I had posted to face book first and then linked to this site. Face book changed their format and the archives got lost.. Now they are back it seems. So in 9/12, I began posting on this site first and Google has never been a problem for me sharing and pray they will continue so.
Every time, it seems that the issue of the eligibility of President Obama being president is put to rest as there never was a real issue when the whole truth is known, which he did not know and may still not, as I have not been able to get through his handlers and someone did create a fake certified Hawaii record as the state never issued one. All they issued was a notice of birth from the phone call from the hospital who also called the newspapers of the daily births from the forms that had been placed in the receptionists in box. One of those was a form his grandmother took off a clip board hung in a public hallway of the blank forms and she filled it out. The state not only caught the ruse, but the State of Hawaii passed a law that hospitals had to secure the blank forms.
When I went to work for Social Security in 1968 after graduating from Kansas State University, this was in our list of alerts on phone documents. And may all births before the change in the law ;suspect; and many may not realize that we had to get another documents to supplement it to prove age and could not use the NOTICE OF BIRTH AS PROOF FOR WHAT SHE DID. Many were affected by this..
By 2012, when the fake certified one got located miraculously, and I am sure without POTUS being involved as that is what 'handlers' do to modern day politicians who have to be ;managed when they are to be the ones managing. By then , I had already commented on several sites online and sent e mails to the white house. So if any had wanted to know the truth, all they had to do is ask Sec Of State Kris Kobach of Ks and file an addendum to ballot accesses in the USA.
I do not think any problems would exist with an explanation of he did not know and his own book says: he wrote what he was told and my extended family has been too good at fake bios for a 100 years and its time for this to end. The only issue was his place of birth and that is not in question when one knows where to look.
BUT when I filed by affidavit with Kansas back in 9/12, and its on line here. His staff checked and at first the one checking was just logged on to the regular births. and had to be instructed by another that military births are on a separate data base. So did they check and because some one did not know where to look, they missed it. and caused someone in his 'camp' to forge one. In Kansas only the child and parents on the record can know or get the record unless one gets a court order which Orly Taitz refused to ask for nor call me as an eyewitness to testify either. She even dissed me on line. It was at this point I realized that the birther movement was not real as they did not wish to know the truth. Kansas was where it should have all ended and witnesses are still alive there who knew and testifying in court is different than online blogging. What the voters decided to do with the info would have been up to them. Might have helped? My motives have not been political in this at all. ITS been for justice for the three dead that I should have done something about years ago, and did not and went on lived my own life. Something others should have done something about also...like tell a young adult the truth they did not share when he was younger.
All these law suits filed and monies raised because all the attorneys forgot that in civil court the plaintiff has to prove the case. and people who did not like the president kept on giving money for naught. ( I am not saying I agree with everything that he has done as President, either. but that is Congress;s job to modify or overturn what he does. Or file court cases on issues and executive orders, etc.
But to get the evidence needed for court. I am not a lawyer, but know enough about such things to know that only in criminal court does the state have to prove one did it, etc. Civil means GO GET THE REAL RECORD FROM TOPEKA AND OTHER EVIDENCE SUCH AS EYE WITNESS TESTIMONY AND THE WHOLE COVER UP WOULD BE ENDED AND SO MIGHT THE BIG MONEY DONATIONS. When one starts out on a journey for truth and justice, one may not end up finding out what one thought the truth was. Its why I wrote my own journey finding out things through out my life.
And I FOR ONE WOULD LIKE LOTS OF DNA DONE WITH NONE MESSING AROUND USING THE PATERNAL LINE AND NOT MATERNAL ETC. I make no money from all of this, and have found many dissing me and some other things written that were not very nice. I have been said to be for him and others against him form all sides. MY SIDE IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN JUSTICE FOR THREE DEAD WHO NEVER HAD ANY. justice denied one denies us all and that is very real when one denied it was the father of the president of the USA who was not told.? And usually it would be the man's son asking his attorney general to look into a horrific hate crime that was intended to end his life on the end of a rope in his mother's womb , also. and not a third cousin,, who rarely saw him throughout his life to this day after he lift Topeka with his mother, soon after birth to finish high school in Washington state. and a cousin -in law baby sat.
