This is what some refer to as the 'beast ssytem' which is not the same as a WORLD GOVERNMENT AS A GOVERNMENT IMPLIES THEIR ARE RULES ALL ARE TO FOLLOW AND HAVE RIGHTS UNDER THOSE AS WELL AS NATION STATES AND OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES WOULD HAVE RIGHTS ALSO.
There are many running to be president and more may soon join them from all sides. WILL ANY STAND UP TO THIS CABAL THAT HAS NEARLY OVER THROWN THE NATION AND WHOMEVER TAKEN THE HELM OF THIS NATION IN 2016 AT ALL LEVELS MAY WELL EITHER SAVE OUR SOVEREIGNTY AND OUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OR LOSE IT.
I cannot plead more for all to register and vote and do not any stop any one from their basic citizenship right and duty to participate in the government of the nation. For those few who do not , for reason of conscience I pray you pray or think good thoughts for the rest of us to make the best decisions.
There is so much flim flam and name calling going on its difficult to see through it all as to whom is running to serve us and not serve some big money handler.
We are voting for humans who can make mistakes and when in leadership positions , it can be disastrous for the world. as well as for each one in the USA. Labels are being bandied about as if any one really understands what they means or really thinks the one labeled as this or that.
Our son helped us get some more boxes of files down to day as Wednesday we are being allowed to get in front of an agency hearing judge for the first time in 6 years to try and get another order for some justice on the matters written about in detail here over the last several years. and its been a mess to sort out the mess the judges ;s staff was given as its not one hearing but several and the files are not all there.
Plus the IT and one interruptions and phone tag with the paralegals meant it was a few weeks before we could figure out what case they even had and now know its not one but many and one clearly is SSA;s on the disability case before age 65 that Medicare has no jurisdiction of and may not have over these cases , except there is a provision if one is losing the coverage medicare can take back jurisdiction , as occurred for awhile back a few years ago while all the appeals went unanswered at SSA or Medicare..thought hacked in systems and disappearance as is the on ongoing pattern of illegal behaviors toward my files for over 26 years and in recent years against family members when they got Medicare cards, too. WE GET OVERPAID EVERY TIME MEDICARE IS DUMPED ON TO ILLEGALLY PAY FIRST WHEN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AND MY M09-1406 DECISION SAYS MEDICARE IS NOT THE PRIMARY AND YET THE PARTNERS OF MEDICARE ILLEGALLY ALLOW THE THEFT OF MEDICARE DUE TO ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS WITH THIS CABAL AND THEIR PARTNERS IN HE INSURANCE INDUSTRY,
But will an order from a Medicare judge to process and hear a case be obeyed if the contractor, ACS et al wishes it not to occur?
At this point there are 18 appellate agency judges in multiple agencies who are being defied by this cabal in charge of the govt that is blocking any order from being carried out.
I 've been saying 17 and through all of this sorting recently found another order ignored as those in t the govt do not have access to data and files as the system has been hacked into (from inside?) and info deleted and altered by their own partners from this cabal who are now deciding what they want facts and things to be.
THERE MAY W BE ANOTHER EMBEZZLEMENT RING THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS FROM GOVT AND MILITARY PERSONNEL WHO RECEIVE PENSION MONIES FROM THEM AS WELL AS ENTITLEMENT TO SSA BENEFITS. All the info as to how this is figured with regard to when the Medicare premium is deducted from the gross SSA payment has been pulled from view and those in the agency now, only know its how the computers are doing it?
I was there at the beginning and had the initial training and its not what is going on now, at all and we used to have more info. Just a few years earlier we had the workers comp offset passed against on ones own SSA disability pay and the Medicare premiums were deducted first before the formula applied as I remember that training also and the response as I asked that specific questions and was given the rationale. as it stopped any chance of one losing their medicare coverage, PLUS IT COST MONEY TO SEND OUT BILLS AND COLLECT MONIES , ETC
AND THE LAW IS CLEAR THAT THIS IS NOT TO BE INTERFERED WITH. ALL THAT INFO IS GONE FROM VIEW ON LINE ALSO AS I DID SEARCH FOR IT.A LOT IS MISSING FORM OUR SOURCES TO HELP PROCESS CLAIMS AND INFO AND THE PUBLIC HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE RULES AND PROCEDURES ALSO. VERY LITTLE IS CONFIDENTIAL ON THIS.
