I am usually very supportive of our good doctors and have been a patients of many well known ones and others, less well known but just as capable and knowledgeable. But they are no in charge of much in health care anymore as any one who reads my blogs would know. The ones best trained to be directing care are not. And often are intentionally blocked by big money cabal from doing their best for the patient. And payments to them get cut to make up for the thefts that are on going by the contractors in charge of all.
It takes a little extra money up front to get certain tests , run and them be able to prescribe the best treatment. where now a lot of improvising has to go on , as what has worked well, is no longer available. and protocols are set up to steer the patients to more expensive treatments that are often life threatening to many. Even President Lynn Blodgett now in charge from every angle, with no over sight permitted by Congresses since 2002, has got all calling all lung patients COPD patients. now dome are trying to break that down into 4 categories as one cannot lump all who have chronic obstructions in the same mold or need the same treatment.
I saw this begin in 1993, when the FDA approved inhalers that were to be safe substitutes for a couple of mine and I ENDED UP IN THE ER UNABLE TO BREATHE AS IT CAUSED AN ASTHMA ATTACK , INSTEAD. The software that is used to get basic info on patients in to the system ONLY RECOGNIZES ALLERGIES, when what over 11 million, and some say even ore have an opposite reaction, that is more inflammatory and swelling from, then bleeding if the offending ingredient is not removed. It took nearly 15 years, before Severent and Tilade has warning labels that it may not be safe for those with asthma or reactive air way diseases. after my Med watches were filed with FDA.
And FDA says ozone is good to breathe from those concentrators that make oxygen and create it along with that, or other ionizers like most air purifiers one buys now. If you can tolerate them ,, be thankful for it. They almost banned them, and then after 2002, overthrown of the USA by this international cabal , they are now being 'forced ' on all as if they are safe. While over at the EPA, they still warn those with respiratory conditions to stay in side on days when the ozone level is elevated. Go in side where the FDA says ozone is 'safe' to breath For me, in minutes my lungs are inflamed and I go into chemically induced pneumonitis,
And in most hospitals , there is no protocols to go by for us, either as we are in the middle of formaldehyde and alcohols and I even react to ethanol alcohol. and its being used from bed to bed and room to room and sometimes they even use an ionizers in the air flow system to kill germs and if they nearly kill the patients also, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR US.
That can turn in to a reaction of wanting us gone in a few instances. Others sympathize and have no idea what to do in a system that says toxins and chemicals do not harm when just a couple of decades ago, the recognition was there throughout the medical profession and government and changes are starting to be made to make things betters and healthier for everyone, instead.
In 1992, the tobacco industry got approval to put their cigarette flavorings in to our processed food products, and label them as NATURAL FLAVORINGS so no one really knows if they are getting MSG (formaldehyde ) or tobacco chemicals that often contain that, or the real thing from a real natural source, which can still be one of those new hybrids with pesticide bred into it. Unlike the hybrids of old, that never seemed to bother humans.
SO I HAVE TO SPEAK OUT AS I HAVE BEEN IN SITUATIONS MUCH SIMILAR TO WHAT APPEARS TO HAVE OCCURRED WITH THIS WOMAN. AND WHEN ONE IS IN HORRIFIC ANGINA AND PAIN OF BLOOD BACKING UP INTO ONES LUNGS LIKE A BALLOON READY TO BURST, ONE DOES 'CRY OUT' FOR HELP. Its worse if no doctor has explained what is really going on.
And then meet a wall of real ignorance as training in the last few years, does not cover the diseases of tens of millions of patients. as the FDA SAYS WE DO NOT EXIST. as they excluded us fro clinical trials for asthma drugs by saying anyone with a heart condition a cannot be in one. Lung injures such as ours, create heart conditions from the day of injury as the heart overworks to compensate to stay alive and getting treated by a pulmonologist means one needs a cardiologist to monitor and treat the heart, also. The health care costs are saved, by the need to go to a hospital being replaced by what is needed at home.
I HAVE BEEN RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THESE BACK IN 1993, ALSO. THERE IS GOOD REASON WE SPEND MORE ON HEALTH CARE AND DO NOT GET WHAT IS NEEDED! THE GOVT IS NOT DOING ITS JOB TO LET THE TOXIN AND CHEMICAL AND TOBACCO INDUSTRY RUN HEALTH CARE for their own profit margins at the expense of the health of the people and the planet. Dirty air and dirty water, creates bad health care.
