Now CEO Lynn Blodgett has control of all workers comp in the USA as contractors of the various workers compensation insurers modeled over what he was allowed to get by with  Federal Workers compensation beginning in 2002.

       Even the highest judges in agencies have no power over this 'hired head; and many in private industry 'cannot buy or sell' unless they hire one of his over 150 companies to 'manage' then now.
      He says what the laws are not Congress and not even the President of the USA,  
      Most in Congress did not even realize that by defunding budget for internal audits and 'law enforcement ' over sight in 2002 what they had done and went on as if nothing had changed and being told 'not to bother any government contractors; and agency heads continued  to 'pretend ; they were in control as they just passed on the facts they wee given by the contractors of what was going  on with no way to verify if accurate information was being given to them.  
      We have well documented  OFTEN BLATANT LIES AND COVER UPS OF GROSS THEFTS OF HUGE SUMS OF PUBLIC FUNDS WERE BEING STOLEN AND STILL ARE  and parties conditional rights blatantly violated as systems hacked to illegally alter official information they now controlled . The Government lost control and oversight of its own data and records and much of what the government has is OUR PERSONAL GOVERNMENT FILES  from Social Security to health care and medical records even if one does not have any government health plan, as all have a health care under the government contractors not under an accountable govt.  With no protections of those records as here has not been since 1999 when the contract was given to  Group health of NY before Hillary moved there and became their US Senator. She has publicly owned this recently and calls it HILLARY CARE.  She does say it needs fixed, but she has not done anything for over 20 years to do so , instead putting this deadly mess in place step by step when she had influence
. AND GOVT CONTRACTORS ARE NOT UNDER THE HIPPAA LAWS AS ONES OWN DOCTORS, ETC ARE
      A deadly data base crested according to Congresses own study  a decade ago and still nothing done to correct  and out it under the Hippa laws.
       Government  is not under the HIPPAA laws, but OTHER LAWS OF PRIVACY AND RIGHTS ALREADY EXIST AND ENFORCEABLE as they have had something similar all along, except the records are not in the control of he government contractors if they have been input and are not yet in some ones paper file on a desk or file cabinet some where and that is a rare event.
         I had no recourse but to go public and did so by advice of ones of the 'biggest' attorney in Washington DC back in 12/08 to share as the "let her die' order by this cabal and head is very real and been passed on to me by those who should be helping and processing matters as once they once did. Even he could not help as ones attorney has won the case  years ago and judges are defied all over
. Many high level my case is a typed of medical precedent case of toxic and chemical injuries and that 'class'  is now over 11 million patients. many with no access to medications anymore and testing to even properly diagnose there medical conditions.
      For this reason , I share what my good doctors have been able to do and what medicines I take that sustain my life for about 10 days, each.. There was a 'close call ' yesterday when my son brought the 200 lb oxygen tank home for me to survive another 10 days and its did not seem to be working correctly, but apparently the travel caused some freezing at the top and things seems OK now.  Years ago , this cabal which had taken   charge of Office of Personnel Management  and I ended up in the hospital over a weekend with every doctor of mine out of town, to help.
               THE ORDER TO LET HER DIE MEANT LETTING ME LIE THERE WITH BLOOD BACKING UP IN MY LUNGS  until one of my doctors got back on Monday morning and intervened,  Even thought approved for life for liquid oxygen by three health plans. SO THE PLUG CAN BE PULLED ON ONE WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION IF THIS CABAL SAYS TO DO SO.   IT SO HAPPENED THAT EVERY FAMILY MEMBER WAS OUT OF TOWN ALSO.  Doyle was working out of state and our son was not living near us either. the adults that could have acted to intervene also.
                   EVERY ONE IN THE USA IS UNDER THIS CABAL NOW FOR HEALTH CARE\AND YOUR OWN DOCTORS, HAVE LITTLE CONTROL OF WHAT THEY CAN DO NOW, EITHER. \ And he disinformation and 'gossip and rumor has run amok and no one knows what is going on " is the quote from three appellate judges at US Department  of Labor that affirmed my accepted conditions and ordered things processed, paid etc.  as the law requires to be done on a non controverted accepted case  from my 1/10/89 injury .  in that remand of 2009 they also said to reconstruct files from my records and ask me for the facts of the case."   And Lynn Blodgett went from agency head to agency head and insurers and other contractors he is over or has deals with and

 that "I HAD GOT A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND HAD RETIRED AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY HAD TO DO,ON MY CASE  "  THAT SAME QUOTE WENT AROUND AND AROUND AND I EVEN GOT IT IN WRITINGS AND NAMED HIM AS THE SOURCE.  THEY ALL OBEYED AND EVEN DESTORYED MORE FILES OF MINE AND DELETED DATA FROM SYSTEMS UNDER HIS CONTROL OR PARTNERS ..ETC?