A SIMPLE MATH PROBLEM SO ALL CAN KNOW HOW TO FIGURE ONES PAY? IS A SECRET? Why?
Over a year ago , I faxed those "violations of civil rights page:" which are posted on line under those quotes and there are now over 50 of them, for "Linda Joy Adams" to Congressman Kevin Brady over the sub committed on Medicare and he later asked GAO to review if the GPO ( got pension offset was being figured correctly. NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT PART B MEDICARE PREMIUMS AS TO HOW IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE MATH AT ALL. AS IF NONE HAD THE CONVERGE WHEN NEARLY ALL DO.
His staff did understand what I was referring to .
WHAT THEY DID DISCOVER WAS THAT MANY WERE BEING OVERPAID AS COST OF LIVING INCREASES WERE NOT BEING ADDED IN TO THE EQUATION CORRECTLY.
This means that many military and civilian govt employees and that includes some state pensioners also now are getting over payment letters etc and paying back monies from their checks , WHEN THE GOVT MAY STILL OWE THEM YEARS OF REFUNDS AS THEY PAID THEIR PART B PREMIUMS DOUBLE OR NEAR DOUBLE.
When the govt is turned over to contractors with no oversight, then anything can occur and often nothing is being done. to protect and answer simple issues of whether there has been any judicial reviewed the matter on a very simple law passed thirty years ago and never questioned on the the issue of when the part B Medicare premiums get deducted. THERE IS ON GOING COMPLAINTS OF THE OVER ALL ISSUE OF NOT BEING ALLOWED TO COLLECT BOTH SSA AND GOVT PENSIONS and that is an issue that I recall has had some review and the law was upheld.
In 1994, before I went back out on workers comp wage loss , I had a case and looked up the rules, etc and wrote it up and sent it in to get corrected and I had no idea that things had changed and still find no change in the law, or decision, etc to back up any change. If there is court case, then the judge would surely be able to find and cite it. not being attorneys we do not have access to know all of this, But again, these used to be publicly available in our Program Operating Manuals and should be on line if any judicial review had occurred over the last 21 years.
THE BLATANT SILENCE IN ANY OF THE INFO ON THIS WITH THE MATH SEEMS TO INDICATE A COVER UP ? SOME WHERE AND ITS VERY POSSIBLE WITH NO OVER SIGHT OF THE SYSTEMS CONTRACTORS THAT THERE IS ANOTHER ON GOING EMBEZZLEMENT GOING ON.?
I raise the suspicion based on everything else that has been discovered and documented over the last 15 years since my personal struggle for life up against this cabal messing directly messing with my files and data that is blocking my very right to breathe when approved of life by three health plans all under this cabals; control and cannot get a liquid oxygen supplier as ACS HAS NOT INPUT A SINGLE OXYGEN CLAIM SINCE THEY TOOK OVER TOTAL CONTROL OF FEDERAL WORKERS COMP AS THEY NOW ARE TAKING OVER CONTROL OF EVERY ONE'S IN THE USA.
EVEN THE FORMER SEC OF LABOR NOR THE DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL WORKERS COMP COULD DO ANYTHING UP AGAINST THEM TO HELP ME AND GET HE JUDGES ORDERS OBEYED AFTER, AFTER ILLEGAL RIFLING OF MY PAPER FILES MADE IT LOOK AS IF I HAD NOT RETURNED TO WORK IN 1990 AS ORDERED. NOR DID THE INFO OF THE PROGRESSIVE OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE CLAIM APPROVED THAT TREATMENT PROTOCOLS IS HOME LIQUID OXYGEN AND I WAS PUT ON IT FOR LIFE ALSO. DID THEY KNOW I WAS ON OXYGEN AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE OFFICIAL RECORDS IN THE LOCAL REGIONAL OFFICES AND THAT SEEMS INCOMPREHENSIBLE, BUT ITS WHAT IT IS. WAS BRIBERY MONEY INVOLVED AS THE JACK ABRAMOFF BRIBERY SCANDAL WENT IN TO THE US DEPT OF LABOR AND HAS NEVER BEEN FULLY FINISHED INVESTIGATION THERE.