I have run right in to what can only be plain ignorance on the part of some in the medical profession who do not completely understand heart and lungs and how they have to be in sync. The toxic and chemical industry which has caused so many lung and other injuries have had great influence in stripping life saving protocols from what insurers will pay for today.
Protocols are messed up today. Sounds like she had an adrenaline surge and heart went into distress due to oxygen flow. which is not going to show up right away with an oximeter as the heart has gone into 'overdrive.' Then everything collapses as the body can not keep it up. But I AM NOT A DOCTOR but have been a patient of many good ones in the field and was injured in 1/10/89 from inhaling toxic fumes and full body damage. Many of the diagnostic tests I had run to fully understand what all was going on and what was needed to be done, ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BE RUN AND BE PAID FOR BY HEALTH PLANS. And with out an EKG, etc. its too easy to NOT OBSERVE THE PATIENT IS IN ANY KIND OF CARDIAC DISTRESS. The whole system and professionals of all kinds are caught in a web of a beastly system that has to be straightened out and its going to take doctors with good respect to do so. I have several of mine that retired that might be approached to be an advisor, BUT THEY NEED TO BE LISTENED TO AND those our out of control contractors under Pres. Blodgett's control have to follow and not ignore polices and judges and rules and laws as is going on now. Follow the US Constitution as its still a good model of how to get things done the best way possible. And Pres. Blodgett needs to share what he knows and how things are really being done as the ultimate whistle blower. My prayers for the one who is said to have done me such wrong and said "let her die" and in defiance of 38 agency judges and blocking my being able to have a liquid oxygen supplier. Why did you go from agency to agency heads and say I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do on my cases when they Judges said otherwise and you LIED AND THEY HAD NO ACCESS TO MY FILES TO KNOW THE TRUTH and NO ONE HAS ASKED ME FOR THE FACTS AS THE JUDGES AT US DEPT OF LABOR SAID WAS TO BE DONE. And get files reconstructed from mine. As gossip and rumor had run amok and non one knows what is going on.
The real government employees really do not. or if they do maybe they should be investigated as they are still under the law of the land. and should be asking Congress to help. And if they don't they are either immorally if not criminally involved. in not doing so.. And why Congress even bothers asking them anymore is beyond me. ASK THE CONTRACTORS WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT CONGRESS SAYS IS TO BE DONE IN LAWS AND RULES THEY HAVE PASSED AND ARE TO OVER SEE.
Yet, they are still the ones needed to know. CARDIO PULMONARY STRESS TESTS WHERE HEART AND LUNGS ARE TESTED TOGETHER went unrepaired at the University of Texas after President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox Management services and owner of nearly 150 companies,took over management there as he has in most around the USA and in near virtual control of all health care in the USA. He is named as high level officials and contractors, name him as the one they have to get their info and orders from.
Compounds were prescribed by my doctors since no safe asthma inhalers for over 11 million of us any more as we have and were excluded from all clinical trials. Got to save the environment, and humans do not count? But there is nothing else that can be found that hurts neither of us? SO THE FDA HAS NO OFFICIAL NOTICE THAT WE EXIST AND THAT ANY ONE HAS EVER BEEN INJURED FROM CHEMICALS AND TOXIC FUMES. IN THE USA. And as this same cabal takes over the health care around the world, the same criteria is being used. Humans have no worth once they are injured?
No wonder when I became a medical precedent case as a handful of us were back in 1989... we soon became a target to destroy records and data and 'disappear' us. So others with similar injuries would be ignored also. Its a horrific position to put any doctor in who has been trained to know what to do , and is being blocked by this international cabal from doing the best for the patient. Most, like me are liquid oxygen patients form the day of injury as its now well known we should be. And this monthly bill is far less than hospital visits, etc. and big bills as internal organs are destroyed faster without it.
I did not get it for several years, as going to work on oxygen makes an invisible disability very visible, seems to be one reason. yet , it may be possible for those with non exertion work and some effort to isolate them from the chemicals they may now be very sensitive too with the destruction (burning off )of their mucous membrane protective layer , etc./ Ask your doctor, or read peer review articles on line that explain all of this.