    Lynn Blodgett  never let the real govt have those orders, and they have no access to files nor data and I cannot 'officially' provide any to them not even my signed copy from the judges.  ......and has not input one oxygen  claims to the real system since 2002 . as his manager said: I was under a" LET HER DIE ORDER" AND IF THEY INPUT THE OXYGEN CLAIMS THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE 'GIG WOULD BE UP AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILLS."  The oxygen claims cannot be set up on an offline system and answered saying some third party should pay that no one knows is THEM ACS. from a million dollars a head put aside in 2002 for us older established cases where all bills get paid, like mine under the 1988 laws. And when ACS took over their call center was telling medical providers, suppliers, etc. that we had each been GIVEN A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY FOR OUR OWN CARE IS WHAT THE ENTRY MEANT. but the money went to ACS  --- laundered? through the buy out of Deason? to over throw the prior owner? and no paper trail if that until recently when it appears to have surfaced in the CLINTON FOUNDATION ? records of some kind. OPM OFFICIALS KNOW AND CAN DO NOTHING AS THEY WERE DEFUNDED AND THIS COULD BE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS???
      And we all got illegally dumped on to Medicare as Hillary and Donna Shalala set up in 1994 when they suspended the enforcement of the conditional payment laws and the looting of Medicare began and got worse and exploded after 2002 oversight ended to stop blatant thefts by the contractors that had forced out many of the more ethical ones by then unable to compete and not steal also and not make illegal secret deals to allow staling to go on. .
      It is the law since 1988 that when ones workers comp puts one on home oxygen for life , as FECA did 21 years ago for me. One then has permanent and total medical benefits for all medical bills and this is automatically given to save ones life, and can occur BEFORE ANY ONE IS AWARDED ANY OTHER KIND OF BENEFITS WITH REGARD TO WORK , RETRAINING OR PERMANENT DISABILITY . OR SCHEDULE AWARD FOR LOSS OF USE OF BODY PARTS.  ETC  That has not been decided as no one can do so with out the file and my request for permanent disability that would permit me to legally retire has been pending since before ACS took over total control .As the workers comp doctor said work was over for me not long after I was put on home oxygen for life. When one goes out on workers compensation, one cannot retire until workers compensation puts one on permanent disability. A law to protect workers rights turned upside down by it now being controlled by one who never has to process anything.
   Even a the biggest attorney in the USA has no power of the legal system to make him obey and allow the process go forwards on me or any one else.
                So I began sharing my list of medications on line several years ago and have had some minor changers of some medications  in the past few months. . Plus is I forget to have  a list with me I can just say GOOGLE ME DOCTOR. With all the adverse reactions to some additives put in many medications today which are like 'disinfectants,'  listing the brand names can be important also, as the medical software programs used for prescription drugs and medical records only allows one to list ALLERGIES AND for 11 million and some doctors say its more and new patients added daily, we have the OPPOSITE OF ALLERGIES. which is a histamine reaction and different fluids and anti bodies , and ask a medical expert or its online in many good medical sources. by leading doctors in the field..   Its a chemical sensitivity that if exposure continues causes increasing severe inflammation and swelling and pneumonitis type fluid  and bleeding and if its internal in one lungs, ones is not going to survive and infection comes next.....
     We , our class, have been excluded from nearly all clinical trials on medications I sneaky ways.  and its the 'dirty little secret' why once a drug is in the market, surprising bad reactions occur!
 FDA does not even permit our own doctors to know what all is added into a pill or shot or medication today either prescribed or over the counter.
    Only the patients can find out from the company. In the last few years , they have not been as forth coming as they used to be when I would call and ask if formaldehyde, phenols sulfates, ethanol alcohol  and others  and medical machines  emitted ozone, etc.  as that does not even have to be on the data sheet anymore if its below what the FDA says is safe.
Why these for me? I am told it has something to do what got one and what was around when one was first injured.  and these chemicals are in things that are components of he original chemical cloud that  enveloped us at work on 1/10/89.Sulfuric acid, carbon tetrachloride and much more.... as I have written of every 9/11 anniversary here. The cover up from the SSA TSC Jersey City  opened the gate to 9/11/01 and nothing done to stop the corruption that got embedded. etc?
         If you notice, these would have been the very chemicals at the hospital used around me when being initially treated. and I WONDER BUT NO ONE ALLOWED TO STUDY IN THE USA YET OF THAT, EITHER.   The original research n toxic exposures by our government  was done by the late 1980's and accepted by the medial community as well as how to treat.  We have gone backwards medically not forward in an area that affects everyone  in this modern world of toxins and chemical when the wrong mix can occur with  life time progressive injuries  that used to end life in 3 to 5 years and do not have to as my own body shows if one gets the medical care. BUT MANY CANNOT GET THAT PROPER MEDICAL CARE ANY MORE AS YOUR OWN DOCTOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO,  thanks to CONGRESS.
