Senator Sanders says we should all have Medicare. BUT the Medicare we have now, is far from the common sense original plan when the government even had an official inside the contractor to make sure every ones rights were being uphold and all the laws and policies where being followed. We have not asked the doctors what they think for many years, now. and the American Medical Association has seen membership go down as they did not seem to listen to them either anymore..
What we have had since 1994, when the enforcing of the laws were suspended more and more the government with less control and since 2002 NO CONTROL OF IT. As Congress will not fund any real audit control nor even investigations of blatant and major thefts from with in the contractors. that was the year, its been reported and linked to this blog that President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox management services' computer genius brother got involved.? I name him as he has been named by several high level officials who have not been able to help me as he in in control of matters and in defiance of 38 federal agency judges in multiple agencies on my case alone plus a million dollars missing fir my medical care at FECA according to his own employees and 'LET HER DIE; order as to what to do for me. where he is in charge form every side in all of this.
All that has occurred is more than one high level official have resigned with my file on their desks.
Yet HHS brags about catching a few scam artist doctors ,etc. who stole a hundred million her and what they are doing is.....
THEY BRAG OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CONTROL. And the complicity of the contractors in letting it occur if not part of the schemes all along. One of the most blatant. was the psychiatrist in north Texas who got paid by Trailblazers for 100 million dollars of orthopedic surgery. Inside the contractor collusion had to have existed.
Any one with any experience with the modern day health care system , knows that there is no way any hospital or malpractice insurer would permit someone to be regularly doing surgery they were not certified to do and there is a lot of specialized certifications that occur before any hospital or their managers form President Lynn Blodgett's cabal allows them in. in a major disaster, any one with an MD or DO after their name might has set a bone or two.. but not what then got bragged about that had gone on for some time.
But none of the inside 'colluders' could be investigated and stopped just as they 500 named witnesses at General Dynamics, 1-800-Medicare, documented over two years whey they said was a trillion dollar theft of Medicare by the intentional insecurity programming of the Medicare system.
Intentional? as there basically was no security in the system to prevent any one with access to set up an offline system and not be tracked? and create phony Medicare numbers and get a claim paid that was not real. In my case 17 claims per one with 17 claim numbers; and the one that did get sent to my medical providers was theft as they colluded to hack the Privately owned contracted out COMMON WORKING FILE billing system to change the official posting from the US Department of labor on me that showed me active duty and Medicare secondary to both Federal Blue Cross Blues shield and Federal worker comp to make Medicare PRIMARY
. And I even have three Medicare judges, rulings that the official US Department of Labor posting is accurate as a judge got the real official internal documents form them that even the local office does not have access to as they have to get their info form President Blodgett. And they can't even get the judges; orders or any part of my file unless he choose for them to have it and they don't and several US Labor judges have orders things done and paid and file posted etc. and they can do nothing to obey the judges as in the past they could and did. The last three said "that rumor and gossip had run amok' and to "ask me for the facts" as "no one else knows what is going on" and to reconstruct and post my file from my records." They all refuse to obey!
Since 2009, its now become and vendetta of him vs me when they ruled and he disobeys consistently.NO ONE IN THE GOVT KNOW S WHAT TO DO AS THERE IS NO GOVT. this HACKING IS STILL GOING ON even though when Dr Berwick as acting director of Medicare, Iin2009-10 did not renew the contract for our region with Trailblazers, subsidiary of SC blues and now owner of Cigna Govt services which is now the DME oxygen and equipment, etc) payer for our area, (oxygen claims not processed on me there either now for Blues to pay some, or send to FECA for recovery all there health plans of mine under the control of Pres Blodgett. with some dead 'neighbors;' and others in lie threatening situations, too.