So several things could have occurred here, from a life threatening reaction to one of the asthma inhalers n the market, and the immediate removal would not get the adverse reaction documented for the FDA. But what can occur is an adrenaline rush from the non medical treatment. and as my doctors have told me, THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN ONE IS NOT BREATHING RIGHT AND HAS NEED OF OXYGEN . And the oxygen saturation rate will actually go up for a short time, before one then collapses. In a busy ER, they may get a high enough oxygen saturation rate, not do an EKG, etc. and completely miss what is really gong on. AND THAT MESSED UP NATIONAL DATA BASE WHICH IS NOT UNDER HIPPAA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE AT ALL OF WHAT ONES OWN DOCTOR SENT IN ITS AN EVEN DEADLIER MESS. So a lot of things could have occurred with this one patients, that I myself have run into when in real medical need. Its why I avoid hospitals when at all possible. They do not have access to records and the chemicals being used are worse injury . I do know some hospitals are trying to change things, but its costly to do so. And locked into more of those contracts for even a cleaning solution. now that many have those formaldehyde laced hand sanitizers all over, its even worse for one like me.
One, like me should rarely ever have to go to a hospital, if one is getting what one really needs at home, like liquid oxygen and my doctors have used compounds of preservative free drops in the distilled water in the bubble cup attached to my liquid oxygen and wish more doctors could be made aware of this. BUT ITS SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN THOSE INHALERS AND INSURERS IGNORE IT AND PAY FOR LIFE THREATENING INHALERS THAT ARE NOT MADE FOR 11 MILLION OR MORE OF US. There are studies out and inked here in the past. and one of my doctors, said the real numbers are much larger.
I do understand the real coercion that can go on against the medical profession when they diagnose correctly and FDA seems to have become a 'souly' owned subsidiary of the toxic and chemical industry over 20 years ago. Joined by the tobacco industry whose products contain many of the bad offenders also. The Contractors for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services which now pretty much rules all health care in the USA, for even those with private or employer health care plans, has put out many good common sense rules, but some seem to have been forced through by big business from the offending companies. THESE ARE THE REAL DEATH PANELS. As we still do not seem to have any professional groups of doctors advising about anything yet, that was to have occurred.
Again the govt has to over see what is going on with the contractors who have full immunity either civil or criminal since 2002 with no budget form congress to have that. that would prevent from any 'shills' be the doctors who served on advisory boards and who should be a part of deciding what is to be paid for by appeals from patients and doctors, etc. Something that used to occur and be reviewed and approved inside the agency. And science moved forward and health care improved and costs often went down when something worked and often more cheaply, like the compound drops that replaced the inhalers no longer made to save the environment and no safe ones anymore for many of us.
Another is doing what my orthopedic surgeon said. try the glucosamine chondroitin for 60 days and if it going to work it will in that time and for me IT WORKED. No knee replacement needed and I probably could not have tolerated the chemicals involved anyway and lost the ability to even walk . SOME STUDIES SAY 50% ARE HELPED. But those have been shoved aside and no one will pay for the AFTER X RAY TO SEE THE IMPROVEMENT at all. WHY?
GOVERNMENT OF , BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE HAS TO RETAIN POWER.
SEC HILLARY CLINTON still said last Saturday it the debates that private industry should be partners of the govt. YOU ARE WRONG. The government has to maintain the higher control and over see what is going on as its the constitutional mandate to make sure that what is done meets "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." Since this contracting out got more pervasive at all levels with less and less oversight and none, now, we have seen our public monies blatantly stolen in scams of red tape that are noting by MADE WORK' and health care and our basic human rights become worse than any third world nation. And few others are addressing this basic human right either. Appeals disappear and now I have three health plans not processing oxygen claims at all for 2 years. All under the same management of Pres. Blodgett's companies and partners.
The best care does not always have to be the most expensive.
I do not know anything more about this case, and hope her family releases the autopsy for the pubic to know what the issues were. But, I HAVE BEEN THERE AND TREATED PRETTY ROTTEN WITH THE ANGINA HEART PAIN AND BLOOD BACKING UP INTO MY LUNGS AS IF THEY WERE GOING TO BURST. And then run into a health care system that will not put even put an EKG and an oximeter on the patient at the same time to know what is really going on. anymore as it seems it might document some liability case?. I have never gotten to the point of being handcuffed, etc. But it has gotten bad just trying to get some out patient tests and having to sign that its OK to commit Medicare fraud and say its my primary payer when the judges and bi weekly posting from my employer jurisdiction US Department of Labor. Again being hacked as its bee done since 2002; after we got it stopped for three weeks. and the law, says its not.
