'Secret expansion': GCHQ may be employing 'thousands more' than it officially admits
THE POLITICAL BIG LIE for decades has been that the size of government is reduced by having less government employees. The truth is there is always the same amount of work to be done to spend the taxpayers dollars in ways that Congress decides and Presidents Sign off on.
As the budgets increase, the number needed to get it spent in creases also,
But instead of hiring real govt employees whose work is overseen, and criminal prosecutions can be brought if the work done is illegal, such as stealing: the work is contracted out . Prior to 2002, that meant one step further in distance in being able to know how the work is done and the money spent and if the rights of all are being protected in the spending of the money for the purpose it was suppose to be used for.
Since 2002, there is NO OVERSIGHT OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE CONTRACTORS, The defense department has been able to get some. And a few prosecutions do occur when there is over lapping with sate and local governments who spend their money and document the crimes and rarely is there any prosecutions done at the federal level as THERE IS NO MONEY ALLOWED TO BE SPENT on some of the most blatant of thievery and other illegal acts going on. .
Worse is Congress gagging itself to not speak of it. so any new laws can be passed or come budget allowed. And its unconstitutional to gag a member of congress to prevent one from speaking out on the floor of Congress. Hopefully they will keep the language non profane, but our US Constitution gives them full immunity for what they do there. Why are they there is they will not do what they are asked to do under the document that we are to be governed by. If so and so is a liar, then they should have the right to say so, And share with us in what way, etc. Senator Rand Paul has seem his popularity of the past go down as he was one we all looked to for the whole truth of matters and he has disappointed all of us. Others have also. We have some running who voted for this over thrown and others who voted against it and yet none of them is saying much of anything about it. And when they do its couched in some vague reference. YOU VOTED OUT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST REAL CRIMINALS THAT ARE TERRORIZING THIS NATION AND STEALING FROM US AS PARTNERS OF THE GOVT, WHY NOT SAY IT, THEY ARE THE GOVT NOW! AND THE NUMBERS HAVE BECOME LARGER THAN THE REAL GOVT. and the real govt rank and file dedicated civil servant is left with no access to data and files even to the FBI data base and all of those data bases of our e mails and phone calls are not owned (controlled) by the govt at all anymore. And govt officials have been getting no real training to know what they are even to do as their authority is handed over throughout to this international cabal in the most secretive of over throws in the history of humanity?. I have found them the most 'in the dark; of what has occurred.
And if they try to 'blow the whistle; a subsidiary of Goldman-Sachs receives their complaint and the retaliation can be immediate as sharing with the offender occurs to cover up the dark, illegal and often deadly deeds. going on . And they are allowed to illegally impersonate they are the govt when one speaks to them or sends them something, etc. And they are not. and not bound by the laws of our land if the info we give is misused. Even private industry finds they have to hire his management firms to help them deal with all the government rules, etc. Check the phone number on the EEOC poster and see if its not this same subsidiary of Goldman-Sachs that most businesses in the world now have for their ETHICS ADVISERS.
The pollsters say that we the people do not have much respect for Congress anymore. AND THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO when they have given up their constitutional duties to the people and the nation. of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." we get robbed of our public monies and our very lives endangered and lost with what has been going on. Its been since 1994, that the health care laws have not been enforced and with the basic changes in Medicare, which sets the golden standard for all in health care, the health care industry began to collapse under the weight of increasing corruption among the govt contractors and there big business partners. And along the way more ethical companies got squashed and forced aside as they could not compete for the contracts when the competition has secret deals to steal and thus could come in with a low bid which would be made up by the thefts and deals.

Its now surfacing around that this is the next career move for him. I have linked yesterday,articles I wrote here back in 2012 and had written of this before. This is not his decision, but a decisions made years ago at the time of his birth. What will this mean? Its up to him and a lot depends on him knowing the truth of his origins, which I am not sure if any of my messages have gotten through his handlers over the last few years, when I found out after the 2008 election that he apparently had never been told the truth of his birth in Topeka , KS. I pray, that in that new job, he does overcome the past and do the best he can for all of us. Make right for all , the very things that were denied his parents in the matter.
President Obama: And I am very sorry that I did not make the effort after you got older to locate you and share. And the couple of times you were around, I did not know you after your grew up and wish you had introduced yourself. I should have blurted it our in 1/71. and got 'gagged; by the horror of it all and my own not yet dealing with it. Your grandmother did not know how and few did. We have to face the injustices of the past, and honor the good and not repeat the bad by learning the lessons of history. So we can all have a better future. All those spewing out hatreds to you, President Obama, I beg they pray for your success , if that does turn our to be your future duties for humanity. Those who did such evil in the past as well as now, will meet their 'maker; some day in the 'final judgment and will have to answer for their deeds as all of us will. I had to come to terms with loved ones not sharing the truth of matters with me either although good people, otherwise.
