FBI could not touch this government contractor. and they are about to pass another law that the ones who rule this nation now, the international cabal of contractors will not have to obey. Sen Feinstein on TV in last hour and still did not understand that the system for background checks is not owned by the government, nor audited by the government and no one can know if its secure as nearly all through out the government is not so this cabal can hack in and alter and delete data s they choose and no one is allowed to find out and NO ONE CAN BE ARRESTED BY BLESSING OF CONGRESS.
While everyone is thinking of conspiracy theories of what does not sound right in all of this. REMEMBER THE REAL FACT THAT NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT WAS ALLOWED TO STOP ONE MAD GUNMAN OR ANOTHER IF THEY ARE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. And in 7/13 Congress was warned of this lack of authority in the hearing on the Naval ship yard shooting and 'choked; and did nothing to stop another and another and looting of public treasures throughout the government and our rights . from local to federal and they are even in our private companies as we have become an occupied nation by act of Congress by and INTERNATIONAL BEAST SYSTEM that is not a government buy is the rulers. by government bowing to them as the US did.
THERE IS NO GOVT IN CHARGE TO ACT AS THAT IS SPENDING MONEY TO EVEN PUT GAS IN A CAR OR HAVE A TELEPHONE TO MAKE A CALL

They have to have a line item for civil and criminal over sight of any and all government contractors . to protect he nation, people and our monies and assets.