And I am one that could never say I did not know as have worked with programs since 1968 and even conducted Medicare fraud investigations, also. Each claim is an overpayment against me and my estate when not labeled as conditional payment and President Lynn Blodgett will not let any billing people or clearing house, of his or others, give the clear , simple instructions that should stop a lot of hassles, as it did back in 1980 when passed and made everyone obey the rules. but 1994, Sec of HHS said the insurance industry could 'police itself ' and has led to looting of Medicare and no one even knowing what the rules are anymore and our health care for the people suffer as they do not get what they need and costs go up anyway. Any one who is in business is going to be tempted to cut corners and try to get out of paying and they have done just this, Any ethical company finds it hard to compete in such a lawless environment. THAT IS NOT FAIR MARKET COMPETITION. IT UNFAIR COMPETITION. And those giving me a hard time about insurance , etc. DEBTS OWED THE GOVT CAN BE COLLECTED EVEN AFTER AN ESTATE IS PROBATED AND YOU ARE LIVING IN GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE IN YOUR NAME. in this region we had major theft inside the contractor that paid the claims and many have over payments on their records they had no idea were there. YET THE DEBT IS AGAINST THE PATIENT and medical provider or supplier even when lied to by the managing contractors...
And SSA will not process one simple waiver requests. to wave this kind. "against equity and good conscience" where one gives no personal financial info as how can the patient or medical provider stop blatant thievery when CONGRESS WILL NOT PERMIT THE FEDERAL LAW ENFORCERS TO DO IT. ( FORM SSA-632) We file our periodically since 2005. Congress knows nothing of this as they were lied to in 2010 right while it was going on at HHS partner.. But @500 inside 1-800 Medicare did document this then thousands of reports disappeared?
BUT THOSE FEW WHO HAVE TREATED ANY PATIENT LIKE THIS, you are putting patients like us in extremely life threatening situations and you need to work to make sure that the standards of medical care are restored so the patient can have the basic care at home, and not have to go to a hospital which I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY THAT IS PREPARED TO HAVE A CHEMICALLY SENSITIVE PATIENT IN THEM. and that includes those , like me where cleaning products laced with formaldehyde can exacerbate and asthma attack already out of control. Some are trying to do a better job as our numbers increased
And more may need to take matters into their own hands and work with ones doctor to get the needed care. One may have to n buy a 200 lb liquid oxygen tank, get the prescription from your doctor and go get it filled at the gas company yourself, as those with injury cases, are going to be blocked form care as my tale shares and I AM APPROVED FOR LIFE BY THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING MEDICARE AND STILL CANNOT GET A SUPPLER. And if you go bankrupt having to pay health care premiums for plans that will not pay what you are approved for, and have to pay for it yourself, YOU ARE ALIVE AND THAT IS AN AFFRONT TO THE EVIL THAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO GAIN CONTROL OVER ALL OF US IN THIS WORLD NOW. FROM OUR MEDICAL CARE TO WARS BEING INSTIGATED BETWEEN US WHEN MOST OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO KNOW NO ONE WINS IN A WAR. AND WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET ALONG AND NOT KILL ONE ANOTHER OUT OF HATREDS THAT NEED TO BE DEALT WITH IN OTHER WAYS.
We need to get back to caring for one another. and doing what we need to do so all can survive. the best way possible. Respect our differences and know we will never agree with everyone in maters of faith and life style, but we are all one big human family on planet earth and its the only home we have so far. And going elsewhere seems to be for future generations, we hope will be here if we do not make ourselves extinct through out ignorance and hatreds we allow others to goad us into. and spend out monies and assets on harming each other and not helping each other have basic needs of life. Also, learn to be a little more patience when someone speaks out against the system that is so broken as this patients apparently did when I am sure must have been in great pain and none seeming to care to fine out what was needed and help her get it./
AGAIN I DO NOT KNOW THIS CASE AT ALL. BUT I USE IT AS A GENERAL EXAMPLE OF WHAT I DO KNOW HAS GONE ON. It helps if the patients takes more control of their care and learns about their condition. That is getting more difficult now also. But get your records, and use the Internet to find out what each term means, or test is testing for and then ask your doctor if this is you?. Most do not have the time to explain all the terms that one can look up for themselves. Please do not try to be the doctor. for yourself. But you can make better use of those precious moments with them , if you have specifics to ask about. Then one might be able to handle a real act of discrimination situation better. as this patient seemed to have gotten into .and died. Its always better to have a family member go with you. but not everyone has someone to day and that is the bigger tragedy of our broken society.
And ask you doctor about compounding [preservative free drops. The liquid oxygen become the propellant and the cost is minimal compared to the expensive inhalers which are not made for most of us like me. You may have to go bankrupt paying but YOU WILL BE ALIVE TO STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
These injuries can happen and do happen every day with life time medical consequences and then YOU BECOME US. and in a fight for survival in a health care system where big business and profits means they would rather 'let us die' sooner to get out of paying for the decades of medical care that our good doctors can help us live that ling. Injures like me, that on 1/10/89 gave me a life expectancy of 3 to 5 years.
