DAILY RECAP ADDED 6/6/16 CONGRESS LIED TO BY CONTRACTORS OF SMALL PART OF HUGE SUMS STOLEN AND MISSING? AND CONTINUES!

Over $136 Billion in Improper Payments Reported in 2015

    This article refers to the 2002 laws. then proceeds to report on what they were allowed to know by all the government contractors which the real government has no way of verifying the accuracy of the report as  there is no funding for any internal audits since 2002. nor for criminal investigations either/ SEC defunded too.

        We are well aware and have documented far more that is  on-going .Inside souse said a trillion dollars from Medicare that there is no reason has not been stopped in other regions.  But the REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW THIS OFFICIALLY AND THUS CONGRESS THINKS EVERY THING IS JUST FINE AS THEY GET FALSE DATA  and then pass more laws based on false data and things get much worse and more monies are blatantly  stolen in ways hidden from the real government..

        So headlines are made over a small amount of what has actually been stolen, and some of this may just have been a social security check that got deposited before the report that the person is deceased the money returned etc. Or false reports of deaths as has been reported at the VA where benefits are due.

        What about the trillion plus dollars missing out of the OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT THAT HAS BEEN REPORTED BUT NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO FIND OUT WHERE IT IS? Last seen at you know who 'hired head' of the international cabal of government contractors in total charge of nearly all government at all levels now.

136 BILLION IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL THE USA IS ROBBED OF DAILY WITH ILLEGAL SOFTWARE SYSTEMS SET UP TO FACILITATE THE THEFTS THAT THE REAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT FIND OUT ABOUT 'OFFICIALLY' AND DO SOMETHING TO EVEN STOP IT!

      Over a year ago , Social Security was denied access to check the security on their own systems now under the control of this international cabal. We know they are not secure as its been well documented on my own files there for years back to 2002 again. , both personnel, as well as claims file just get deleted when the system  was paid for by the people of the USA not to occur.

and the appointments for veterans that just disappeared by the contractors systems,,,,,,,,,,and were payments made for services that never were provided?  by manipulation of systems that are not allowed to be seem by any real government investigator? 
In Texas, dental work paid for by Medicaid by ACS that may never been done even? All systems not audited by anyone as Congress said no in 2002.? THE POOR ROBBED BY THE RICH!?
How about the billions it was said that was sent out in tax refunds by id thefts that appear to be from the data of the USA held and owned by the Part D claims payer for the insurers ACS, Lynn Blodgett whom I filed as a person of interest in that one. as the only entity that would nave have the kind of access to have caused me such trouble. and ongoing pattern of illegal behavior makes such a one suspect . But got caught by IRS but they could not investigate further nor were able to stop most as it was done by those who usually do not even file tax returns, They got caught and got no money out of stealing my id as we always file even if we do not have to. BUT CONGRESS FORBADE STOPPING THEM ONGOING?

What about the illegal system that took claims and id of those with Medicare cards and turned them into 17 pays each and monies divert4ed to ? by who? from 1/06 through 11/12 and may still be going on in areas that the same contractors under the info control of the same entity still holds contracts in other areas and part of the USA>
   AND HAS MY LIFE IN DIRECT DANGER NOW AS THEY ARE OVER OXYGEN AND DISAPPEARING CLAIMS FOR 2 YEARS THERE AND SINCE 2002 NOT INPUT ONE BY ACS FOR FEDERAL WORKERS COMP AS THAT  DONE ONE TIME TRIGGERS THE REAL SYSTEM TO KNOW AND PAY AS IT WAS APPROVED FOR LIFE OVER 20 YEARS AGO AND GAVE ME PERMANENT  AND TOTAL COVERAGE.  ACS order/ 'let her die' as they are allowed to do by Congress.

                  This study does not refer any of that does it as WE THE PEOPLE AND OUR GOVERNMENT ARE ALLOWED TO BE LIED TO SINCE 2002 AND THEY MENTION THOSE E- GOVERNING LAW THAT Congress PASSED THAT DID THIS AND MOST DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY VOTED TO OVER THROW THE USA INTO THE BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION?
             THE AMOUNT IS :
    ITS MORE LIKE A FEW MORE ZEROS ADDED TO THE TOTAL AND WHEN I HEAR OF Puerto Rica going broke I ASKED WHERE IS THE MONEY THAT WAS APPROPRIATED FOR THEM FOR YEARS THAT NEVER GOT TO THE PLACES IT WAS TO GO ????? IS MY FIRST REACTION AS TOO OFTEN IT DISAPPEARED INTO SOME ONES POCKET BUT NOW INTO CONTRACTORS WE ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE TO FIND OUT?
Bribery is hard to prove when only the government  official can be investigated and not the government contractor who may be involved as part of the transaction? Many have high suspicions even high up in the criminal investigation parts of our government and can not do the jobs they were hired to do to protect the nation and people from real organized crime going on. by act of Congress.
   I have talked to ones publishing various audit reports over the years  and asked about certain things well documented and they admit
THEY CAN ONLY REVIEW THE DATA SENT THEM BY THE CONTRACTORS AND THEY KNOW THAT IS NOT A REAL INERNAL AUDIT AND SO DOES SOME MEMBERS OF CONRESS THAT CANNOT GET THE MAJORITY TO GET THIS CORRECTED BY SOME SIMPLE LAWS.WE ALWAYS HAD AND ARE BASIC TO MAKE SURE GOVERNMENT IS IN CONTROL OF STOPPING THIEVERY AND NOT FACILITATING IT.  We are not the only nation this has happened to either.  

    OUR GOVERNMENT ACTUARIES AND BUDGET PEOPLE JUST ARE NOT THAT IGNORANT.  There is money missing all over under the control of this international cabal and then to come out and  act as if 136 billion is suppose to be overwhelming to impress US?

       Anyone who has read this blog over the last few years, knows its pennies compares to what is really going on?

   Is the BEAST SYSTEM RUNNING SCARED OF BEING DISCOVERED AND THE 'GIG' MAY BE UP SOON. Evil fights back dirty.. so prepare for a real battle if Congress wakes up and starts doing their job of oversight and puts laws back that always used to be to find out what contractors are doing and if they are doing it as the law, Regulations, policies and judges say it is to be for one and all constitutionally (its not) and if crimes are committed refer for investigations and prosecutions of the crooks.

Then we can have the USA WE ONCE HAD WHERE THE PEOPLE AND OUR GOVERNMENT STILL HOLD THE REINS OF POWER TO KNOW AND STOP CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND WRONG DOING.
