members of congress stop wasting the precious time  of your constituents, when the issues are with the contractor and not some government official.  As you well know most issues with real government officials is they have no access to files and fata to even know or able to help as their authority was removed by Congress in the COUP OF 2002.

Yes, I know some of their aides did not know and were lied to also. But I think the original authors of the HIPPAA law, should have known it was a PAPER TIGER THAT WAS NOT GOING TO PROTECT ANY ONE . as it was contracted out and then defunding occurred to not know what was going on 

Yes , Senator Coburn was not in Congress for awhile, but he came back and still did not know of the COUP OF 2002?  or wanted to know of it? Good people can be fooled and wish you would try to help now from outside the government to make things right for each and every one of us.
