And all over many of one party or another seem to be 'jumping ship' depending on who wins the Primaries.
In Oklahoma the Democrats may have seen the future and permitted those who were registered Independent to vote with the Democrats. The Republicans did not do so and my opinion is that most voted their faith . Most for Sen Cruz and a few for Dr. Carson who seems to have ended his attempt at present. I wish him well and pray his unique abilities will be used by whomever takes office next year. We need doctors who also understand politics to help straighten out the health care mess that costs more than any other nation due to government contractors stealing from the people with secret deals all over and yet health care that our doctors know is needed cannot be given to cut costs by curing diseases and keeping us as healthy as possible sooner rather than later. Doctors lost control of medicine in 1994,when Sec Shalala of HHS and First Lady Clinton decided that insurance companies could police it self and the government would let them do as they pleased. Of course the health care system began to collapse around us as greed took over and the more ruthless shoved aside more ethical companies who were not able to low bid for government contracts. Sec Clinton, government has a responsibility to over see what is being done to protect the rights and our public monies and assets. It just cannot be turned over to 'partners' as government contractors to 'police itself.' We need as few laws and regulations as or needed so that no one is harmed among us. And the better the oversight , the less regulations may be needed.
Right now we need the regulations and laws and budget to stop massive illegal and unethical things going on, then maybe not so much. Its that 'balance of powers in our US Constitution that allows us to have more over sight when things get 'unbalanced' and less when things are going well with little oversight.
BUT ITS IMPERATIVE THAT BALANCE IS OVERSEEN AND THOSE WE ELECT AND ARE APPOINTED TO DO THE WORK OF GOVERNMENT SEE TO IT THE BALANCE IS KEPT "IN BALANCE.'
Our lives and livelihoods and security of the nation depend on this. We are in a horrendous and deadly mess and it may take some extra oversight for awhile to get back to where those given the jobs to do the business of government can again be trusted y us to take care of things legally and with best interests of the people and nation with no one harmed in the process. .
Its been a Holocaust that never got corrected before the whole nation came under this cabal's control in 2010. They have taken the free labor of machines ( cyber) and turned it into shuffling data around in more red tape than any govt could conceive of and with all the illegal hacking of official records and stealing on going right now, a billion dollars has been lost as computers do know when data coming in with conflicting info its going to 'crash'.
BACK TO OK; the Independents, I opine, gave the state to Senator Bernie Sanders. plus the DEMS who were not scared off with the political digs .
All the digging of his politics was over come as he ran ads about our
socialistic programs no one is wanting to end.like Social Security and Medicare.
We have a constitution that forms a government like no other the world has ever seen. WE ARE A BLEND OF IDEOLOGY; We share some things in common when we wish to do so then all can have help. I am now trying to find out where I can go to get a picture of my Kidneys to know why for over a decade they have been a steady stage 3 GFR (filtering) even though other levels go up and down but never normal. And with all the money spent , there seems to be no way to get a picture of any kind to know why they are not filtering as they should.
Even Kidney associations did not know. If one had a stone, or obstruction, etc., it can be seem and cat scan was suggested, But ultrasounds would have detected that? is it scar tissues from 1/10/89 injury? Or like my lungs in a few minutes the toxic fumes aged my kidneys as it did my lungs 50 years? But even those who die of old age have kidneys that still filter fine? Don't they. how can I not get worse? to know is to find the why?
I share my journeying as a patient through a maze of supporting our medical professions, but trying to get the political help for every one . and if special interests of not wishing to getting out of pa8ing damages, etc. was not running all, maybe damage settlement would be less as patients would get cures, or at least better and sooner treatments without 27years later and tubs of medical data on me, we still do not have some basic answers. Answers that no one is getting today to treat and cure injuries and diseases..... something that has to be shared to find out the health answers. That is when over sight is needed to make sure no abuses go on with our personal data , and outcomes. AND THAT IS NOT BEING REGULATED OR OVER SEEN AT ALL. So what is all this about reducing regulations? Maybe some are not needed in some areas, but in others we are in bad shape from real illegal things going on.
Every disaster with lots of injuries, should be studied for better health outcomes. And few patients would not permit their records to be used. They are now, and most do not realize it. Unfortunately that data base used is a government contract and as such is not under the HIPPAA law so its a deadly nightmare of other patients; records co mingled and typos, etc. that no one can get corrected. all combined since 1999 by Group Health Inc. Now Emblem Heath International and how accurate is research done from it when its such an inaccurate mess. This includes all health plans and insurers and now all of us.... since 2010.WE THROW OUR GOOD MONEY AWAY when this is allowed to go on. WE ALL PAY TAXES INDIRECTLY AS CONSUMERS, IF NOT DIRECTLY.
