
     At Medicare the fact I could be sent letters showing I have 17 Medicare numbers assigned to me by their computer would been more than enough to get in as some as I learned of the first phony one on 2/1/08.  Months before the system programed to be insecure in 1/06 was there waiting for the 2 year time limit to end on the AMA lawsuit and then paid themselves an additional 16 pays per claims and according  to 500 named witnesses in one contractors who documented this extensively over 2 years, on me and 'wide spread  on others  estimated a trillion dollar theft in a couple of regions, and that is just one of the many illegal things going on.
   We all found out that there was nothing we could do   FBI CYBER Crimes,  SSA, HHS, FTC OIG;'s  and DOJ all learned in the fall of '08  of this defunding by Congress to act and shut this down.
I knew something was wrong but thought it was internal at HHS and some corruption there, But we learned it was CONGRESS and a COUP OF 2002.
 this theft of ID an claims continued until the new Acting Director of CMS came in in '09 and began the process to not renew the contact and its went though appeals etc. until it ended in 11/12, The monies were diverted and still missing, along with trillions more insiders say .
       I know of no medical provider that got 17 pays per claim on me. In fact Medicare was hacked to make Medicare primary when it wasn't; and that hacking goes on now bi weekly so that  MEDICARE PAYS FIRST FOR ALL EVEN IF ONES EMPLOYER SAYS THEIR EMPLOYEE HAS OTHER PRIMARY COVERAGE.  THE PRIMARY IS JUST DELETED AND THEN ONE HAS OBSTRUCTED MEDICAL CARE  And you are asked  to straighten  out the whole government to get treatment paid for  when the government is forbidden to act, in the COUP OF 2002.

     NO GOVERNEMNT IN INCONTROL OF ANYTHING IN ANY HEALTH CARE PLAN THEY JUST THINK THEY ARE as they cannot go into a contactor and verify any anything nor arrest anyone let along shut down an on going  illegal crime that is ongoing.  and daily the main billing system is still hacked to make Medicare the primary payer by deleting the posted info  from ones employer and not to be altered
    The system is supposed to be programmed to block any one from altering it when an employer is posting. as about any one can go in and alter the info based on even a phone call.  General Dynamics told their 1-800 Medicare call centers not to do it there anymore after I wrote to the CEO as they had not owned them that long  But its still unsecured to do so as far as I know..
     I have 3 Medicare judges to back me up that the posting  is accurate, but this cabal listens to no judge or government at all  They are in control and take their orders form Lynn Blodgett who says do i t and they illegally do it    This is only one agency and one program of the entire government where a lot of money flows through these contracted out systems that are not secure at all and the thieves know they are not.
     I began  in 2002 from why are federal judges begin defied  and where is my file and data in the government on  many pending issues  and why are they being hacked and illegally disappearing etc.
                     Back to the major companies:
 LYNN BLODGETT AND HEWLETT-PACKARD AND OTHERS
      Many of these companies have had divisions who hold government as well as private industry contracts to perform services to do the kinds of work government used to do . As well as being the call centers who answer the phone of most government phone numbers now  at the federal and state levels with contracts that are difficult to get out of as many states have found out and the federal government is unable to do so either since they cannot audit to know if the jobs are being done legally and well, nor officially document any criminal activity that has been  documented well enough that many in the real government have stacks of cases ready to ask for search warrants if they can ever get Congress to give the budget to do their job.
     Indications are that Congress itself has contracted out to them also for much of their work, so is any messages from us getting through even?
     Its not additional money that is needed, its just being allowed to use a portion of the existing budget to do their jobs with respect to government contractors.   Stopping thefts more than pays for the budget spent no matter what happens with the alleged criminals. Many who work in these contractors do not even realize they are breaking the laws as they are intentionally mistrained  and think its what is to be done they are basically good  and decent people who do not know better.
        And I have even had employees of contractors think they were government employees and shocked to find out they were not. . They do not wish them to get smart amount what the real laws and regulations say as then they could 'blow the whistle; and so they control the intake on that program to STOP THE WHISTLE BLOWER AS SOON AS THEY REPORT. 
     SSA is one place they still answer the phone but the system and our data and some of the work is not being done by them anymore And the call centers do not have access to data and records we always did to be able to really solve issues and do what our security clearances say we are to be able to access as we are tracked by our own PINs  Indications have been it was on the way to being contracted out also, but so far has not been. 
   Most OIG;s now are a subsidiary of  Goldman-Sachs as the intake and initial screener of reports Look them up and see all the history of illegal activity and wonder what is going on in Congress that does not even know that has occurred and helpless to do anything as long as they have been 'gagged. .  This info is not secret , but they are not going to readily tell you either as they are usually illegally impersonating a federal employee or agency and many rank and file government employees nor even other contractor employees do not know  they are not government offices nor employees and not subject to the laws of the land as the real ones are .

           There are some things that just cannot be contracted out and need to be handled by real government employees of the highest integrity  Taking back control of the government from this cabal means we need those inside informants and whistle blowers and they need to be kept confidential and protected.  Its why I have names, and will not repeat then until I know we have a real government  with a professional group to pass them on to.

GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONTRACT OUT LAW ENFORCEMENT! If we are to have justice and fairness for all. Extra rights exist for all in the process and oversight is mandatory for the integrity of the process and nation. We are  imperfect  humans , but a few  who are even  more imperfect  should not be in such positions of authority over others  Over sight keeps all on the better path of integrity and preservation of rights

      I only know the 'treasonous 'overthrow of the USA  it happened on the watch of one who is prison now for covering up his perversions, and not for treason of overthrowing the USA  The one in charge was  former Speaker of he House Dennis Hastert who had the responsibility to make sure what was being done in bills was not just adding in specials earmarks for pet projects for members states and districts.  Is anyone checking what members come in and add in ?

      Congress you just cannot put bills together in the middle of the night and then vote on them the next day before any one has had the chance to review changes.  Two exceptions do exist. US Department of Defense budget has he oversight but since we went to wars that never seem to end , its not enough for  the number of contractors hired there. and more recently Senator Bernie Sanders got budget allocated for the VA contractors when he  was chair of that committees and at times arrests have been made.

    The rest of the world seems more concerted than our own elected officials as no one wishes war as no one wins in one and how can there be world peace if government of the world are not in the control of their own elected officials? to stop the few in humanity who do not wish world peace  and a good life for each and every human with all the freedoms each one of us should have.

     I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus for Congressman Paul Ryan who currently hold the awesome responsibility of holding the keys to the public treasury as Speaker of the House where budget bills originate, that he take emergency action to correct this COUP OF 2002.

And pray for those who chair the rules committees of the Senate and House to get rid of that unconstitutional gag order that makes it impossible to know what is going on and have the laws of congress obeyed as they must be able to speak of this, contact a contractor, when needed to do so for constituents and  the nation and be able to ask them to testify  before Congress

and vote! as that is how we show the power of the people to be a self governing nation. We are electing imperfect humans from among the rest of us imperfect members of the nation. We do the best we can and try to vote for those who will also do the best they can for the nation. And that is all offices, from local to state and federal levels. CHRIST IS NOT ON THE BALLOT!  We are the government! And have the free will and brains to do this. Much is just common sense!