But back to getting the truth out!
Then I made the big mistake of thinking the birthers wanted to know the truth and found out that too many of them were on the money making gravy train and had no intention of wanting to know anything but that he was in eligible to be president and born in Kenya, etc. With what transpired after I began in earnest to share the details in my Daily Recaps staring in 7/26/12, it became apparent to me that I was on a journey for Truth and justice and they were not.
Justice for thee dead at the hands of others, and why he never had a Dad to know. And the marriage to Obama Sr, in Topeka where my dad , his great great uncle married them was to give him his name and done as a favor to his grandfather Daniel Wayne Pope, who stole the wallet of Stanley Dunham to go top WWII at age 14 and why Potus was born at Forbes Air Fore Base Hospital in Topeka, s when my mother took his 15 year old mother to have him. Pregnant with her boyfriend of a couple of years.
An interracial relationship that caused them great harassment and neither of them in HS at the end. Ann moved on out to Washington state and finished HS there. with help of a cousin and his wife, Darlene Hackett who baby sat.
I began posting first on Facebook , on 7/26/12 then linking to my other sites. Face book redid formats in 8/12 and much of that is not available on line anymore. I do have a hard copy of it. But I then switched to this BlogSpot and Google has treated me well over the years. Hope they continue.
I had made comments on other sites before 7/12, but got a lot of harassment as few wished to know the truth and what became obvious is that MANY AVOIDED TOPEKA LIKE IT WAS THE truth that was not spoken of for 0ver 50 years would be the end of the money making based on motivations, that the UN SEC General ship and having an African and Muslim connection made him the more viable candidate to be voted in t the UN. Its an election and its past due time for there to be one from North America. and former President Bill Clinton is just too 'Christian' to win. which some thought was to be the one. Regardless of his life style and issues, no one doubts what religion he says he belongs to.

ANOTHER BIG LIE perpetrated on the very group that did not like him for whatever reason.
Eligibility was never an issue as Kansas is in the USA. Character and politics , are of course the issues to focus on , and more attentions should have been paid to that then some non issue. The issue is as of 1/71, he was not to be told the truth and no one in the media, stood up and asked him when the Kansas info surfaced. I was not on the Internet before the 2008 election, and the main media had mentioned Kansas and thought they had the info,. Then when I got online with my own horror story of the looting of America by this international cabal that Congress gave the OK to take over, I found all of this online.
The evening of 7/26/12, I had had some bad chest pains and took a nitro glycerin and realized that so many of the ones who did know the truth had gone on to Heaven. And if I did not come forward, and share what I knew as eye witness, the truth might remain buried by the media and President Obama could become a "puppet ; of those around him who did know the truth and apparently were not telling him either. This is no way to advise a leader at all. Its another form of disrespect to not be totally honest to help a leader do the best they can for the nation.
Someone came up with a creation of the certified birth record from Hawaii. There, originally was a notice of birth and the newspapers there from his grandmother stealing a blank form off a public hallway of the hospital and filing it out and then turning it in to the receptionist at the front desk to call in the days births.
The state caught the ruse and state laws were passed laws requiring hospitals to tighten up security on the blank forms. For any one in the search for a birth certificate to not be able to find out all of this, means THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH. My call to Donald Trump's office long before he became a candidate, was met with real rebuff. and I was not even asking for the 5 million dollars he was offering as it was not why I called at all.
I knew the young man, Jim T Parks as a school friend and its is personal unfinished business to have at least some kind of justice for what happened. He was written out of the history of Topeka and his picture with the football team had another student pasted over it . We had a winning team in the fall of 1960 and one night, he was not there and we were losing for the first time that year, as Number 64 had been replaced by another who tried his best, but he was just not the same. I learned he had been forced off the team because he had a white girl friend.
I had known Stanley Ann soon after her mother sent her to stay with her relatives? at Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka Ks before the 8th grade to attend Capper Jr HS. and gave over guardianship to Rev Fred Phelps. but had no idea she was my second cousin as she was using the name Dunham and not Pope. both Marilyn ( Toot) (Madelyn) and Dan were always seeming to be involved in 'secret govt stuff was the impression I had a child. another article written in 2012 was Did Eisenhower send Dan Pope to kill Stalin? as his first act as President. My mother had to get that guardianship signed over to her by him on Easter Sunday 1961 and I was there. and she got Ann registered in HS. as Fred Phelps had refused to.
I had always know the father to be Jim, barring DNA, etc. And so did every one else that knew....