Plus, this is the data used for medical care, especially in an emergency room and Congress did a study a decade ago on wrongful death malpractice suits and cause and it pointed right to this horror of a data base that cannot be made to be corrected as Government contractors are not under the HIPPA law at all.. A simple law, that Congress will not pass. that could save one of their lives or one of their loved ones life.
Our medical professions has spent billions on HIPPAA and protecting our records they have control of. and they get internally audited to find out if they are obeying the law, also., But once that claim for payment if filed NO PROTECTION EXISTS! At least none that is over seen by any govt officials who have the authority to stop illegal altering, or make sure some sort of process is in place to correct errors or that co mingling.. I have been told other patients records are co mingled in mine when I had close call in an ER from in in 2/17/07 and Thanks to some in the Administration office, at the hospital I was told what had occurred. Treatment got delayed and some other untoward tings had occurred over it no patient should have ever had to go through. I later had one other close call of worn med and bleeding from it when it was used. SOMETHING THAT COULD KILL ONE, CANNOT BE SEEN BY THE PATIENTS NOR ANY WAY TO CORRECT WRONG OR OTHER PATIENTS' INFO IN IT,
We, the people have been lied to by omission for years on many things. And some new to Congress have no idea this is all going on, as Congress has gagged itself to not 'bother a contractor' which often is the only entity that really knows what is going on and how they carry out laws and rules which often is not what they are to be doing at all by changing laws and rules and policies to what they wish it to be. THAT IS AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT AS WHAT THE LAW IS OVERTURNED EVERY DAY IN MANY WAYS BY THESE ENTITIES UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND OWNERSHIP OF ONE CABAL ENTITY WHO HAS FIRED CEO LYNN BLODGETT TO TAKE CARE OF THE USA FOR THEM....Most in Congress have no idea the name of he one who overturns what they do that may be very good.....if carried out as its to be. Budget is needed to over see it is.
I do tell doctors that other patients records are co mingled and pray they listen. But in this day and age its better to say it and pray they listen and use it when accessing records from it. most , have their own on me in their offices. But its getting worse already with what is going on and labs done by one doctor is being sent around between or given by me, so all known what is really mine.
Dr Berwick came in to CMS as acting director in 2009 and wanted to get these got contractors under the HIPPPAA law to solve this. There is no reason that the doctor who billed, cannot go in an correct errors from his or her own records on a patients. And Group Health has to take amoral responsibility to work with the medical community when patients records get co mingled. ITS ONLY THE LIFE OF EVERY ONE AT STAKE IN THIS. CONGRESS COLD NOT AND STILL CAN NOT SEE THE COMMON SENSE OF THAT BEING PRO LIFE AND WOULD NOT CONFIRM HIM We the people had elected a PRO CHOICE PRESIDENT and thought they could get a PRO LIFE DIRECTOR? Politics does not work that way An issue that had polarized this nation since 1973 and lives loss that are born going on that could be stopped. from occurring..
SO IN OKLAHOMA WITH INDEPENDENTS VOTING IN THE DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY, BERNIE WON!
2 years ago I saw a trend in OK of more running as Independent and actually getting significant votes. not enough to win, but increased numbers. So the trend is there and political party labels do not seem to mean as much. One is not going to always vote the party ticket if they candidate they wanted did not win. They may 'vote their conscience and go look elsewhere.
I am reading and seeing more than usual from all sides, now.
BUT LAST NIGHT AT THE REPUBLICAN 'FIGHT NIGHT', they all ended saying they would support each other in the end. Sorry folks but I did not know that getting on ones knees did not mean worship....Not sure the whole thing did not have to be rated PG up from G.

In my unpaid opinion, I think that INDEPENDENCE WILL SURFACE AND MANY ARE GOING TO VOTE FOR THE ONES WHO HELPS THEM PERSONALLY. Or at least the one that will cause them the least personally harm by what they seem to be advocating and whom they are paid to represent, which for most if not we, the people. Surprises come up all over when one does even a small amount of GOOGLING.
Do vote in all elections and remember we have a government where all the other offices have a check and balance on what the top person does in office. THIS NATION IS UNIQUE. WE CAN BLEND HOW WE DO THINGS FROM NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE TO MORE GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE FROM LAW TO LAW THAT IS PASSED. But without someone that represents US over seeing things for US, then we can and have been over thrown in too many ways already that has caused us terrible physical and financial harm. as a nation, and as individuals...
Now, can a 64 slice MRI show why my kidneys are only filtering 40%instead of 90 to 100%? And who has one, and etc. Then if we can find out the why? what can we do to make it better? I think my good doctors, probably have done as much as they can with what is available. But the will to live means one keeps searching for the why to make things better. And what is things go bad all at once, we will not know the why to turn it around in time??? TRUTH IS KNOWING THE WHY AND THEN LOOK FOR THE HOW.
Its my life and my body and why health care cannot be actual health care and not red tape of shuffling data around is up to CONGRESS!