HR 1063 passed by congress and signed into law 1/11/13 to make them do this , input the claims and repay Medicare for when they paid my oxygen claims. Without a supplier Medicare cannot help as the other plans can. But the 'security lock' on the official system' at the US DEPT OF LABOR makes this a workers comp bill as the judges said and none other can be billed until they wait for answer and deaths have been heard of in this around the USA now as ACS has perfected this on we feds.
And ACS's own management said that they are ordered to 'let her die; with regard to me as if they input the claims they would be paid as they were before and the 'gig would be up as the offline system they are using on me for what does get in and paid on other claims and them they us it to go ask for a refund and should never be allowed dot do so as there are no appeals ever answered either on those. THEIR MANAGER SAID ALL MY BILLS WOULD HAVE TO BE PAID AS THE OXYGEN BILLS WOULD BE ALSO. AND DOCTORS HAVE TOLD ME THIS ALSO WHO UNDERSTAND WORKERS COMP. WHEN THEY PUT YOU ON OXYGEN FOR LIFE, ALL MEDICAL BILLS ARE WORKERS COMP AS NO HEALING OF EVEN A FINGER CUT BY PREPARING FOOD AT HOME CAN HEAL WITH UT OXYGEN.
And this means that a negotiated schedule award and permanent disability would sail on through with out much discussion or debate.And should have been done soon after I filed for this before ACS took over and a letter of follow up sent for that in 2009 and ACS would not allow my claims examiner to have my file to review and will not post it. using my records as several copies of it have disappeared and one was shredded. And there is already a million dollars per head of the older established cases in a fund somewhere at this cabal? under OPM that has been 'embezzled' as suspected by OPM's OIG for us to use for our medical care. SO WHERE IS THAT MONEY FOR ALL OF US THE TAXPAYER 'S REPRESENTATIVES SAID WAS TO BE THERE.?
We got dumped illegally onto Medicare and overpaid and this cabal will not collect the money back from itself to repay Medicare? There is a process now, for this before it gets to a hearing but when I filed the papers, they got sent to General Dynamics at Medicare as the CMS instructions from the government officials are unknown to the contractors that run Medicare as they please now. 1-800 Medicare is not a claims processing entity at all, nor the enforcer which is Emblem Health International that owns and hacks in to the common working file under orders of their partner ACS and CEO LYNNE BLODGETT bi weekly to cause the illegal dumping on to Medicare in collusion with Goldman- Sach's subsidiary that runs the fraud center . now for CMS. and HHS. So his is the info I am adding to the comment I made to the linked article.
And now all our ethical medical providers have been tricked into billing Medicare as this cabal's call centers tell their billers to use the illegally hacked and altered system instead of coding as a conditional payment for recovery from its own partners. MEDICARE CAN LEGALLY PAY IF ITS CODED FOR COLLECTIONS AND THEM BOTH PATIENT AND PROVIDER OR SUPPLIER ARE IN THE CLEAR. AS THE GOVERNMENT NOW IS BACK TO ENFORCING THE LAWS WE CANNOT UP AGAINST THIS ORGANIZED 'RICCO' SYSTEM. FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1994 WHEN AN 'EXECUTIVE ORDER' SAID THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY COULD POLICE IT SELF AND LET THEM DO AS THEY PLEASED. AND THE 'LOOTING' OF MEDICARE HAS BEEN GOING ON AND GETTING WORSE AND WORSE OVER THE YEARS AS ETHICAL COMPANIES COULD NOT COMPETE. AND CONGRESSES GAVE NO BUDGET TO OIG;'S TO STOP IT EITHER AND ALL INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS WERE LIFTED , TOO. AS IF GREED AND ABUSES HAD LEFT THE PLANET.AND NONE EVER DID ANYTHING WRONG ANYMORE.
