From 1/1/06-11/12 all claims turned in to multiples and only one to doctor, etc. and the rest to ? last seen at the FEDERAL RESERVES WHO IS NOW TRYING TO SAY THEY HAVE BEEN HACKED FOR OVER A DECADE NOW? and no one knew? LIKE SAYING "MY DOG ATE MY HOMEWORK. "
AS HACKING, ALSO MEANS SOMEONE INSIDE ALSO HELPED THEMSELVES OR DIVERTED MONIES. Insiders say that the 2008 TARP MONEY CAME OUT OF MEDICARE AND THE OVER PAYMENTS ARE ON THE PATIENTS RECORDS AND THAT MEANS ONES HEIRS ARE LIABLE EVEN AFTER THE WILL IS PROBATED, as LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT PROCESS ANY WAIVER REQUESTS , FORM SSA 632;THAT SSA HAS TURNED OVER TO HIM> since 2005. where one says "ITS AGAINST EQUITY AND GOOD CONSCIENCE' and one gives no personal financial information.
How can a patient enforce a law that our own government is not allowed to enforce and get the money back and stop on going crimes to this day of blatant theft going on in other schemes inside the Medicare contractors and elsewhere. .
Lynn Blodgett just the HIRED HEAD for the USA and now in defiance of 38 federal agency's judges on my cases alone. I am just asking for what the law says is right and much is already awarded and approved for to be paid as ordered, etc. and others matters processed as the law says should be etc.

That led me to set up this blog in the first place. As the cost of ink and paper to keep all the ins and outs and who owns who was impossible in paper form. Plus the low level fumes cause life threatening inflammation for me.
Now I have a wireless printer that can be set three rooms away back by the laundry area where there is venting, to help and I do not need to be near it, but still its too expensive to keep all in paper form. Plus its only the side issue of what judges are not obeyed.

High level officials have not for about 3 years, as that office in the US Justice Department was dismantled by Eric Holder Attorney General and I think AG Lynch has posted some job openings to restaff it in recent months. NO wonder HILLARY THOUGHT SHE WAS FREE OF ANY CHARGES.?
The dictator of the USA through over 150 companies and as many illegal secret deals partners and shell companies , says daily , delete alter hack and all now and obey the hired head of an international cabal that even the SEC has no funding since 2002 to 'bother them' and stop blatant crimes as well as violations of the constitutional rights of every one that deals with them. as there is no funding from Congress to do real internal audits to know for sure what is going on and that mean checking our systems that now holds all the data and records of the government and much of that is our personal records and even our medical records, that are not secured as the HIPPAA LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. Only our good doctors, etc. have to pay billions to comply when they already have state laws on ethics much stricter than even the HIPPAA laws in many areas.
And the medial professions has been skimmed and scammed of bit costs they pass on to charges to the govt to be able to be in business or Lynn Blodgett, et al auditors will come and be 'mean' if they do one thing not in compliance with what HE SAYS THE LAW IS, that his people ordered the doctor's billing service to do that may be one of Blodgett's 'companies also and his info giving clearing house that passed on the hacked info he ordered hacked, .and doctor and patient get to be liable for, no one that really did the illegal deed. . Not Congress , not even HHS; or any other agency like SSA, or Workers comp even at the state level. And others may be paying their car payments to him and he has student loans program., and most of the government in areas, I am not aware of directly ,, but know. FOOD STAMPS, HIS ....
We are directly involved is he is running your drivers licenses at the states level and whether your roads get repairs, as is going on in Texas. and its all over like this. yes work is done, but is all monies and rights, etc. accounted for?
Even private industry has to hire his management firms to deal with his companies no in charge of the government. And his partners at Goldman-Sachs and their subsidiaries is whom all report their whistle blower complaints. so retaliation and cover ups will occur before any real government official might find out if ever. remember they are not audited so the real government only know what is shared 'voluntarily.'

