This entire student loan program is one more massive control of the real government now under Lynn Blodgett the current hired head of the USA. And few even know we have no real government in control of much of anything any more.
Congress did it in the COUP of 2002 and most did not read what they voted n in the e governing laws and still do not. Then allow a self imposed unconstitutional gag order be placed on them to not mention it, contract a contractor or have one testify .
BAD LAWS GET PASSED DUE TO FALSE FACTS AND DATA BEING PASSED BASED ON FALSE INFO FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT.
All they know is what they receive from their contractors whom they no longer can do an internal audits to know what is going on and verify the info.
Of course they are not gong to share how much they have stolen and scammed from the US. are they?
over the years, many issues have come up with regards to how the student loan programs is handled. With no government in charge, its been difficult for some to consolidate loans, and get approvals for other matters. and by the time they do , they may be in default and never be able to get back out of it.
An attorney filed a class action law suit on this based on his own attempts to get the laws obeyed in NY and I have not heard how it went as Attorney General Eric Holder stepped in and joined the False claims suit. I have no idea what is currently going on with it.? It was linked to this blog, and one can go up at the top and do a word search to locate it.
That , to me was bad news, as its seems to have disappeared and no changes made.
Whatever you do, keep hard copes of dealing with this cabal of companies that is the same entity.
Other things have come to light as selling of lists for retailers to use as occurred in one instance of a misspelled name that happened with them and them began o show up in ads.
Another party had a waiver of payment approved by the US Department of Education and now the real government can not find it and that party is in collections.
even though there was budget for internal audits, little was going on back to the Clinton Administration when things got much worse.
Then another finally paid the last payment and still has not received back the papers to formally say its paid off. This is a loan like others, and some kind of formal paperwork has not shown up. all they know is the payment says says $0 due. and we will know how those systems get hacked from inside by this cabal. and if one asks their Congress person for help, they are not going to be able to contract the contractor and get any kind of formal letter to hang onto, just n case this cabal decide to resurrect something, in the future or attach ones estate.
One of the worse matters is that this cabal hold contracts for several years, so if Congress would decided to changed the laws and allow students to work off their debt, which is what I am in favor of with their new skills and education. A couple of weekends a month, or so to help a government agency that is short handed, like the VA?
Congress is going to be stopped by monies committed to this cabal and contracts. who seems to have more attorneys than the government. Real government employees have a job description that lists the duties of their regular job and then says " and other duties as assigned." No extra money to be spent, to send some to do something else when their is too few to do something.
The real government can make decisions on legal matters , waivers, and formal determinations that contracts have never been given the authority to do . For good reason. And it has controls based on dollar amounts, and importance of impact, etc. and how many have to sign off on such , etc and how high the signatures have to be to okay it.
The "wheels of justice may move slowly " at times but they used to move. Now the wheels have fallen off as there is no real government in charge allowed to do this basic actions of government . make those adjudicatory decisions at the lower levels before one every has to appeal up to an agency judge. Congress has no idea why so many hearings are backed up and more of those first line agency judges are needed.
And since Lynn Blodgett's companies are putting the files together for the first line judges, now, many disappear for years, as ours have , and documents do not get inserted and even they are deciding what the issues eve are for different from what has been appealed in the first place hat did not get addresses at the lower levels done by the contractors who could not even consider in the first place.
So the appellate judges get backed for years also. just to get remands back to hold hearings that would never have been needed in great numbers if the first appeal levels could have done the job that the real government employees used to be able to do and I have done since 1968 after graduating form college and became a civil servant of he people of the USA .
ITS THE FIRST CHANCE MANY HAVE TO GET THE LEGAL ISSUES EVEN ADDRESSED NOW AS THE CONTRACTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO MUCH MORE THAN CHECK TO SEE IF THE SYSTEM DID HE MATH RIGHT,
Our Nation keeps getting in deeper and deeper and more in debt spending money in places not needed when its needed to be spent in another areas, that may be little increase in money needed but just the way tings are done. Its been shocking and sad to see how few even know what is going on that are passing laws and making decisions and have no ideal what is really going on and make huge mistakes..
International audits of contractors, is crucial and much of one is check the hard drives, etc to make sure that hacking to steal is not going on by the contractors and their illegal partners, and them are they following the due process mattes as they do their work contracted out to do . So much of govern work is someone asks for something, and then someone has to do all kinds of decisions with appeal rifhrs, and then see to it the work is doine lefally and consituotihnally . The real government does not 'official;y' know and we have been scammed all over the government. but since the COUP OF 2002 most have stacks of documentation to know exactly where to check or what to ask about as soon as they get inside that the public has begged for help with and Congress would not allow it and would not take the signature of their constituent and go find out what is going on with their files are data also. .
HOW GOVERNMENT USED TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE
This legal process when handled by the real government any program also leads to changes in laws and regulations as it shows where parts of a law or regulation of interpretation , may not be a fair and just one and not be what Congress intended when the law was passed.
Many in the real government has not even been trained on this crucial parts of their jobs anymore as its all with the contractors, BUT ITS NOT ITS NOT BEING DONE AS
GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WORK AS THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT WORKING as they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THEIR JOBS IN THE COUP OF 2002.
I would never have 38 federal agency judges being defied by Lynn Blodgett in multiple agencies before the COUP OF 2002 AND IN A STRUGGLE FOR LIFE AND DEATH UNDER HIS ORDERS TO "LET HER DIE" They would have been obeyed a long time ago. \The civil rights matters if he had allowed to be docketed in and answered at HHS office of civil rights, etc. surely would have resulted in many saved lives as bad regulations based on flawed data and policies would have helped many as I am in one protected class that is 11 million now left put of the medical process by the FDA etc.
Even though accepted by the medical profession since the research from National Institutes of health on toxic and chemical injuries was done in the late 1980's. Life expectancies went from 3 to 5 years to 3 to 5 decades but now going backwards again as medical care is obstructed by this cabal in near total control of all parts of health care in the USA now. or more as they know how to treat and be on oxygen early on is crucial to keep the rest of the body as well as possible as usually the lungs are often the worse injured and they just do not function as hey should anymore an about 2 million suffering and dying in NYC area from the toxic fumes from ground zero after 9/11/01 ignored by our own government there .
The power of one case, or one vote is how our US Constitution is designed. What one gets justice then all have the right to get . justice. Justice denied one denies it to all, or all have it is the ideal we strive to have. .
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus who said when you do it to the least of these we do it to HIM. Its why we call HIM the son of RIGHTEOUSNESS. as one of HIS titles. One does not have to be a believer to understand the common logic of HIS teachings.
