So Many Unanswered Questions about Obama – Why Don’t We Know ? - Eagle Rising I started replying to many comments on this site. Obviously those there do not like POTUS very much. But TRUTH GETS HIDDEN when dislike clouds one in to hatred for some and then the desire for truth gets hidden even more.

And one does not have to be a believer in Christ to understand the wisdom of that teaching. Much of what Christ taught is wisdom few in this world would disagree with if one wishes a better world for each one.
As a federal employee and this goes for any one else. If one begins a criminal investigation and one does not have an official badge to do so, then one has to be careful to let law enforcement know what you are doing and be sure one is not interfering with any official investigation. Plus sharing any evidence one has found is the law. I did this, but no one to take the info officially was allowed to do so?
I have done this for 17 years, and to date no one in the government has been allowed to do anything as NO BUDGET FROM CONGRESS. to for oversight of contractors. and that includes the process is flawed also as why am I not notified bi weekly that my Fed Blues is cancelled until it re posts. Human keeps sending Doyle letters he does not have it even though all kinds of evidence has been went he does, and THEY ONLY BELIEVE THE COMPUTER INFO FROM PRESIDENT LYNN BLODGETT AS HE WANTS IT TO BE. and he has not authority to do anything but defies 38 federal agency judges on my cases alone.
If he would obey 3 of those and post my FECA file from my records, then my claims examiner could begin to process a request for a schedule award and permanent disability so I could retire and then he would hand over that million dollars to ? his own call center claims I got and stopped me from getting my liquid oxygen supplier paid and they dropped me as they believed them over me? and then Medicare had to pay and he tossed? the recovery letters they sent him to this day and forbid Lincare and Rhema to file claims as his power over them is finale? and never did to pay for my medical care. So I did and even a judge remand to get them , ended up with no response form all of them on this. So my family hauls 200 lb tanks to gas company to get tanks filled so I can breathe and live as the order is real to not let the claims get input in any correct form as all say at ACS, President Blodgett's company that they would be paid and the gig would be up and 100% of my bills would be paid by FECA by him as if it were his own money to do so> Its to come out of that million dollars a head for us older cases, isn't it? Where is it all of your people said it was we got and did not? So where is it? and why did they say that? and why say it on others? and why do you think its ok to say "let her die" on me? My injuries are severe, but may never reach that level as home oxygen keeps me out of hospitals and ER's and even my own doctors get cheated out of full payment the law says to be paid. for even a doctor visit.
Even though this is criminal and organized crime and so many crimes documented just by us, that one has to understand , we are in an overthrown nation and that a silent coup d'état took place nearly 20 years ago and still the people have been kept in the dark.
"All" know that things are badly wrong in the government , but few know just what is wrong. Intentionally, all are lied to as to who is running things And for the most part its contractors with no internal oversight to make sure they are doing things as they were paid to do or if crimes occur, be able to investigate and arrest anyone as others are subject to under the US Constitution.
COMPUTERS have not taken control of the USA. Their owners have. And rarely is that the government any more. So all of our data and records of each of us and government files are now under the control of an international cabal with no budget from Congress to see if things are being done legally and best use of the public monies and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL BEING UPHELD. When our Federal Blue Cross/ BS is deleted off the Medicare billing system by their owner , therm is no Fourth Amendment right of due process. Many do not know this is going on , and took a lot of investigation for me to find out. TOP SECRET ?
My personal opinion , that by 2017, no one was yet to find out of the over throw that began nearly 30 years ago step by step. through one president after another and Congress not told what a few of them did know about but lying to their fellow members. even as to what bills meant they were to vote on they had no time to read first.
FRIDAY, 11/6/15 I made a few calls around the US Justice department and was using a list of phone numbers that was a couple of years old. Some phone numbers were disconnected and others like the office where one files a complaint and gives evidence of high level corruption, was dismembered a couple of years ago by AG Eric Holder. Its been a while since I made the rounds, to make sure word got on record, of my ongoing criminal , but unofficial investigation, just to make sure all knew and if there was one, they would seriously take over and get what I had to officer and then give me warning to not interfere, etc.
NO ONE IS INVESTIGATING HACKING OF OFFICIAL DATA IN THE CONTROL OF THIS CABAL AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE MUCH ABOUT THEFT OF PUBLIC MONIES YET. Many federal employees seem 'shocked' as they are the ones its been hardest to even know their own agency systems have been hacked and data that is to be secured has been deleted and altered. Brainwashing I was given also , years ago when the systems were contracted out and we were told NO CYBER SECURITY ISSUES WOULD EVER BE AN ISSUE AGAIN. THAT WAS IN 6/92, when I sat down to a windows screen and put a mouse in my hand made of plastic and wires.. connected by cord to a terminal.