We, the USA, left 2 million to die in New York city and Sen Clinton and others never publicly recognized that air has no boundaries and all those trapped in NYC in lower Manhattan breathed the toxic air that EPA head altered official air studies and lied and said the air was safe. It took 10 years ? to get care paid for even the first responders and no one seemed to think that something was wrong with the elected officials sent to Congress or others in the USA. who exacerbated the evils of Osama Bin Ladin and his cohorts by ignoring the plight of his victims. that then became all of our victims.
I noticed things getting really bad around the USA with protocols changing etc and the ignoring of the plight of all of us with similar injuries in our own incidents. like me and those back in 1/89. WE all got the back lash of denial of paying for medical care for those on 9/11/01. Which I tried for two years to stop as had no doubt he was going to do it. Just did not know it was going to occur with planes into buildings. Many had fore warnings of one kind or another, And no one listened and the cover up was worse than ever. We are called to be over comers not cover uppers I the book of REVELATION. We can stop or delay with our FREE WILL evil over taking us, if we work together to do so. .
IT IS NOT THE TIME TO DIE WHEN THE TIME IS BEING SET BY ANOTHER HUMAN OR GROUP OF HUMANS. That is a perversion of the Christian Bible and every other faith book I am familiar with .
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DOCTOR
WAKE UP AMERICA, THE DOCTORS ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE AND NEITHER IS THE GOVERNMENT SINCE 2002 when no funding given for over sight not even for criminal investigations of contractors, etc. . Those who often cause injury and sickness have been allowed to control the govt using our own tax dollars, and seem to often care less if we are not cured , or treated to live longer and healthier lives. Our injures and diseases crated by human action, seem to be a thorn in their side' they do not wish to know of or have around once we have joined the growing group that has had little power to do much about.
VOTE AND VOTE FOR THOSE WHO WILL STAND UP FOR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS AND want to find common sense solutions and WORK WITH THE EXPERTS, OUR DOCTORS. TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WORKING. But some big business interests , are going to have to change what is going on and not be allowed to harm people for a bigger profit margin. Greed becomes abuse of power when the government gives it authority over to those who have no oversight and do as they please.
The old ways of status quo have left us broken in body and finances and DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE as it seems the playground bully grew up and has been allowed to run the governments of the world with no official title to do so. And when we do not VOTE. WE GET WHAT WE VOTE FOR and its nothing in many cases, and worse than nothing when real harm and abused of power then are allowed to occur as we have no one we have given authority to to stop harming the people and the world , itself. the only place we have to live and survive. and others give up on life and create wars of hatred towards one another... when humanity was created to care for one another instead. as social beings with individual unique gifts and abilities to contribute to the whole of humanity..
Again I am grateful for all the good medical care, I have received since 1/10/89 as my survival to this day is proof of that. But the fight to survive is completely illegal and there is no one in the government allowed to stop the horrendous law breaking going on. at all. And at times, this broken system , ends with a tragic loss of life that should never have occurred. Too often the patients gets the wrath of real frustration by those caught in the middle and their own consciences are pricked to the pint they know what is going on is not right, but WHERE IS OUR ELECTED LEADERS TO LISTEN TO ANYONE IN ALL OF THIS. So far , in this election cycle few seem to care one wit about life of any one being made better. Those that do, seem to be shoved to the pint of obscurity as name calling gets the media attention.
PRAY THAT HATREDS AND THOSE WHO ARE INCITING IT, TURN TO LOVE AND CARING FOR ONE ANOTHER SO ALL CAN HAVE A WONDERFUL LIFE AS WE WORK TO GETHER FOR EACH ONE OF US TO HAVE REAL FREEDOM.
P. S. There is a video being shared around online from one who says he knows what the Georgia Guide Stones are all about, etc. This has been gravely perverted. It has nothing to do with euthanizing people or killing people at all. Its a model for space exploration where we would be already if our monies had not been spent on wars. and killing here on earth. Dad put on his straw hat one day and got in his old pick up and told her he was going to Georgia to look at cattle to buy and came back without any.
I was taught the meaning behind the statements and one can pervert anything to something else whether it be some ones view of the future in space or the BIBLE to support war and discrimination. I have wanted to share the teachings I got as a child, years before they were put up. and plan to get to it. Time must be soon.