The multiples seems to have to have been stopped on the last day of the contract in 11/12. with a 4 million dollar theft from sealing my claims and id on me alone. And my bills are not nearly as high as many cancer or transplant patients. might have. Oxygen is really not that as high an expense as even one bottle of pills might be.. ( Doyle had to pay a $25 co pay last week for meds, due to the deletion of my Fed blues off the Common working file and we have thousands due us for co pays since 2006,. As it is with Part A and B of Medicare where we pay $0 unless we go to a doctor, etc that does not participate at all and charges a high fee and we get only back what Blues rates are . And since 1/12, we only get the Medicare rate there if retired paying the same premium among by me and by the taxpayer who pays 3/4ths plus 50% of the bill they get out of paying all but the co pay for now, for some unknown reason according to an insider. Is President Blodgett showing that as the amount paid for workers comp and then using an offline system for other bills and not using any correct coding for oxygen as they ll say the gig would be up and all of my ills would be have to be paid by Pres Bldogett from that million dollars that went missing at his bank?

SO ALL OF OUR DOCTORS ARE BEING STOLEN FROM AS THEY ARE ALL DUE WAY MORE AND EVERY CLAIM MEDICARE HAS EVER RECEIVED ON ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS ON MY POLICY HAVE APPEALS PENDING AT SOME LEVEL AND NOT BEING ANSWERED AT ALL.NOW. many hearing backed up for years, as President Blodgett's companys' controls what the first level judges even get. as they put the files together ....?President Lynn Blodgetts company that many do not even know is not a government office. in OHIO that pretty well has taken over that state as it has Texas and most others now.
THERE IS NO GOVT RUN HEALTH CARE NOW AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR OVER 2 DECADES as the government gives the money to contractors who often will not even follow very good medical guidelines written by and for doctors so all cam be approved for the better medical care science knows can be better treatment or cures.
What has occurred is our doctors, have had less and less control over the care of their patients.
And the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES (systems) should be allowing out own doctors to be more directly involved in direction of our care as the systems know what is the accepted medical practice for our diagnoses.
We make fun of the new coding system, but its designed to PUT OUR DOCTORS BACK IN CONTROL. It does matter , to them, whether we got pecked by a goose or a chicken as each can cause certain diseases to occur, etc. I do not know which , but rely on my doctors to know if it happens to me. and that coding system should enable medial billing to become as obsolete as the key punch card operator of former years, since once the doctor inputs the results of a visit the payment should be automatically on its way to the bank to pay for it. But there will be a need for some systems people to design checks and balances in the system, which should already be in it , if any one were allowed to audit and find out.
SSA WAS DENIED ACCESS TO EVEN CHECK IF THE SECURITY PROTOCOLS WERE IN PLACE OVER THERE AND THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE WHO WORKS AND PAYS IN AND SHOULD EXPECT THE BENEFITS TO BE THERE WHEN THE TIME COMES TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS.
Originally Medicare was pretty straightforward. What the doctor, etc. got paid was easily known and based on time spent, etc. and what was done. then a few decades ago hospitals began to be ordered to become 'fortune tellers ' and know before they even examined the patients to find out, what they were there for and if they guess wrong for a medical issue that gets paid less, they got stuck with not being able to get the full among when it was learned that more serious issues existed to be cared for.
Plus these contractors, in charge now, get to okay 'incentive pay for keeping costs down. When one teats the very ill, one gets penalized?
MEDICAL CARE IS NOT A FOR PROFIT PRODUCT. ITS DEALING WITH KEEPING US HEALTHY AND ALIVE.
There is no ethical reason to penalize a doctor who takes care of the medical needs of the patient. And often doctors do find common sense solutions that are cheaper if they are allowed to use their training and educations and wisdom of years of practice to know. That innovation is being lost in all of this as they should be able to get approval when something works that is as good or better than the more expensive medicine or surgery , etc. there are plenty of patients in line to be seen. when all have a health plan that pays fairly for all.
President Blodgett did not go to medical school, that I know of And neither did all those managers that all have to have now to tell them how to practice medicine.
HEALTH CARE IS A GIVEN AMOUNT and the only way to reduce costs is cut out all these layers of red tape that have been crated by the government NOT BEING INVOLVED. Govt officials still are audited for their work and can be prosecuted criminally or illegal acts.
