So as they sit inside the 'belt way' as if they are in charge of the USA, they continue saying to agencies to spend money for this or that, and many times the intent good for use of our money. But then the agency heads send on blank checks to one of the 150+? companies of CEO Blodgett or his as many secret deal partners and all they can do is pray that the money is spent as it should be. if the one giving out the contract is not illegally being bribed which must be going on for at least a few of them?.
The result of the people;s money being spent is too often stolen form those who need it the most and we, the people keep getting asked for more and more and Congress does not see it important for anyone to 'imspect; to see if the money is getting used as ordered or if blatantly being stolen or scammed as there is no budget for criminal over sight either. My source is from heads of OIG's and even the FBI cyber crimes, who want to do their job and are not permitted to do so by act of Congress is what is said as all budget comes from them, not from the agency who does not have to ask for the obvious to be done,, if they do not put it in the budget request. .
Even Patrick O'Carroll OIG Director for Social Security has begged congress( in writing linked here and available on line) over a year ago to pass laws so the systems could be checked to see if the security protocols are in it. As my cases well proves IT IS NOT SECURE AND WAS INTENTIONALLY PROGRAMMED BY THE CONTRACTORS TO ALLOW INSIDE THEFTS AND ILLEGAL ACCESS TO ALTER INFO AND IN THE CASE OF APPEALS DELETE THEM

I have been trying to figure out how to organize this round of appeals and follow ups to keep everything legally alive that is pending or years, and in some cases decades unprocessed and items already approved for payment and reimbursement. But with CEO Lynn Blodgett ordering my files destroyed and systems info deleted, etc. and then going from agency head to agency head lying and saying that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and there is nothing to do on my case, along with the order to "let her die" since they took total control of FECA in 2002 with no over sight. It is a battle for life and death. both physically and financially. Now insurers all over the nation have contracted out to him and WHERE IS THE RIGHT TO LIFE , LIVELIHOOD ? Gone and reports come in to me, that many have died or been gravely harmed with the obstruction of medical care.
And three judges ordered him in 2009, to ask me for the facts as "rumor and gossip has run amok and no one knows what is going on." And to reconstruct files form my records. He refuses to contact me back to set a system up to do that. And I am do so much money that would help sustain daily life in this. He leaves it up to his partner subsidiary at Goldman- Sachs and they will not. most of what is due in the back log is reimbursements for my out of pocket expenses, still legally pending, some as afar back as 1989. and numerous judges and Hearing officers ordering they be processed. THROWING AWAY AND DELETING RECORDS OVER AND OVER DOES NOT LEGALLY MAKE THEM GO AWAY.
HE HAS NOT ALLOWED ONE OXYGEN CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED SINCE HE TOOK OER. as his manager said THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. As if CEO Blodgett was personally paying for what the taxpayers have already approved for. me . Even Secretary of Labor and Director of FECA have no power over him to make him obey judges, the law or terms of the govt contract.
And where is the million dollars, that we older established cases was set aside for us in 2002 and disappeared after being logged onto the Affiliated Computer Services system so that his call center people were telling medical providers and oxygen supplier Lincare, that I had a sent a million dollars to pay for all of my own health care.
I did not get it and no one is willing o find out why FEDERAL EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN LEFT TO DIE IN ALL OF THIS. All I got form the OPM OIG is they suspected an embezzlement ring and they had been denied the right to investigate for some time by the past directors of OPM and I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE.I already have permanent medical due to the approval for liquid oxygen over 20 years ago. by FECA A 1988 labor law to save lives, turned into the ORIGINAL DEATH PANEL BY THE CONTRACTOR.
Then order our Federal Employer group health plans deleted off the Common working file at Medicare 's owner, Group Health so that we get overpaid and so do our medial providers as they order the conditional payment law be ignored. When billing people for our doctors etc. try to find out what to do and His people lie to them as they are told to do , or many have no idea what the rules are as they have been intentionally mistrained on this. The disconnect is grave. CMS gives out notices and training mandates and they are ignored as are the rights of all, along with the blatant disregard of the law and constitutional rights of all and appeals languish unanswered as does oxygen claims at CELERIAN GROUP NOW UNDER ORDERS OF THE RULER OF THE USA, CEO LYNN BLODGETT WHO HOLDS THE POWER, BUT USES IT WHEN HE CHOOSES TO CAUSE REAL HARM.
CONGRESS IS BEING SHAKEN UP
That is the mood among the many offices I did call today . trying to find out why another billion dollars has been stolen of the taxpayers money. OUR MONEY. when the security protocol on the HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE WAS MISSING?
People saying we have had enough of theft of rights and money of a Congress that is not responding to us , who are their bosses. is what I do think is starting to occur. ALL PLEASE DO VOTE, EVEN IF WE DO NOT ALL VOTE FOR THE SAME PERSON OR PARTY. OUR PRESENCE IS POWERFUL. MORE POWERFUL THAN ANY BIG MONEY PACS. And justice denied one, denies it to all.