All that has surfaced on line, has been horrible and many would be ashamed? of their actions if they knew the whole truth. Disagreeing on his politics and how he is doing in office, as that is part of our right in the USA and its important that our leaders know when we disagree. But offer corrective action suggestions, which is what this newsletter is really started out to offer. And a few simple laws, need to be. All should be equal before the law, govt contractors, should not have immunities from Congress that no one else has. to harm and steal from the people while they do so.
There is no govt run health care or any other of domestic programs any more. They own the data and records and defy judges and rewrite laws and policies as they choose to do so. with Congress doing nothing to find out what is going on. Its in Congress that hearings are to be held to get testimony and they will not call the ones in charge, from theContrac5os. they call heads of agencies, etc. and if they do know what is going on and go along with it, they should be arrested and brought to justice.as they are still under the laws of the land.
FOLLOW UP ON MOST RECENT MEDICAL HORROR STORY.
Friends checked on the patient and twice had to take to Emergency room for further treatment that was crucial with come complications. So did Medicaid under President Lynn Blodgett save money? by denying a couple of days in the hospital or some other facility? WE DO NEED THOSE ADVISORY COMMITTEES OF DOCTORS to get some common sense back in Medicare and put the power of what is to be done in the hands of the experts, to find some common sense solutions. for after care. Of course Congress has to over see this to make sure that some agencies do not turn over controls of shills of some profit making companies. The professional groups of doctors, should be contacted so that the most modern medicine is available to all and can be delivered in a common sense manner. One solution is that most have health plans that limit what part of the US one can have surgeries done or even what hospital or doctor, etc. . And then one is in an area where no family members are around to help out and get one to medical attn. if there are complications. that could be life threatening if gone unattended to.
Medicaid will not pay for 24 hour clinics where one can go and then a decision be made if they cannot take care of the medical matter there. WHY WON'T THEY? PATIENTS HAVE NO PLACE TO GO OTHER THAN THE EMERGENCY ROOM and wasn't that the purpose of everyone having health care? Its worse than its ever been..... in many ways and cures and lesser cost treatments that do work or help are case aside as non money makers for those in charge? Which is not our doctors anymore. Its horrendous .
Watch out for friends and neighbors in these times, that may need our help at the moment.
Its why I cannot give up the expensive federal high options Blue Cross Blue Shield, as I would not be alive without the flexibility to go anywhere needed to go in the USA and find a doctor to treat when President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox Management Services is in control of all three of mine. as govt contracts and you taxpayers are not getting what you are paying for my family and I at all. and every one's workers comp not, so that is something that should make every one get involved in the political process and get some people in Congress that will be enough to deal with life and death issues that have gone amok with our precious health care dollars scammed by them and budgets and payments to doctors get cut to make up for THEFT LOSSES by the governments own partners now running things I thank the taxpayers for paying for 3/4ths of the premiums even if President Blodgett has ordered the bills illegally dumped on the Medicare and the systems hacked, even after Judges said the official posting from the US Department of Labor is accurate., etc.
Just three of the 38 agency judges he is in defiance of on my cases alone.,. Plus the 'let her die; order his employees are carrying out on me by blocking me getting an oxygen supplier which is now over at Celerian group as a subsidiary of S C Blues. so I now have three plans refusing to process claims as Blues was paying some. All three have me approved for life for home liquid oxygen a long time ago. My family takes 200 lb. tanks to the gas company and Mitsubishi has kept me alive for several years now as we have to pay out of pocket for life to continue when all is covered. Millions have dies and many have health care plans.
So WHO IS THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR THE POSSIBLE END TIME ANTI-CHRIST? Think about what you are saying and doing when you spew out toward President Obama. IS HE IS CHARGE OF THIS? he has free will from our Creator to do good or ill. And our prayers need to be for him to make the better choices. Congress says he is not in charge. And neither was the former President and the former one to him as this has been as step by step process than began in earnest in 1983 with a new era of computer systems that should have liberated our lives but instead the free labor was turned in to enslavement of us by those who stole that free labor from us. There is no reason the doctor I saw to day should not have been paid by the time I left his office. that is the reason for those detailed Diagnosis codes, that we have all made jokes about. The computer systems can do it all for pay an dover sight and all the doctor has to do is be a doctor and put down what we were seen and treated for, etc. Eventually it is to give the power and control of each of our health care back to our doctors. And a real battle is going on to skim the last health care dollar from us by this cabal that has crated more levels of transmitting info from here to there than ever occurred with papers and pencils to get payments made.
Government cannot give up oversight and control. as they are there to look out for our assets and monies and rights. VOTE AND TRY TO FIND OUT IF YOUR ELECTED LEADERS OF ONE OF THE FEW TRYING TO FIGHT A GIANT OF A BEAST SYSTEM. IF NOT, Why are we reelecting those who care nothing for our very right of life and health and other basic human rights. We must lose our humanity in all of these as then we all lose. Justice denied one, is justice denied all.
