This is a civil case and in that its not up to the government to get the primary evidence. You need a court order for the original document out of Topeka  And Orly Taitz has the court case waiting? to be reopened should she or any one else want the whole truth. I am an eye witness and willing to testify is any one care about the truth and justice for three who died in 3/61 that left President Obama with out a biological father. Marriage  of the Obama's in Topeka after Spring Semester ended at Washburn and my dad, Rev Tracy Hardy  married them to give him a name in a marriage arranged by his mother's dad, Daniel Wayne Pope who stole the id of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII at age 14.

  He was not told the truth and should have been when he grew up. The whole truth is he unborn and his mother were to have been lynched also by a vicious racist mob. WE CANNOT OVER COME THE EVILS OF HE PAST IS WE DO NOT FACE THEM AND OVER COME THE. FORGETTING AND AVOIDING HISTORY DOES NOT HELP US OVERCOME. AS WE END UP REPEATING THE SAME EVILS OVER  AND OVER..

      Unless any birther group is willing to go to Topeka and seek the whole truth, they do not deserve one penny from me. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONIES ,THEY DO TO GET DONE WHAT NEEDS TO BE TO EXPOSE THE WHOLE TRUTH AND IF SOME ARE STILL ALIVE THAT COULD GO TO JAIL, THAT IS OUR LEGAL SYSTEM.....
      NOR HAS ANY ONE GOT THE HAWAII LEGISLATIVE HISTORY WHERE A LAW GOT PASSED  TO MAKE HOSPITALS LOCK UP THE BLANK BIRTH FORMS SO NO ONES ELSE;S GRANDMOTHER COULD ALMOST GET A BIRTH RECORDED. TO EXPLAIN WHY THE NEWS AND THE STATE GOT  A PHONE CALL O ISSUE A NOTICE OF BIRTH. BUT THE WHOLE RUSE CAUGHT BEFORE THE FINAL CERTIFIED ONE WAS EVER ISSUED BACK IN 8/4/1961.  WHEN MY MOTHER, Florence (Hunt) Hardy, TOOK HIS MOTHER TO  Forbes Air Force Base Hospital to have him as she was a military dependent and could go to any military hospital for treatment.
 My efforts are not about politics. at all. If not for a vicious crime committed, his politics might be more to the liking of some who oppose them.

I pray that all those who say they want the truth, to begin seeking it.  And stop berating the few  eyewitnesses that have come public with  what each knows. There are many witnesses to know some things and these harbingers of disinformation  are squelching any attempt for the truth to be known. UNTIL ANY ONE GOES TO TOPEKA, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO GET TO THE TRUTH.  The truth is all over the place  if one wishes to really go get it.     so far none of these birthers are wanting to know the truth that President Obama was born in the USA and he is one of us even if one disagrees with his politics or character traits.. Justice denied one affects al of us doesn't it?