The 1974 PRIVACY ACT. gave full authority for agencies to share info they need to do the business of government. But , of course, not misuse it and keep it confidential and ;private; from those who have no business to know.
Many programs need to be able to verify ones Social Security number and other info that is with that.
Obamamcare. or Hillarycare. etc. has had systems that have already cost us a billions dollars as they have crashed. Now we are learning, it seems that they neglected to cross check with Social Security to know if the SSN belongs to one who is legally in the USA or not. And if more than one person might be using that SSN, then of course it will not computer until someone in the govt unscrambles the records. Something I have had a part of my job duties since 1968 when I went to work for SSA out of college. And still is the job duty of employees.
Since the 1970's one has their citizenship or legal residency coded onto the system as we reviewed the documents to prove it. And for those whole file for benefits, its also been done all along since the beginning of SSA.
A group in the middle has also had their age and citizenship proven and coded in on the system when they filed for duplicate cards over the years. There is very few, if any whom SSA has not proven citizenship and age for now. Prior to the 1970's one could file for a social security number and if they lied, there was no legal consequence for that. It was not a crime. I have had many who later filed for benefits where they had made themselves older to be age 16 , as they had mistakenly thought we would let their employer know if they said they were too young to be working., etc.
I have been there on the inside and still cannot legally retire as CEO Blodgett will not post my FECA file, from my records, so the pending request filed in 1996 can be processed and ordered done by many judges and a hearing officer. This man, unknown to members of Congress has Congressional immunity to over turn any law of the land, judges orders or even terms of govt contracts to uphold the laws of the land which is standard words of any govt contract.
With no over sight, no one knows what is really going on UNLESS CONGRESS LISTENS TO THE VICTIMS AFFECTED BY WHAT THEY ILLEGALLY DO And if the illegal act ends in death or physical harm, they are not accountable as any other murderers or assaulter would be by our legal system for Congress says there is to be none. since 2002. and in health care, over payments pile up since the suspension of the laws by Sec of HHS in 1994.MONIES OWED BACK TO MEDICARE THAT NONE IN CONGRESS IS AWARE OF AS THEY ROUTINELY GET FALSE DATA. FROM THE AGENCIES, WHO GET FALSE DATA FROM THE CONTRACTORS UNDER CEO BLODGETT WHO ORDERS ALL TO BE DONE.
And he is only the hired hand of? the ruler of this world, who is not the one in heaven I worship who tells all to rule with justice and fairness in all we do to each other as we are to care about one another and take care of things HE CREATED. We are not created as robots to do as ordered, but have free will to care or not and respect each other's differences, but work together so that no one is harmed by the actions of those who choose to do harm. FREE WILL IS OUR GIFT. So is being created as a social being to be in charge of things. When we deny ourselves this as a society, then we all are harmed .
THE BILLION DOLLAR THEFT IS BEING SHARED ON LINE IS THAT THOSE WITH OUT LEGAL STATUS IN THE USA, GOT THAT MONEY BY SIGNING UP FOR HEALTH INSURANCES AND BEING GIVEN SUBSIDIES, THEY WERE NOT ENTITLED TO HAVE. And their social security numbers were not cross checked with SSA to make sure they were entitled? No one at SSA, in all the years I was there could begin to think there would not be a cross check. going on. WHAT IS GOING ON AT SSA,? THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE IN THE USA. now or in the future?
Members of congress aides today, had no ideas of the insecurity of the nation which is our cyber security more and more. We have more weapons than ever could be needed for a physical fight on our soil. BUT WE CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE DARK AGES IS OUR SYSTEMS FAIL US .
And Congress will not permit the real government officials, to check things out to protect the SECURITY OF THE NATION'S DATA AND ABILITY TO FUNCTION . and that system would making getting registered to vote so easy, also. WHAT S GOING ON AT SSA?
The mandate of the US Constitution is 'FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION. '
We hire people , called civil servants to see to it these are met, and since 2002 , what I called treason has occurred at the highest levels to NOT SECURE THE NATION. from those inside who have harmed us..and continue to do so. AND NO ONE KNOWS WHOM I AM SPEAKING OF even thought there own lives depend on it and are directly affected.
My prayers for those in Congress who do wish to do what is right and just and pray one may have finally come forward to help. All I can do is put each issue and agency on a separate form and submit. But the entire Congress could be over hauling the whole government so justice for all prevails,if they only follow the paper trail of those who have committed so many real crimes just on my cases alone. and have been allowed to keep doing so with none to stop them by order of CONGRESS ACCORDING TO MANY high level officials who have tried to get CONGRESS TO ACT ALSO. PLEASE DO VOTE AS CONGRESS IS BEING SHAKEN INTO ACTION, SEEMS TO BE THE MOOD. KEEP UP THE 'POLITICAL REVOLUTION' OF THE BALLOT BOX.