I am now 71 and trying to keep alive on liquid oxygen approved for life by three health plans, even Mediate and insurance all under Lynn Blodgett's total control . and will not permit any supplier to come. So family hauls tanks 200 lab tanks to gas company that sell medical oxygen and gets filled as that is how one stays alive.24/7/ when FECA put me on it for life over 21 years ago as medical treatment standards say. Too many have died , I get reports of who do not what they can do to stay alive. as often if one has a horrific toxic and chemical injury one can not tolerate the ozone that gets sucked back into your lungs from the oxygen concentrators In minutes my lungs are in flamed and fluid and bleeding out and death if not removed from exposures. Ii was injured 1/10/89 and one can read of the gates opened at HHS for 9/11/01 to occur on each anniversary date of 9/11 here as I tried to stop it for 2 years, just one of many in this nation trying to get the government to listen to us. . the corruption was so bad inside, that to stop it meant exposing what was already going on ......and defunding in 2002 was just the last step of he over throw put in place step by step over the last 33 years .
I began sharing what my doctors have come up with for life to be sustained , and I do not name them publicly but all are thanked or I would not be alive. . But do ask your own doctors what can be done if you get blocked from treatments and hassled as all workers comp is now under Lynn Blodgett companies in this nation and when workers comp puts you on home oxygen you then have 100% medical coverage for any and all medical bills. under the 1988 labor law to protect your life. SINCE 2002 ACS, when they took total control, HAS NOT INPUT ONE SINGLE OXYGEN CLAIM TO THE REAL SYSTEM THAT IS STILL UNDER THE GOVERNMENT'S CONTROL. The oxygen is the code and will reject if a supplier tries to bill another health plan or Medicare, etc saying their is primary payer Unlike other bills that can by pass the system as the date of injure I not on the system but the date of entitlement to Medicare which is nearly always over 25 months later.
THE SYSTEM THE TAXPAYER PAID FOR IS NOT THERE , BUT NONE ALLOWED TO CHECK IT OUT FROM THE REAL GOVT TO KNOW PER CONGRESS. SSA'S OIG DIRECTOR PATRICK O'CARROLL SENT A LETTER TO CONGRESS NEARLY TWO YEARS AGO ASKING FOR THEM TO ACT AS THEY WERE DENIED ACCESS TO CHECK OUT SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM . It is not secure as my cases, personnel as well as claims show since 2002. And if one can be hacked any of yours can also. who is not affected by Social Security from birth to grave AND AFTER WARDS WHEN OVER PAYMENTS EXIST FOREVER ONE MAY NEVER EVEN KNOW OCCURRED IN THE PERSON'S NAME. . even after ones will is probated.

Every man who gets SSA should ask if there are any children getting benefits on his record? That is the easiest kind of embezzlement AND THOSE OVER PAYMENTS ARE AGAINST YOU AND YOUR HEIRS. Women might check also, as one could be on their as an adopted child. even as we ask for medical proof if one is well past child bearing age and say the birth certificate is a natural child.
This has occurred at times when SSA had total control and only got caught by chance when it was caught. on a desk audit , etc. now, SSA has no way of checking things out.

And there is a process of filings and waiting as one goes through workers comp , and wait months for an answer and never do back to 2002, then on to ones employer group health plan and wait months and they send it to Medicare first , and now will not process anything I was able to get some reimbursement for. for over 2 years, now, them finally on to Medicare or Medicaid, to pay the bills /all under Lynn Blodgett's companies. Medicare will not pay if there is no supplier and they are refusing to even answer as the fist ones are in pending hearing to overcome an unconstitutional process and made up rule of his

And in my case, Not even the SECRETARY OF LABOR, NOR THE DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL WORKERS IMPERSONATION HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO RUN THEIR OWN AGENCIES TO HELP ME USING THEIR OWN JUDGE'S ORDERS TO JUSTIFY LAWFUL HELP as they are even denied access to records, data and even judges orders 'officially.' .
SO THIS IS A SHARING OF WHO AND WHAT AND HOW AN OVERTHROWN GOVT CAN EXIST AND NO ON EVEN KNOW IT.
Every time the 'lyin media' media says the government did this or that , ask them for the name of the contractor. A few times one will know and say and then one can go online and often find out who they are part of or a shell company or secret deal partners of through even official SEC filings. But the SEC is not allowed to know and check out who is who when they are a government contractors. AND THE CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS ARE HORRENDOUS. In health care the only ones at risk are our good doctors, etc.. and the patients now. Insurers are all now GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS, TOO. The medical profession is forced to hire and pay more and more of this cabal to even stay in business and they also have no place to turn for help as NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE.
Many in Congress who voted for the over throw in 2002 e governing laws, did not even know what they voted for. And few now do not know.They really do not understand why they are not to contact a govt contractors directly when its imperative they do so to find out. Its why bad laws get passed over and over and more monies scammed out of the people's Treasury. CONGRESS IS BEING CONTROLLED AND PREVENTED FROM DOING THE JOB WE ELECTED THEM TO DO. We were diverted to the other government contractor cabal controlled programs of snooping and second amendment rights and did not know the whole US Constitution had been overthrown .
As for the presidents we have elected, put in office by their financing etc. or kept dumb from how things really work as they appoint high level parties to take charge in agencies who either are 'in on it' or are kept dumb to not know.. until one tried to help me as Sec of Labor Elaine Ciao did and find themselves stopped, and POLITICAL SCANDAL HAS TO BE AVOIDED TO ALLOW THE NEW WORLD ORDER CONTROL THE USA, ??????

