And most of government has been contracted out so that 'political hay' can be made to say the government work force is down.
ITS CONTRACTED OUT AND THEY GET PAID BY GOVT FUNDS , TOO. AND THEIR CEO'S SALARIES ARE FAR HIGHER THAN ANY HIGH RANKING CIVIL SERVANT.
Media and writers when doing articles, find out who the government contractors are who may or may not be following official policies , laws or regulation nor even judicial rulings and orders as often THEY ARE NOT OBEYING ANY OF THEM NO ONE TO KNOW OR MAKE THEM SINCE 2002;
Congress forbidden to contract a contractor directly so THEY HAVE NO IDEA EITHER. SEC also defnnded in 2002 to help with government contractors.
2 exceptions: DOD GOT IT IN THEIR BUDGET FROM THE BEGINNING BUT NOT ENOUGH:;AND MORE RECENTLY SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS WHEN CHAIR OF VA COMMITTEE GOT IT FOR THE VA and some arrests have been made and some of the scandals are because WE CAN NOW KNOW. what has been gong on for a long time and its the same illegal and deadly mess throughout the entire government