Most have no idea that most of their jobs have been contracted out today, as most have never been fully trained on the job duties assigned to their specific job title.
I come up against this all the time. now. I went to work for the old HEW (Health Education and Welfare) out of college in 6/68 and now in legal limbo as one out on workers comp cannot retire until workers comp gets one on permanent disability. Since 2002, we have had ours totally under the control of Affiliated Computer Services , one of President Blodgett's companies. Which seems to have always been a XEROX creation since they were 'overthrown 'in 1983 and the over throw of the nation and world began. in a methodical step by step process by an international cabal. At the time that the next generation of computer systems was going to be used and Congress would not pay a super salary for high tech programmers to be employees of the people's government. That is when we began to lose control of the nation into the hands of this cabal that owned these companies and paid the big salories to help themselves to the public Treasury.
First was Sungard, which controls all of our digital money. and nearly the whole world's now. That's our money on a magnetic strip on a plastic card. Then Affiliated computer series came in 1988 and other companies and their secret deal partners getting all government contracts and too often direct conflicts of interest for one entity to hold one which is to over see the other or deal with another.
In the beginning , Health insurance companies were just that. They sold policies and paid claims and took a cut for salaries, etc. But now its usually not health care people and entities that own controlling interest in these companies at all. Some are stock market, but others, is a mystery as to who really owns them and now its secret dealers hacking and dumping onto Medicare to pay every one's bills that are not Medicare's.
More ethical companies that are still primarily involved in health care, cannot compete in such a corrupt system where an unethical company with deals to steal, can under bid for a government contract up against a company that has to be more honest in what it will cost to have the contact, etc.
We have health care at third world status that costs us more than they have to pay for what they have. to pay. I see hospitals in deplorable conditions that need up keep , also. And our medical professionals are paying for all kind of management services and computer access, to even get some kind of payment with of the long delays of haggling, over getting payment and many of these contracts they have to hire to practice medicine are part of this same entity. WHO ALSO IS PAYING CLAIMS. Conflicts of interest that the SEC has no budget, either to address. and contractor givers in the government given insufficient guidelines to stop. Bribery? No one checks that out and modern day type can be a job for a relative over with President Lynn Blodgett and that is harder to prove than money in a brown paper bag being slipped to someone.
The HIPPPA law is a big expense for doctors and the reputation of President Blodgett's company as auditors for the medical profession is said to be ruthless as his bunch will not accept blame for anything they ordered done?
Yet , once the medical claim is filed, THERE IS NO PROTECTION OF OUR MEDICAL RECORDS SINCE 1999 WHEN GROUP HEALTH , FROM NEW YORK GOT THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACT. And govt officials and govt contractors are not under the HIPPPA law. Government officials are bound by other strict privacy laws, but contractors can do as they please with our data, and we cannot get a copy and there is no way to correct misinformation that gets added in , or typos, or other patients records co mingled. with ours. yet that is what must be used for treatments, especially in an emergency room and Congress has know of the atrocities and deaths from this in a study done nearly ten years ago, on wrongful death malpractice suits. and the reasons.
Those stats do not tell the whole truth. As many, like me who had close calls, did not file lawsuits. I did file civil rights against the contractors, as legally that can still be done. BUT SINCE PRESIDENT LYNN BLODGETT CONTROLS WHICH ONES GET GIVEN BACK TO ANY ONE TO ANSWER. None of ours have been answered over the years. and HIPPA does not apply as they are not under that law at all. Those would have forced the issue to the forefront and changes made as that is what they are really for. To right wrongs done to some in society that should not be going on. Today, one who is in need of medical care is being discriminated against by this cabal that is in charge. Ones doctors is not even allowed to treat one for free anymore if they chose to do so. or at a reduced cost. In my case they should be getting well paid at the employer group health plans rate and are BEING CHEATED OF WHAT THE LAW SAYS THEY ARE TO HAVE. And dumping on to Medicare means both them and I are over paid. and there is no way to get a wavier of overpayment, even though the law SAYS THERE IS TO BE .
