The on going hacking of the Common Working Billing system at the Medicare contractor, Emblem health International , formerly Group Health has at least three separate postings from one on my Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield FEHB plan. one comes through the third health plan state Medicaid which should rarely ever have to pay a bill. Yet under the OK plan a doctor is paid a monthly fee , to care for medical needs yet between Fed Blues and Medicare, what for?
States have asked the SEC to get ACS et all of the state programs. And throughout the nation most of the safety net programs are under them as who do you think has the systems contracts and issues all of the SNAP food cards and other ATM cards and maintain them.
Plus reported here was the $0 balance cards they got to maintain for 2 years for Doyle and I back in 2009 when all I wanted was a denial letter for the judge that I could not get the state to pay for my Medicare par B premiums. As OK has no program to pay beyond the basic SSI rate for help as many states do have. There is no way we would ever be eligible for a check even if our incomes stopped coming as we could go file for SSI on emergency basis at SSA. and be paid before a month was over.
No One seemed to care that as many as 20% of the children in OK go to bed hungry at night, while those precious dollars got scammed away to use for nothing? So voters need to pay attention to every office and every election for much that is going very wrong occurs in our local and state governments where the strangle hold of this international cabal has taken over also in ways few understand any more.
Its time we start holding out elected officials accountable to US.
Today I made some calls around the state of OK and talked to many contractors and were they part of these 100 companies? few could answer many questions I asked nor even knew where to ask.
I got directed to the government office and that ended up in a wrong turn to the legislative liaison. But I was trying to find some of the states systems people to find out if the info put down yearly on the Medicaid application was staying intact on through to the cross check of systems with the Common Working File. which , has to occur as its one program that has to be doing this. IF NOT, its another breakdown of the over all security protocols.
I finally got through to one who did check and IT HAS NOT BEEN HACKED. So OK is not the system that is being used to go in and delete the Federal Blues off the system for that loved one on my policy. That does not mean its not hacked on the way between the state and the CWF. But then it would only disappear for that one person and it disappears for all three of us.
Take down the 10 Commandments as few know what they mean has little to do with religion. the Hebrew for covet means "abuse of power' that none in power should act like a god , nor be worshiped as one. And we have taken down our basic human rights not to have those in power abuse that power. And we now have those in power not even elected or even known who they are. They lurk in the shadow behind the scenes with those in government having no power to stop the abuses going on and few with the courage to speak out. UPDATE THE TRANSLATION AS THE ANCIENTS UNDERSTOOD IT TO BE AND NONE WHO CHERISH JUSTICE WOULD WISH THEM TAKEN DOWN EVER. Those of faith knows one is accountable to a CREATOR who is not of our time and place. We of faith call God, or YAHUSHA whom we Christians call Christ Jesus. But even those of no faith understand that they are accountable to humanity and to history.
Few understand the knowledge our founders did who wrote our founding documents who could read those ancient languages and did understand. Maybe we need some better English translation of this. to put back up. that reflects why they have been put up all over the world in place of government as its the ultimate statement against worshiping our leaders as gods and not letting them become abusers of the powers given them by the people. Powers given to some can be used for good or bad. Some become tyrants and others are humbled as Christ called those in leadership to be servants of all for the one chose to be the leader of all. We rarely ever hear our politicians even say the words of "serving the people" any more. We took down that basic document of government that supports that understanding
And our places of faith , have not fully made it clear either as we emphasize our accountable to out deity. and our future eternal life.
The ancient world understood it well and the leaders of the world at that time did not like this new teaching very much . that stripped them of their divinity. that the power of being worshipped as one, meant they could pretty much do as they pleased and abuse power if they chose to act with injustice and cruelty. and lead all in to wars that made no sense to most, but all followed their 'god' into them. We have not learned much from history , yet, have we?
Most considered their kings and pharaohs as divinely put in office or was a god who did not wrong. Moses came down off the mountain wish earth shattering info that PHARAOH WAS NOT A GOD AND COULD MAKE MISTAKES. When we try to make a SAVIOR OR MESSIAH out of our elected leaders, we need to understand what our founders did when they wrote our Constitution in a way to have :checks and balances: to prevent these abuses of power so no human would be worshiped as a god and act like one then make terrible mistakes and get all of us in horrible situations. In our systems of government we, the people have a responsibility to help make sure we elect those who will take care of these matters, and not keep re electing those who will not try their best to see our rights under the US Constitution are upheld as the oath or affirmation they all say will be done..
