My Comments - The Washington Post Just added another comment on the security breach of all of our records as readers of this blog have been are of has been going on for years and its not just feds records. Today we learned that another member of my family who had been on my records a few years ago has had security breached also. And indications are its part of the same matter and not an isolated unconnected breach.
FOR A FEW YEARS THE PRIOR OWNERS OF THE POST HAD TAKEN DOWN MY PAGE THERE BUT THE NEW OWNER PUT IT BACK. BUT THE 2009 COMMENTS THAT WERE THE BRIEF FOR THE 8/09 HEARING ARE NOT THERE. I DO HAVE COPIES OF COURSE..
NOR THE 2009-2010 COMMENTS WHERE THE POST WAS GIVEN THE OPM BREACH STORY FIRST BY ME. AS TO HOW BAD IT IS AND WAS .
ONE MUST REMEMBER THAT ANTHEM BLUES AND AETNA WERE/ARE IN MERGER TALKS AND I KNOW THAT AETNA'S CEO WAS AWARE OF THIS SECURITY ISSUES AS WE CORRESPONDED. ETC AND I SHARED ON LINE MY LETTER TO HIM.. SO THEY MUST HAVE FOLLOWED THROUGH AND GOT ENOUGH TO GET CONGRESS TO ACT EVEN THIS MUCH.?
ALL OF THESE CANDIDATES WHO WANT TO BE OUR LEADER? WHAT WILL YOU DO TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC MONIES AND UPHOLD THE RIGHTS OF EACH OF US? WHO WILL DO THIS AND NOT JUST SAY THEY WILL? WHO WILL GO TO CONGRESS AND NOT GAG THEMSELVES IN TO NOT SPEAKING OF THESE CRUCIAL ISSUES AND NOT ALLOW THOSE WHO TESTIFY IN HEARINGS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES PUBLICLY.
ON MATTERS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY WORK.
FINALLY SPOKE TO A HUMAN AT CSID WHO HAS THE CONTRACT TO HELP US AND MONITOR OUR RECORDS AND WAS GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. AT THEIR COMPANY, NOT THE ONES AT OPM THAT NEVER RETURN MESSAGES LEFT.
I ASKED IF OTHER INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS UNDER US DEPT OF LABOR WERE ALSO NOT GETTING THE LETTERS AND HE SEEMED TO INDICATE IT WAS AN ISSUE BUT COULD NOT CONFIRM SUCH AS OF COURSE ITS PRIVATE MATTERS FOR EACH OF US THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD ACCESS TO ALL OF OUR GOVT FILES TO ALTER AND HACK AND DISAPPEAR FOR SO MANY YEARS. WHERE PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF ANY GOVT FILE OF OURS HAS BEEN OPEN SEASON FOR ANY NEFARIOUS USE WANTED TO CAUSE HAVOC AND CHAOS IN OUR PERSONAL LIVES AND CAUSING REAL THREAT TO LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD FOR TOO MANY. ( THAT IS GOVT FILES NO LONGER OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY THE GOVT ANYMORE.)

Found out the Hearing coming up has pieces of the 8/09 hearing request that has been missing since 9/09 but where is the rest of the file.? It was put together to make it look as if it belonged at Medicare and ignored that a SSA judge has had legal custody of it since 8/09 even though it disappeared out of that office.. so they send an SSA hearing to Medicare so they do not have to address the issues of unprocessed lower appeals and waiver requests pending as far back as 9/2000 that disappeared off the SSA records with what the Deputy comm of It said was illegal hacking. THAT'S THE SYSTEM EVERY ONE NEEDS TO USE TO GET AND APPLY FOR SOCIAL SECURITY FOR ANY ONE .
So the secret CONGRESSIONAL hearings being held on the security breach must be something To have this scurrying to make it look as if something is being done.? But so far its more chaos and more harassment when they all know what the law is and what is to be done? IF NOT THEN ALL NEED TO BE RETRAINED IN THEIR JOBS? SO FAR NO OXYGEN SUPPLIER ALLOWED OT COME AND NO OBEYING OF THE 17 FEDERAL APPELLATE AGENCY JUDGES BY ACS ET AL AND THEIR CEO LYNN BLODGETT.And I have three health plans approved for life for payment , so the right to breathe is not in the works yet. Thanks to Mitsubishi for allowing us to get the right of life from them.