In 2005, Social Security formally signed and agreed to do the form SSA 632's for these kind of Medicare over payments and has not processed one yet. This is where one gives no personal financial info and states its against equity and good conscience to ask the patient to enforce laws that our own govt has decided not to enforce. And no attorney can financially take a case to recoup money from the partners of the govt who are the thieves.
THERE IS NO ONE TO TAKE A WAVER FORM AND ANSWER IT AT ALL NOW. AS SSA IS NOT DOING ANYTHING WITH THEM FOR OVER A DECADE AS MONEY IS STOLEN AND OVERPAYMENT'S MOUNT UP AND TIME TO TIME DISCOVERIES ARE MADE AS OCCURRED WITH US. We periodically file a new one and never get even an acknowledgement other than a receipt for certified mail, etc. MEDICAL BILLERS ARE UNDER STRICT ORDERS FROM THE CABAL TO USE THE COMMON WORKING FILE AS IS AND FEW HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT IS THAT WOULD ALLOW MEDICARE TO LEGALLY PAY AND THEN GO TO RECOVERY UNIT THAT OWNS COMMON WORKING FILE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO RECOVER WHAT THEY HAVE LET OCCUR FROM THEIR SECRET DEAL PARTNER THEY MUST NOW ASK TO REFUND.TO MEDICARE?.
Conditional payment law of 1980, puts the government as responsible, not the patients nor the medical provider or supplier. as we have well proved this cabal will Not obey us, or even 38 federal judges,

Patients and our good medical professionals are the only ones a legal and financial risk right now.

President Blodgett and his cohorts and the last land grab could be major against heirs whose land is taken years after a will is probated, as government debts do not go away even when the patients had no control over what occurred and most may not have know it occurred . I found out right way about the multiple thefts.
As on 2/1/08, a billing person for one of my doctors, shared with me that President Blodgett's partner call center had told her that my Medicare claim number had been changed to an impossible phony one. From my social security number with a "T" after it to an "A" after it. Basic security since the beginning is it has to be ones prime claim number from SSA. otherwise the systems are vulnerable for anything to occur.
I have conducted Medicare fraud investigations, in an era when fraud never got that huge as e respected and listened to the patients who notices something that did not seem right. And use of a phony claim number that is the biggest red flag for embezzlement. FIRST IT MEANT THERE WAS NO SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM, On a more modern system.... in fact where this just should not be able to be done. An offline system to by pass the entire security of the system itself was going on and did not get stopped as none could even after I got written and other acceptable proof of what was occurring.
And any one inside could pay themselves a check..... how many have and we do not know and those have payments sent on our and on the records of those we have inherited from? and have no idea that the government still has a lean on property! This showed collusion and diversion over at the federal reserve that actually sends out the money. and no doctor of mine got 17 checks on 17b claim numbers as that would have been more proof. They did get paid one pay per claim, using a phony number and I learned that all kinds of lies were coning out of the call centers and still are.
The call center for them is horrifically misleading them and the clearing houses they pay to access the system with does not have the legally needed codes or forms to use either for them . President Blodgett owns too many of them, and he should not be owning any of them as its obvious conflicts of interest.
That is what the billing people or service and he owns some of them to as well as collection agencies and his partnership deals, etc. === have to call them for answers as to what to do and how it was not the SAME AS ON THE PATIENTS CARD and the patients is giving one set of info and the hacked system has been altered biweekly soon after the official and very accurate posting is made from tones employer. and the ones at legal risk have no say as to what is to happen.
As of 1/16,,PATIENTS HAVE NO INPUT AND YET WE HAVE OVER PAYMENT LIABILITY IN THE MATTER., YET. . I have an internal memo , also that addresses some of this. As the US ATTYs said, good enough to get a search warrant right now, IF WE ONLY HAD A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO SERVER IT. And Congress says NO!
Yet all those out in Oregon and elsewhere standing up for rights of common use of public lands, may well now have inherited property back home that the government contracted out systems have archived records of liens against them from monies they stole using claims and id of patients. without consent or knowledge.!