Jim fought back as he was a star football player and Ann got away and ran for help and three died that day in 3/61 and it was a cover up from day one. Kansas has not had a REPORTED LYNCHING since 1922 and the record has not been corrected on this to this day.
So this is more than a birth certificate and finding where the President of the USA was really born. l Some may still be alive who could be tried for crimes. I wrote Attorney General Eric Holder and that letter is posted back in 9/12, I was asked to write. also. He never answered me at all. I had spoke to a person in the US Justice department in DC and was told that even though the Civil rights laws had not yet been passed, they might still have some kind of federal jurisdiction. They probably do, because the murders, and attempted murder of President Obama unborn and his mother, was on LAND UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS AS IS WRITTEN OF BACK IN 2012.
It was just outside the city limits of Topeka, at the junction of Soldier Creek and the Kansas River and the Army Corps was working on diverting the creek to stop flooding.
So ending the birth nonsense has always been back in Topeka KS for the current president.And that means they had to go to Topeka and use eye witness testimony like mine as many knew in fact 'every one' knew something about the whole horrible murders. I am not able to do so and do not have the monies . I tried to do some things by phone But those who know are scared and rightly so when they read what I have faced on line. I am grateful to those who truly want to now the truth, where ever it leads and have helped find out things which I have shared.
We now have a different situation. One who knows he was not born on US Soil of any kind. and only one parent being a US Citizen which does not seem to be an issue. Except I had always known and one can check this out. that by age 22those is multiple citizenships must choose a country and Senator Cruz had not even done this either by the time the US Senate did not do their job to check that our when he applied to them to run for the US senate as a candidate... JUST ONE MORE THING CONGRESS HAS NEGLECTED TO DO THEIR JOB ON. as they would not have accepted the notice of birth form Hawaii on US Senate candidate Obama ,, either.
All the experts say,, that there has never been litigation up to the US Supreme Court about the definition of NATURAL BORN ; to be eligible for president, Lost of experts giving good scholarly advice and every one has an opinion. But its time for a decision on this as we will be seeing more of this as US mothers give birth all over the world today and it seems they are not being told the rights of their child and what needs to be done in the future once they live the country with the Embassy certified birth record based on a birth that occurred on foreign soil that was not US Soil in another country such as a military base or embassy., etc. We are a world filled with 'anchor babies' born elsewhere as well as in the USA.
I signed a petition that is on line where a county in TX is denying a birth certificate to one born in the USA of a mother who is not legally here. The issue needs to be clarified for every one who may find themselves in these situations. What if that baby born in TX wanted to run for president some day and had no birth certificate? Submit the petition being circulated on line?
And every article written on the now 6 court cases filed about Senator Ted Cruz, has some commenting who do not know the whole truth, commenting about a Kenya birth not being an issue for this president along with some other 'choice words of opinion of him" so why not Canada for the possible next one? FOLKS! TOPEKA KS IS NOT IN KENYA, ITS IN THE USA..
Its a pleasantly cool night, and window is open. Weather forecasters were say in the 40's and had started preparing to bring in the Tomato seedling from outside. And I looked at the temperature gauge and felt the warmer breeze and did not bother. But it is predicted t be cooler for tonight so a place is ready, just in case. We spend billions on weather forecasting and still do not know the
'mind of nature nor our Creator?'
I linked the 8/3/12 posting and will try to link others. But there is so much to do..... Life is full and the struggle for life is still an issue. in this household up against the ones who rule the world that do not wish to be exposed. If they did not want me to find 'them' out, then 'they; should not have messed with and hacked into my official records and data and block medical care to this day as is being done by the rulers of the USA which is not our elected officials anymore. since 2002. when Congress "'gave authority to' an international cabal 'beast system;" that is doing great harm to every one of us in ways many still do not realize. But many do not fully know the how of what is going on , but are saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ! Vote! for we, the people, are to rule, not them.