Most agencies have contracted out even their call enters, but I was not calling such, I thought.
I was trying to get the info through to he cyber experts to check out the OPM posting to the Common Working file, which is going to clearly show the Fed Blues coverage for myself and 2 on my policy with them that most of the premium is paid for by the taxpayer. And that through that system and posting that apparently comes in after 7AM CST, then is deleting the posting that had already posted from the US Dept of Labor. They should agree, As the US Dept of Labor has not changed. Its what even the Medicare Judges said was official and accurate from Labor as I am still active duty employee and FECA and FED Blues primary insurers for me and FED blues primary for the two on my policy that have Medicare cards also. We already know that OPM has to sets of 'books; of data. the official one that only a few can access and then what the contractor has that all get their info or MISINFO from President Blodgett after its altered to suit their purposes. And that has been used to cause all kinds of issues. That must be the system posting to the Common Working File that is hacked, as even their call center knows I have the Fed Blues and pay the partial premiums. with the taxpayer paying most of them.
Thank you taxpayers for paying for most of our health care, but WE ARE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Its being illegally dumped onto Medicare and not going to recovery to get it back for those who badly need that program to pay, either.
Mail came and you got robbed another $56.02 for an office visit and my doctor got robbed as it was paid at the Medicare rate and not the employed Fed rate from Fed Blues and 100% to be recovered from FECA etc.
Every facet of all that one visit under President Lynn Blodgett's companies, partners and control and he can come after me and the doctor for over payments as he does collections and audits, too. So appeal will have to be filed and kept alive for years as NOVATIS ignored the pending appeals with them and ORDERED TO USE THE HACKED IN COMMON WORKING FILE AS THE GOSPEL TRUTH FROM THEIR 'ALL KNOWING GOD' IN CHARGE OF 'ALL'. DATA. They are not to know that other truth exists and the data is not the unhacked version.
I do not worship that god of computers. They can be hacked and are. by imperfect humans doing ill towards others. I worship the one whose angels said PEACE ON EARTH GOOD WILL and that is not permission to steal from and harm any one.
Deleting that FED Blues facilitates on going theft of Medicare as it tricks every medical billing person not to label as a conditional payment and recover the money back from the primary insurer. And since the system contracted out for Medicare does not contain the fields, we, the people paid for. Nearly all injury cases get missed and paid also and never coded to go to recovery.. It uses the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare for the Date of Injury for workers comp, auto accident, etc. and its going to be at least 30 months later for those who do not already have Medicare when injured and get it due to serious nature of their injures, etc.
One does not get Medicare for 30 months after one is disabled by SSA. And this does not mean one is disabled for Workers compensation at all.
They make their own independent decisions, But that is now mostly under the same entity of over 100 companies or more under PRESIDENT LYNN BLODGETT OF XEROX MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Yes even the state regulated carriers and self insurers are contracting to him to do what THEY DO NO WISH TO KNOW?
So as I called around the US Justice Department in Washington DC and left message at FBI cyber crimes, also, I FORGOT TO ASK IF I WAS SPEAKING TO A REAL FEDERAL EMPLOYEE.
I talked to some nice people, and a few did not act right and hung up on me, etc. One woman spoke up and said I WORK FOR A CONTRACTOR. What I was sharing seemed so alien to them, it was as if we were not in the same government.
These were supposedly not the main number at all. But many agencies have all the separate numbers now ringing back into a central call center contracted out with an elaborate menu.When one is calling and reporting crimes by ones parent company, its not surprising one gets a hang up and rather unprofessional treatment. as they have to report on their 'owner.' The allusion to 'slavery ' is meant to be that. as freedom for each and all of us has been well jeopardized. n all of this when the government , which is to be accountable to us, has been turned over to those who are not and we depend on the honesty and integrity of each one of them to do what is right and good. And being composed of humans, its not always going to happen, is it? Internal audit over sight helps keep every one honest and upholding the rights of all. That is the first slide into the tragedy of an over throw we are under..
I then began to start asking and got from most, the same cover up answers , one gets from this cabal. Feds know their job , and even salary and leave record is public info one can ask for. I just want to be able to identify who I am speaking to should their ever be a real criminal investigation and that person needs to be found .