And that medical data base in contractor control, can have one full sweep input done and NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO PASS A BACK GROUND CHECK TO GET A GUN. as our medical info is easily altered to reflect that out come. when no one is watching out as to what is going on. and wee have no access to get a copy and our own doctors cannot correct items either. Mine is a deadly mess and has nearly cost me my life a couple of time. I know as I asked and found out from those who saw what was on there. at least 4 other patients co mingled and some with vastly different diagnoses than mine. KEEP SOME MEDICAL RECORDS WITH YOU AND PRAY SOMEONE WILL LOOK AT THEM IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SPEAK OR NO ONE THERE WHO KNOWS YOU MEDICAL ISSUES IN CASE YOU END UP IN AN ER. Even one where you may have been a patient before. They cannot access their own hospital's records. to know is what I came up against a few years ago..
The battle is at the ballot box and we NEED SOME DIRECT ANSWERS FROM ALL THE CANDIDATES AS TO WHAT THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO GET DONE WHEN IN OFFICE. Or will be on down the deadly path we are on with new programs with new names that do not change anything.
We do not need another law, that will be contracted out to this same bunch to do as they please and steal form us. Its not the plan, its who will run it and will it be enforced against those who break our laws and usurp our rights.
Originally, Medicare was to have been the insurance for the poor with supplementation from the states. Medicaid is and has always been and UNEQUAL AND SUBSTANDARD MEDICAL CARE THAT VIOLATES THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION.

that I came in contact with recently, was a patient who was having a hard time and the doctor mentioned oxygen might help. I took my oximeter over to their home and put it on the finger; This patient had not even had that done to check oxygen levels and had to show how one did it. I was shocked as it was was so low and if the doctor had been allowed to do this, by the management company from YOU GUESSED IT, WHICH IS OVER THE PLAN, President Blodgett.,
There is no reason that a supplier would not have called and at least a concentrator provided as this patients does not have what I do , and probably could have tolerated a low level of ozone. not every condition that gets approved for oxygen is a lung condition. And the case history was put in excellent medical guidelines in 2005 and promptly ignored by the contractors. Even a training session with suppliers soon after included them being told THEY WOULD NOT OBEY THE LAWS AND POLICIES OF MEDICARE.AN CMS AS EVERYONE IS NOW UNDER THEIR CONTRACTORS ANYWAY SINCE 2010. AND KEEP ON DOING AS THEY HAD BEEN DOING AND HOW MANY HAVE DIED FROM THIS?
There's final judgment day after this earthly existence and some are going to find out just how evil their actions have been.
I meet the liquid oxygen guidelines several ways and even meet the ones being used.by all three health plans and approved for life. But its FECA's bill as they put me on it for life and now the controller of it will not let a supplier bill them, and Medicare says its their bill and the clam will not go through the system as under the 1988 labor law it rejects as needing to go to workers comp first. THIS IS THE REAL DEATH PANEL FOLKS AND ITS MURDER AND ATTEMPTED MURDER OF INJURED WORKERS As any workers comp case patients will not get the bill paid for over a year in most cases with suppliers going bankrupt in the mean time as ILLEGAL GAMES ARE PLAYED WITH LIVES.. yet, CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT. A good law, put in place to protect our rights, when we had a government and judges that would be obeyed, etc. WE DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF RULE OF LAW ANYMORE. Good laws are ignored as any see fit to do so when they have immunity as a contractor., etc..?
Senator Sanders is right, there is no insurers any more any way, as they have contracted out their claims processing and ye the premiums are being collected. States failed us first and now the feds. since 1994 and over the last couple of years with the intrusion of contracting our of control of all workers comp and that is EVERY WORKER IN THE USA NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THIS. you now have what we feds have had since 2002 and its a real DEATH PANEL is its decided it should be one.