THE 1000 YEARS OF PEACE UNDER CHRIST THAT I READ OF IN MY FAITH BOOK HAS NOT YET COME YET AND HUMANS WHO CAN DO WRONG ARE STILL DOING WRONG THINGS AND WE MUST HAVE SOME CONTROLS AND 'POLICE; SO THEY CANNOT DO HARM TO SOCIETY AND STILL THE MONIES WE SHARE TO HELP EACH OTHER LIKE HEALTH CARE. .
Even more deadly was ACS showed it on their screen early on in 2002 etc and their call center people told my oxygen supplier , Lincare who dropped me and a small company carried me for a long time until Medicare got them paid. As they said that I had the money to pay them myself and that sent me to find it for life to be had and led to OPM's OIG and more investigations and more phones slammed in my ear at this cabal who did not want to cooperate in the matter? ITS still missing and Congresses has not allowed any money to be spent for any one at OPM OR US DEPT OF LABOR, ETC TO FIND IT AND NOW MEDICARE HAS THE LAW TO GET IT BACK OR FIND OUT WHAT OCCURRED SO THIS REAL 'DEATH PANEL' CAN BE STOPPED. AND THAT WILL HAVE A DOMINO EFFECT IF ENFORCED... FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1994 SINCE MEDICARE COULD ENFORCE ITS LAWS TO GET ITS MONEY BACK FROM THOSE WHO WERE TO PAY FIRST.
BUT THE CONTRACTORS, OF ACS ET AL ARE RESISTING BIG TIME?
AND FOR THAT REASON ACS FOR THE FEDS AND THEIR OTHER COMPANIES NO BEING SET UP FOR EVERYONE ELSE;S WORKER COMP IS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGING THE CLAIMS AND REFUSING TO INPUT THEM AS IT TIES INTO THIS 1988 LAW PASSED TO STOP DEATH PANELS BY ABUSE OF POWER BY THOSE NOT WISHING TO PAY THE BILLS. legally covered.
It was difficult this month finding the money to pay to keep me alive. We are eating from reserves and spending little money on food. and other things.
Then to have this cabal put bits and pieces of several hearing requests in to one file as if it was that, means searching for records to reconstruct that should never have disappeared inside the govt or contractors at SSS OR MEDICARE AND DID And there are several other hearing requests still not answered since 2009 when 4 agency appellate Judges in multiple agencies came down on the unethical and illegal activities going on with my records and that included their orders/ for all to ask me for the facts of the case and use my records to reconstruct files. as "gossip and rumor had run amok and no one knew what was going on" and so far none have done that at all. Nor did they follow the similar orders of the lower judges I had to appear as they were ignored.
GOVT OFFICIALS CAN ONLY HAVE THEIR OWEN JUDGES ORDERS IF THIS CABAL WANTS THEM TO SEE THEM AND COMPUTER FILES NOT SET UP AND THE WHAT IS HAS BEEN HACKED INTO AND I DO NOT THINK CHINA DID IT, AS WE HAVE OUR OWN BAD APPEALS IN SIDE THE CONTRACTORS AS WELL AS A FEW IN HIGH GOVT POSITIONS WHO SHOULD STILL GO JAIL FOR MANY THINGS. I choose to live.
I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that things can go forward and justice prevail and the struggle for life that has been created by the chaos created by a few bad people, not continue. Whatever the earthly legal system will do with these people needs to occur and all of us will some day face an eternal judge. I ask for prayers and good thoughts as we try to convince the judge to help us and others in similar circumstances as their seems to be many others.
If everything is paid as legally should have been over the years and still is current and alive and pending even if not physically present, I still am behind financially from if I had never been injured on the job on 1/10/89 and could have gone ahead and worked and earned the income and raises that would have occurred and then retired and gone on to possibly earn another income from another source as I had planned to do using some of my hobby interests for some extra income. One may never know.
FEW WHO GET INJURED ON THE JOB EVER COME OUT AHEAD FINANCIALLY FROM WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN WITH CONTINUED GOOD HEALTH AND WORK AND EARNED WITHOUT INJURY.
