I do not ask anymore to do anything illegal and have no connection to Snowden or WikiLeaks, etc. . I just have my personal eye witness account of things to share and link items from on line, etc. I am 71 years old and have a lot to share from my life for anyone interested.
HAS THE HACKING AND STEALING OF MEDICARE ENDING?
For 15 years, since the COUP of 2002, the system has been hacked an my employer's posting to the billing system that is owned by Emblem Health International, formerly Group Health Inc and in 2002 they began altering the info that shows Medicare paid last to making them first. by illegal deals with employer group health plans. No funding from congress to know what a contractor does not can any one be arrested since 2002.
Just do a word search at the top of this blog for Coup of 2002 and find out how congress over threw the government of the USA and did not know it as they did not read what they voted on .
Today I had to give insurance for a doctor I am going to see next week for a matter. and had to explain, etc.. Then I called 1-800 Medicare and found out they had Medicare primary but had my Federal blues down as a medigap policy and the code for that kind of policy but no policy number so I then called Blue of OK and they are sending me a letter that I do not have that policy. .
I then called emblem Health and the bi weekly posting from my employer is on there and its accurate. A nice man told me that after it posts it can take 10 to 48 hours for the billing people to have it at ones doctor, etc. But he had it. and he was also going to make sure it was not altered on the other two on that policy that posts as primary and Medicare secondary .
IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED THAT THE THEFT OF MEDICARE WILL BE ENDING FROM INSIDE ITS OWN CONTRACTORS.? IS THE PREMIUMS GOING UP AS THE ILLEGAL DEALS WITH THE INSURERS IS ENDING AND THE WILL HAVE TO PAY PRIMARY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT LEGALLY RETIRED? Insiders say trillions is owed back by various insurers over the last 15 years, and in some cases back to 1994 when the enforcement was suspended of the conditional payment law, but the government still had funding to know and had other ways to promote compliance. Worse is that patients have these overpayment liabilities they have no way to stop that remain even after ones estate is probated and proceeds are given to one heirs. and Lynn Blodgett will not process an easy waiver request where one gives no personal financial info as its against equity and good conscience at SSA who agreed to do these for Medicare in 2005 and piled up around him?
So the victims of this cabal can be free of debt when we have well shown the patient is not going to be obeyed without the real government behind us.
Congress really needs to get this mess corrected as I think whomever winds the election a public option will be offered and we do not need anymore public monies stolen in more scams, We need to shut down the scams and let the doctors run health care again as things mine have figured out are cheaper and work better and what is being paid for by health plans is in the dark ages of Medicine as we have no advisor board of doctors in each field of medicine to review and recommend and be accepted that this or that will be paid for by the health plans of which all are government regulated now. Doctors have been doing this for years to help patients save money using things that are already okayed by the FDA, etc. but in a different way . . There are supplements that work for many and much less expensive than some prescriptions drugs also. and few if any are covered a doctor could OK and monitor. I always say do not self medicate with them as they have side effects and interfere with other medications just as the prescriptions can. and ones doctor should know about and OK use.
Congress has no idea of all of this as the real government has not been allowed by he COUP OF 2002 to spend one penny to do a real internal audits. BUT SOMETHING HAS CHANGED.
Emblem Health is reported as selling off to another company online but the employers there did not know of it? Maybe they have to shut down all the illegal stuff gong non as a new buyer would be doing an audits even if the real government cannot do so yet. until Congress earmarks a portion of the budget already appropriated for civil and criminal oversight of the contractors. AND THIS KIND OF ILLEGAL MESS IS GOING ON THROUGH OUT THE GOVT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HE DOD AND NOW THE VA HAS THE OVERSIGHT thanks to Senator Bernie Sanders.
I woke up with pneumonia yesterday AM and had to cancel an apt for later that day. and then the phone calls. So all I could do is kick up the liquid oxygen and lay still.
I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that soon what is awarded and legally correct a backed up by 38 federal agency judges may soon result in all the back matters conclude and can finally have some years of a peaceful retirement AND CAN GET A LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPLIER TO DELIVER AS APPROVED FOR LIFE BY 3 HEALTH PLANS BUT ITS FECA"S BILL.
and has caused chaos for every injured worker in the nation when they are put on home oxygen. and it gives one 100% total medical care for anything. BIG SECRET AND MANY ATTORNEYS AND OTHERS DO NOT KNOWN THIS since the law was enacted in 1988 to save lives when skullduggery got started. No one ever saw the day when there would be no real government to make a contractor input a claims as oxygen claims are not being input and it will not go through other plans without long delays of over a year and a supplier not able to get paid and attempts to get them to do so ends with no one to make them. It takes the full force of the government to do so with this cabal .
I did not say pay, just process. But Lynn Blodgett's own manager said hey were ordered not to input as IT WOULD BE PAID. AND THEN THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS.
Its been horrendous for my loved ones to haul 200 lb tanks every 10 days or so to keep me alive.. Doyle's back is not the greatest and our son who has been has considered a better job with his company in another state. and we had begun to look for some kind of trailer etc. to use with a ramp as our car is not one it can sit up easily when filled and one can not lay it down when full. .
3 health plans approved for life for liquid oxygen and not able to get service over a law that was meant to save lives and since 2002 became a DEATH PANEL AS THE GOVERNMENT IS NO LONGER RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT, an international cabal of contractors is. by CONGRESSIONAL BLESSING
Unfortunately , I have heard of reports of some deaths already on this.
What I am sharing affects the life of every one in the USA. in one or more ways. Government has to do its job for us and its why we elect those to do what each one of us cannot. As the US Constitution says "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."
We cannot take care of the whole rest of the world, if we cannot even take care of matters at home.