I had issues trying to even get a first name or ID number. One main line did give an ID number and I thanked them for their professionalism. but they could do little but transfer me on . That well may be an improvement from AG Lynch as it was not being done in the past.
I even spoke to one working for a contractor, who said he had no money to see a doctor for 5 years and had no health insurance and was a temp working for a contractor, one of the partners of President Blodgett.
IN ESSENCE PRESIDENT BLODGETT AND PARTNERS ARE THE FRONT LINE TO ACCESS US JUSTICE? I do not know if this was done by the new Attorney General Loretta Lynch, or if Eric Holder did this on his way out the door as AG.
I suspect much of this was well underway when AG Lynch took Oliver and DOES SHE EVEN KNOW?
Its difficult to get through to any one that is really working on a criminal matter, and that is imperative for me to try to get through. About 5 months ago , when I called, and did get through to inform them of the name PRIME THERAPEUTICS AS THE COMMON company of how the Anthem Blues cyber breach had affected all feds, and all puzzled as to how.... few understood and still don't that our health benefits are managed by President Blodgett's companies as he has total control of every conflicting facet of our health care and for all the others now n this nation as ALL ARE UNDER THE FEDERAL PLAN AND THAT IS NOT WHAT IT SAYS IS COVERED IN YOUR POLICY. Its this total control of every part of our health care and data, etc that has crushed our good doctors under the weight of his heel. who is the one named as in control, President Blodgett. by high level officials to us. he is the government of the USA and that is an illegal impersonation to say so. But most of his people and partners do.
Soon after my call when I mentioned Prime Therapeutics, the next thing was a press release of OPM breach and CHINA DID IT. it was no longer just Anthem Blues got peeked at. What is really horrific is to alter official data on our records and obstruct medical care, which is exactly what is going on for me and for those good doctors trying to provide care and not knowing who the primary payer is. And this is going on through out the nation right now and SUPPORT YOUR OWN DOCTOR, PLEASE. I asked that of those at the US Justice Department that did not seem to understand their own doctor was being crushed under all of this illegal activity being allowed to go on unfettered for years.
I started this blog to help me keep track and link info. Other Wall Street online news letters have done a much better job and encourage all to get a shocking surprise to learn just how well controlled all is privately now, when we keep being preached at by medical and politicians of the govt spying and snooping and THEY ARE NOT as its contracted out The SEC has a list published on line also a few years ago. Companies one has never 'heard of' but impacts each ones life more than one knows.
The big difference is. If a government official misuses our data then their routine audits for work product should aid in detection of such. And then subject to arrest if crimes are committed. This does not always occur, but its still the law and budget is available. Lower rank and file civil servants do get caught and the punishment is real. by the legal system. Not much is caught as most are basically decent honest folk
.Unfortunately if its high level, we no longer have even an office to give report to in the US JUSTICE Department any more that was a key part of the original OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL LAW OF 1974. None seem to know who or where it went that answers the phones. For in the heads of agencies , even at regional level have the say as to whether there can be an investigation and /or referral for prosecution to the US Attorney. So the conflict is obvious that there has to be a party in the Justice Dept. to file on a high level official. What we did have had been a deadly joke for decades, but it was there. and a few did get arrested and legal system dealt with them.
It all starts with that first report and if that is screened out by those in charge due to conflicts of interests as against their own contracting employer, then there is no '911' to call or send evidence to.
When the system is not working, one does not always need to contract it out and make it less accountable. Instead one finds out what is wrong and correct the problems, and if there is internal corruption deal with it as our legal system demands.
So President Blodgett has a lot of nice people working for him and his partners at US Justice, but some key offices, were found to be a real obstruction of justice for now. At least word may get around I did call to do the legal reporting' even if ' gossip and rumor' fuels the flames of injustice. SO WE THE PEOPLE ARE ON OUR OWN TO INVESTIGATE CRIMES, DOCUMENT THEM AND PRAY WE , the people elect a Congress and President that will stand up for the people and the US Constitution and stop the robbing of the too often blatant theft of our public monies, along with the loss of our constitutional rights of life and livelihood; The key sentence in the US Constitution that defines the job duties of all who hold office whether elected or appointed is ' for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." All have to take or affirm that oath of upholding it. Still waiting for candidates to have the courage to speak out about all of this. So far only a few have even begun to touch it.
Contracting is not the issue: Over sight is.