The US Department of Labor system comes in first and its accurate and the Medicare judges say it is, also. Me as active duty and permanent Medical at FECA ( federal workers compensation ) but nothing paid since 2002 as President Blodgett will not set up the official file and its all here over the last few years of what has gone on there. An illegal dump on to Medicare and no recovery done as he never showed those letters done in the past to any real official they had sent him. and patients and medical providers and suppliers get overpaid as he and his tell all not to label as a conditional payment in elaborate schemes that has every one not knowing of the most simple and legal answer in all of medical billing.. He told the recovery contractor to destroy the records and not to collect the money and they did as he verbally said with no required letters to all parties and the no government official officially notified as they would be the one to answer, not him. Many have been overpaid to the government in this and have no idea they and their estates and heirs even after estates are settled can be collected from. THIS IS NOT A VICTIMLESS CRIME. Health care gets cut over it. and all suffer from this.
Pay the bill under Medicare and code it as conditional payment and the rest is up to the government to collect its money back or let Medicare be robbed to its last dollar.. Just do a word search at the top of this blog and its a great tool to find out when I may have written about what we have been documenting over the last 17 years, and blogging about it s for the last nearly 7 years. The other primary and the only one for the other two is Federal Blues. and then Medicare last for Doyle and I and second for the one who has state Medicaid last.
The fraud and waste is horrendous as one has to understand the whole and be willing to do something about it at the legislative level.
I will be glad to share all with that person, whom I left a message with . Will and are the states going to be the ones to 'take back this country ' into the control of its citizens? And maybe focus should be with our local officials to ask them to take care of business for us and stop what has been going on for way to long.
The prime suspect in all of this is President Blodgett company which is the information giver to OPM which contracts for our FEHB . Federal Blues and the very few health plans we feds have left to even pick from next year. It appears the hacking and deletion of the CWF is coming through that system where instead of posting we have that coverage its deleting it for us and many others as I have been told. I always get at least 2 witnesses to confirm for not just us but that its others, before sharing this.
I then called HHS Tips line and they refused to take the info there at the subsidiary of Goldman Sachs running the fraud department at Medicare and HHS now.
I then called them, also, on the other phone number for the fraud unit on the back of our Blues Explanations of Benefits and of course there is no longer a fraud line but and 'ethics' line. And they did take the info and gave me a number to reports
This is a criminal investigation that I and we have been conducting and as a Federal employee I am legally bound to let those know what I am doing and learning WHO SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING IF THEY HAD ANY BUDGET FROM CONGRESS TO DO SO. Sometimes I have to become so insistent that in order to get it on record I am making he legally required report, that the report being made may be a negative one on me. Just ask why did I call? And who is breaking the law in all of this? Not me!
I choose to live and not be overpaid to the government in all of this. if there was any criminal investigation going on , then I would be treated as Michael Horowitz did from the SEC last year that did result in fines imposed against President Blodgett that did not help with any thing in health care or government contracts, but in illegal doings in private industry. SEC has no budget either to help any of us to save health, lives or the public monies. or our rights either.
So HHS OIG contractor from one of Pres Blodgett's partners, seem as if .they do not wish to know and the report is going over to another of President Blodgett's companies at Fed Blues at Our Blues 'franchise' for ILL, OK, NM, TX and MT. A subsidiary of HCS Holding Company that I have yet for all these years been able to find out WHO OWNS THEM? It may be CNA, the Canadian? insurance company that is the liability insurer for the Hartz Mountain Industries that owned the building FECA has required me to sue to reimburse the taxpayer for my bills. and sabotages it by allowing President Blodgett not to let my file be posted and all the back bills processed and paid. etc. That suit for the taxpayer money to be repaid languishes in Hudson County Courthouse.
Its an impossible David and Goliath scenario that few feds survive under. as too often high level officials seem to be ;in bed with the big money and not for the rank and file injured worker. Its evidence of why we might be better off with 'no fault health care' in the USA. But then will the government double efforts for job and accident safety as too often unsafe conditions come to light through job injuries.
Why do we always have to let people get inured or die first to change things to fix issues that should never have been allowed to happen in the first place. granted some injures are just accidents or acts of nature if one is at work when the storm hits, etc. But, as in our case back in 1/89 we were in a new building that could not have passed city , state or federal inspection in the first place for us to be in. And condemnation threatened by the Jersey City Fire Department for us being in unsafe situation if the gas detectors called them one more time and instead of fixing contraction flaws, turned them off. and WE WERE NOT TOLD and the worse combination of events occurred 1/10/89 and the path to 9/11/01 was opened wide and never closed as the cover ups got worse and worse until we are in WWIII or may soon be.

WHO IS IN CHARGE BEHIND THE SCENES? He who has done so much harm to me and mine, is asked to change and be the advocate of goodness and life. Post my file and get all the back items processed including getting those 17+ years of liquid oxygen claims paid as approved for life for by FECA 22+ years ago. and help get Lincare or Rhema back out here as they claim the obstruction came from you and yours due to the missing million dollars a head has been said to have gone missing somewhere only your people know of? for some kind of fund for many of us older established FECA cases.; I have not settle any caw, and did not get such myself but it cost me having Lincare continuing to come and deliver liquid oxygen to my home bi weekly over them saying so...