I have been intentional blocked form care since 1/08, and that is under President Blodgett. I am alive as my family hauls two hundred lb tanks to gas company and We pay. and its bankrupting us on our low income. I was getting some back form fed blues, but all three have now colluded to not process anything from any three now,. Doctors are been restricted in what they can even test for, And all medical offices, surely have a $25 oximeter. and in an era when our doctors were in charge, they would have grabbed it and in a few seconds know for sure the basic oxygen saturation rate. Payment use do be based on time and what was done, and a minute to check and input the reading because their medical judgment said to check it based on all the other medial things going on with the patients is just , This is a piece of equipment that doe not require a prescription to buy and no insurance reimburses the patient to have one at home. Some of these kinds of low cost testing items probably should be in ever one home medicine cabinet in an era when ones own doctor is not even allowed to properly diagnoses a patients. when their wisdom says yes and President Blodgett's cabal says no. before any exam, one could check things out and notate the numbers, from oxygen levels, to blood pressures, peak flow monitors, etc. and even a 10 day glucose kit can be bought. then one can go to the doctor, with that data and the ammunition to battle the cabal and give ones own doctor something to fight for you with. it has been taking years to get ones diabetes diagnosed and if caught early , diet and life style changes can control it. We have been so concerned with our cholesterol levels that that yearly blood test screen, has been done after one fasts for hours or more and that often lowers the glucose levels until diabetes is more advanced
I AM NOT A DOCTOR, BUT THESE ARE THINGS I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MANY EXCELLENT DOCTORS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS OVER THE YEARS. It's only our lives at stake, and what ever we can do to support the efforts of our good doctors, helps us stay as healthy as possible and alive. Check with ones doctor and few should say don't do it. They will just say, insurance will not pay if one is not already diagnosed, but how does one get diagnosed if this cabal has put every wall in place to not get diagnosed and correct issues early on?.
This is a prime example of our doctors not being in charge. Simple and cheaper tests, cannot be run and serous injures and illnesses go undiagnosed and untreated and worse health issues and even premature deaths from it.
And do not tell me, its "GOD'S WILL TO DIE AT THE HANDS OF OTHERS' AS ITS HIS WILL. Its not ones appointed time to be murdered, is it? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. We are to live as long as this earth and gravity will sustain us. I have been on home liquid oxygen for over 21 years now and its slowed down destruction of body organs where death would have occurred years ago. And I pray that life will continue for many more. Life is good, even if the world is in a mess. I am encourage every time others joining in and speaking out and want to make things better for each and every one of us. BUT THERE IS A LOT TO DO AND CANDIDATES, TELL US SOME DETAILS OF WHAT YOU THINK SHOULD HAPPEN. An the rest of us>>VOTE and show we are present and expect better job performances in the future than all of you collectively have not given us in the recent past. Do try to keep those who are trying against big money odds, and say 'YOU'RE FIRED!" TO THE REST AND SEND THEM HOME.
If government worked as it is to and used to, through agency appeals and civil rights complaints etc., changes would have been made to make what we have now, better and Congress would have direct parts to amend. But what we were all promised was going to occur , did not occur. And I knew this listening to the mark up of the bill back in 2010. THE CONTRACTORS WERE GOING TO RUN THINGS AND ARE AND WE THE PEOPLE AND OUR GOVT OFFICIALS HAVE NO SAY IN WHAT IS GOING ON AT ALL. If any government officials are in charge then they can and should have been arrested a long time ago for criminal behavior. My 17 years of documenting what is going on, clearly shows, few government officials are in charge or have any authority at all. We have lost some good agency heads, who could not deal with not being able to make things right for all of us. and NO SUPPORT FROM CONGRESS which has ;gagged' itself since 2002 in an unconstitutional act to do this when any member has full immunity on the floor of Congress to say what ever they wish. Since we do have C span an children who might watch, I pray they keep it "G" rated. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO AND FOR GOOD REASON. Do members of Congress need whistle blower protection, too?

We learn as we live and we have deeper understandings, or should have with our experiences of life itself. SHARING A AND CARING FOR ONE ANOTHER IS PART OF WHAT MAKES US HUMAN AND THE LEAST AMONG US MUST HAVE JUSTICE FOR ALL OF US TO HAVE IT.
