As THERE IS NO HHS CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS THAT WILL BE DOCKETED IN AND ANSWERED IF IT INVOLVES THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT CONGRESS GAVE DICTATORIAL POWERS OVER THE USA IN THE COUP OF 2002.
   What most do not know that even in private industry your complaints go to a subsidiary of Goldman -Sachs now in most of the world., not just in the USA. Its called an ethics violations , and not  the real things and it means that you may be giving info to the very ones you may fear from knowing what you know . Most government 'fraud' line are not them also, and its been documented of the gross violations of cover ups and retaliations going on . They handle the whistle blower complaints also, and CONGRESS CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT PROGRAM. Its not the program  its who is in charge and control of it!  They know , from me for years now and do nothing to change it. There are some things that cannot be contracted out, like 'policing' and this is a form of it.

     We have tried to get some basic statements called 'pages' which are more than one page, but in cyber world its easier to locate and organize if it has a sequenced  titles.

     Until we again have a real government in place to allow each of us to again have constitutional rights, we are on our own is real life and death struggle  And its about time for CONGRESS TO WAKE UP AND TAKE BACK CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT BY REINSTATING THE EARMARKS FOR BUDGET . So that violators of our basic human rights can be stopped and prosecuted when it criminal .

         Most are not even aware of this as when they call or contract an office which lists it is a government office, often THERE IS NO ONE THERE FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND THE REAL GOVERNING HAS NO IDEA IS WHAT THEY SAY OR DO IS LEGAL AND. OR TRUTHFUL. or if intentional crimes are on ling as we well know they are and have well documented by the 'real government needs to confirm it and CONGRESS FORBIDS THEM TO DO SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.

     I was mislead by the Justice department and even the general counsel of Medicare as they thought they could get inside the government  contractors several years ago on a civil rights case which this clearly is and I am in several protected classes.to file and its related... Plus the EEOC SANCTIONS I got AGAINST HHS AS EMPLOYER FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH AND I CONSIDER THIS ON GOING RETALIATION AND COVER UP OF THOSE CRIMES THAT LED TO 9/11/01 FROM 1/10/89 WHEN WE WERE INJURED AND BEFORE IN 7/88 WHEN THEY WOULD NOT STOP THE BIGGEST SECURITY BREACH OF PERSONAL INFO IN THE HISTORY OF THE NATION, PRIOR TO WIKI LEAKS.

    Maybe even worse than that for every one  as what was breached and HHS OIG would not stop it was the personal financial and profiles of every one in the USA that had a social security number. in 7/88. turned over to the head of AL Queda by Delores Bryant who hired the man who said he was Osama Bin Ladin. and looked and sounded like him and quit  the day after he and 22 new hires who had not gotten their security clearances yet and personal PIN numbers to track what they accessed and did on the system. as far as I know the others were legitimately there and should have been?

     Another group was working at night is the scuttlebutt from sources plus some evidence we got... GOT ACCESS  AND MORE OCCURRED OVER THE FALL OF 1988 IN ON GOING ACCESS AND BREACHES. AFTER HE QUIT, AT NIGHT. AS THE KEYS TO THE OFFICE HAD BEEN STOLEN AND IN 12/88 HE WAS SEEN WITH THEM AND REPORT FILED  AND DELORES BRYANT DID NOT HAVE THE LOCKS CHANGED AS SECURITY PROTOCOLS MANDATED.

    When the government does not do what government is supposed to do , we end up in destruction and disasters and  wars. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE A GOVERNMENT TO GO TO ANYMORE TO ACT AS ITS CONTRACTORS

        It was after he came in in 1/89 and exited down a secured stairwell in the center of our office on the 9th  and top floor of 2 Journal Square Jersey City NJ in a building owned by Hartz Mountain Industries that the gas detector had been turned off in a new building as the Jersey City Fire department that  had already cited and threatened condemnation for being unsafe. if things were not fixed and FIXING WAS TURNING OFF THE ALARMS SO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WOULD NOT SHOW UP AGAIN? . Soon after toxic fumes began coming up and built up and no one came to say we were unsafe until it got bad and finally reached the area where I and others sat. No one knew we were in an unsafe building  to act to  protect our selves. until a toxic cloud overcame us and deaths and disabilities for premature deaths over the years and no doubt each one of us 90 will or have faced this.

   and the help was to blacklist all of us for medical care for life before we got to the hospitals on 1/10/89. I was the only one not turned away by order of a government do a fast  covering up an ad hoc CIA ORGANIZATION GONE ROGUE?. 90 Dedicated loyal civil servants  of the people of the USA who came to work and did their jobs and basically a caring group, decent group  that did not deserve to become collateral damage in some rogue operation by one that should never have been hired in the first place as was not even a citizen and that is a given for federal employment.     In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, we must elect those who will serve us and not some rogue cabal. Vote for when you don't you give approval to what is going on . And vote in all elections and at all levels. We try our best to decided who will do the job, but if they don't then we can elect another . One thing for sure is that if 95% vote, the ones elected will know they have the people behind them for support and too often they do not know that as too few are voting. It CONGRESS THAT CAN PUT THE MONEY BACK FOR THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO DO ITS JOB. No president can open the door to the public treasury, that is the job of the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE , CURRENTLY PAUL RYAN.  Pray for him...