DOD has had some, but not enough, and recently VA has it. And the first stimulus bill of Pres Obama did have an OIG funded in it as the TARP bill did not and no one has every really known where the money went to . That seem to be the last bill he was every allowed to make sure it was in ??..

The US GOVT AND GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS OK MONEY SHOULD BE SPENT FROM THE US TREASURY And that is what is on the visible system. but its only a request to the Federal RESERVE ad they in turn actually send the money. If the money is diverted elsewhere than the party in the government said to send it. NO ONE KNOW WHERE IT WENT AS WE HAVE NOT AUDITED THE FED SINCE IT BEGAN OVER A 100 YEARS AGO.
In the past with paper , records could be found more easily .

For a hypothetical example. If 100 million was to go for roads in Puerto Rico and that authorization is given to the federal reserve to send and they ONLY SEND 50 MILLION we may not know where the other 50million went. unless we can AUDIT THE BOOKS. or check their hard drives. etc. And if there are a few unscrupulous inside the government in on the thefts' Puerto Rico may think they were only to get 50 million which our actuaries , math experts, know would not be enough.
Or public Treasury has been spent so we cannot spend it for roads her or other things, and e had a territory of the USA that has to be bailed out HUGE SUMS AGAIN TO BE SENT TO THE FED TO SEND ON? Even Medicare claims paying companies under his info management now, are 'kept ignorant' mangers are told that after 6 months when one gets a Medicare card, MEDICARE NOW PAYS ALL THE WORKERS COMP bills. A lot of Employers in the USA need to get a refund on workers comp premiums don't they? I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT EITHER WHEN THEY SAID THAT AS IF IT REALLY WAS TRUTH AND LAWS. I , as patient, am able at times to get through and find out what I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO AS A REAL GOVERNMENT AUDITOR AND REPORT IT OFFICIALLY AND CAUSE LAWS TO BE OBEYED AND STOP THE STEALING OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY BY THIS CABAL . Today we have multiple borders to protect. WALLS OF PROTECTION ARE MULTIPLE. ONE FOR THE PHYSICAL BORDER, A CYBER BORDER , AND A BORDER FOR POLLUTING OF AIR, WATER AND SOIL WHICH STARTS AT THE SOURCE TO PREVENT IT GETTING IN TO THE ELEMENTS WE NEED FOR SURVIVAL
As the Georgia Guidestones, say, if we do not have these in place so that those being irresponsible do not voluntarily care, then we will be lucky if 500 million are able to survive on planet EARTH and laws are created by governments for our own survival that would not be needed if each one and every company acted responsibly to the planet and every life on it. My dad mentioned this often as he used conservation practices on his own land and his neighbors misused and abused their lands, and Dad Rev Tracy Hardy would say, one day the government will not let them do this or that as the people will need food to survive and the land abused will not grow it for survival. You want to do always with EPA, etc, then act with individual and corporate responsibility to the rest of humanity and ask for tax breaks for the equipment to do so. .
WE ONLY NEED ENOUGH LAWS FOR GOVERNMENT TO SEE TO IT THAT NO ONE AMONG US IS HARMED. OUR OWN ACTIONS DTERMINE HOW MANY LAWS OR AGENCIES WE NEED. WE HAVE A LOT BEING HARMED AND LOTS OF GOVERNMENT DOING NOTHING BUT CONTRACTING OUT AND BEING OVERTHOWN FOR THEM TO DO AS THEY PLEASE.
That is not saying to kill any one. Its saying that is we do not act as caring individuals and our govt does not oversee it, then we are allowing ourselves to be murdered by the NEW WORLD ORDER, that is no govt of by and for the people' THAT WORSHIPS THE GOD OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AND NOT THE ONE the GUIDESTONES ARE BASED ON; THE ONE OF LIFE AND LOVE OF CHRIST 'S OWN TEACHINGS.
