And they almost got by with it, but began to be too bold and steal too much and some of us were in a life and death struggle over it and began to investigate who was putting life in jeopardy and when one has been inside the government since 1968 as I have when government did do the jobs no one is allowed to do now, one does know a little about whom to ask and who is supposed to be in charge. So in 2002 when every time I went to the doctor someone had changed the posting from my employer as to who should pay first, I called headquarters for CMS in Baltimore and the chief there of the Division over this said THEY CAN'T DO THAT. and I said they are and no one has been able to stop the online theft of Medicare to this very day by hacking in to the systems and altering data that is supposed to be blocked from being changed when an employer makes the posting as mine does from US Dept of Labor. as I am under FECA and their system is still in house and highly secure that posts to eh one that Lynn Blodgett has power over. at the government contractor that is used by all in the USA for billing and ALL MUST use it as is as no one can get paid to be in medial practice of any kind. as they left out the crucial code for a conditional payment in 1/06 to set this up for the later trillions dollar theft and ongoing daily theft.to go on. . Most government phone numbers are answered by this cabal and most are nice people, just intentionally trained wrong and KEPT IGNORANT BUT ONE GOT SMART AND BEGAN DOCUMENTING AND DID IT FOR 2 YEARS without their owner and partner of Blodgett knowing it was going on.
But somehow, THOUSANDS OF FRAUD REPORTS NEVER MADE IT TO DC AND docketed in and CONGRESS WAS KEPT DUMB ALSO TO NOW CHANGE THINGS BACK TO THE WAY ALL GOVT HAVE TO HAVE TO KEEP OVERSIGHT OF THE ACTIVITIES OF GOVT AND STOP CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES IF THEY START TO HAPPEN BEFORE 2002 MY ONE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE GENERATED ALL KINDS OF ACTIVITY TO GO FIND OUT AND STOP IT BUT SINCE 1994, IN MEDICARE Hillary and Donna Shalala had suspend enforcement of the conditional payment law saying in the memo to all of us "the health insurance industry could 'police; itself." . Before that it would have been stopped pronto! and arrests might well have occurred also and new contractor found?
OPM was the first art of the government contractors out to this cabal back in the late 1980's after a meeting in Dallas in 1983 set up a process step by step to control the world and nearly has it in place world wide, now with Congress and parliaments being duped in to what has gone on here.
We lost control of our Nation when we stopped paying in house software programmers and began contracting out and then in 2002 no funding to over see what was being programmed anymore.
FBI HAD NO WAY TO GO AUDIT THE BACKGROUND CLEARANCE OF THE ORLANDO MASS MURDERER TO SEE WHY HE WAS APPROVED AND FROM WHAT I KNOW OF THINGS HE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR THE HIGH SECURITY JOB HE HAD WITH LYNN BLODGETT'S INTERNATIONAL SECURITY COMPANY. A job that we used to hire US Marshalls to do .and they still have to pass lots of tests to have that job and carry a gun. They do not get a pass on that, but contractors do? doing the same work and having to pass the same stringent clearances?
But we know all not every ones has been done by real government employees who are audited for work and would be arrested for taking a bribe.