THIS AFTERNOON THE LIGHTS FLICKERED ALL OVER OUR AREA ON A POWER SURGE AND EVEN THE LAND LINE PHONE WENT OUT FOR A WHILE. AS WELL AS THE INTERNET. I talked to CHEROKEE PHONE COMPANY AND THEY ARE ASKING the electric company to do something and I suggested that complaining may not help much and since DC LOVES GIVING OUT MONEY, MAYBE WE COULD GET WIND GENERATORS PUT IN PLACES WHERE EXTRA ELECTRICITY IS NEEDED. IN OUR TOWN WE HAVE TWICE THE ENERGY USE THEN WE USED TO HAVE IN 1997 WHEN WE MOVED HERE AND YET NO ADDITIONAL TRANSFORMER,ETC.? OG@E was not happy with me when I called to day and trued to suggest a solution. This is a hot day and many using a lot of electricity an we need to make more? We may not need a whole wind farm, just a few wind turbines in key areas? EXPERTS IS THAT POSSIBLE?.
We cannot afford to put one in ourselves and maintain it and there are some now for roods that are suppose to not entrap birds in them.? Just reducing usage would allow us to pay back the electric company over a period of time?
Business insurance online also posted an article about our electric grid as being a problem with Internet security so my info shared here before must be close to the problem and now we need to solve it with minimal outlay of public money for all of us. THERE ARE SOME THINGS WE DO NEED TO SHARE THE COSTS OF AS ALL OF US ARE AFFECTED AND HAVE NEEDS TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES .
WHILE ON THE [HONE TRYING TO GET AN OPM HACK LETTER AND HELP FOR ALL OF MY LOVED ONES AFFECTED SO BADLY SINCE OPM WAS BIRTHED IN 1979 AS WE NOW KNOW THAT A LOST OF SKULDUGGERY WAS BEING DONE TO AND AROUND US BEFORE I WENT TO WORK ON 1/10/89 AND GOT INJURED FOR LIFE AND PUT IN A LIFE AND DEATH STRUGGLE FOR SELF AND FOR THE TAXPAYER BEING REIMBURSED FOR MY CARE AS A REQUIREMENT TO EVEN HAVE ANY MEDICAL CARE .
Family got another 200 pound liquid oxygen tank filled this week at the gas company. And still being hounded by medical bill collectors for bills that have been approved for Life by FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BUT CEO BLODGETT WILL NOT ALLOW MY FILE TO BE RECONSTRUCTED AND WORKED .
If congress does not act for me and all of us in the USA, THEN THIS MAY BE THE END TO MANY OF US. AND I HAVE A LOT TO DO YET IN THIS REALM AND PRAY WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO SO UNTIL MY TIME HERE ENDS BY OTHER THAN ANY HUMAN HANDS . I plan to remain here for many years yet.
I asked our son to help go thought some tubs of files this weekend to find what is needed for the upcoming hearing. As it sure seems after phone tag and Internet interruptions; I finally getting to speak o the paralegal for the judge and then was surprised to learn that parts of the 9/09 hearing filed with SSA had surfaced in Cleveland OH and sent on to the west coast.at Medicare. So where is the SSA file and remand from the SSA appellate judge? on this.Some one is really trying to cover up the hacking of the SSA and Medicare systems?Don;t the people have a right to know and have this an issue in the elections coming up as what affects each one of us more than these two key programs we all rely on in the USA to be there for us when we need them.ALL WE CAN DO IS PREPARE THE BEST POSSIBLE AND RECONSTRUCT ANY MISSING PARTS FOR THE TOTAL AND PRAY WE GET A HEARING ON ISSUES THAT HAVE NEEDED JUDICIAL REVIEW FOR 30 YEARS IN THIS NATION FOR INJURED GOVT WORKERS AFFECTED WITH DIFFERING LEGAL INTERPRETATIONS OVER THE TIME BUT NOT FROM ANY JUDGE AS FAR AS i AM AWARE AND I HAD A CASE LIKE MINE IN 1994 BEFORE I WE BACK OUT ON WORKERS COMP THE LAST TIME AND WROTE IT UP AND LOOKED UP THE LAWS, etc. AND NOW ITS BEING DONE DIFFERENTLY AND CAUSING A LOT OF CONFUSION ALSO. JUDICIAL REVIEW WOULD NOT LEAD TO SUCH, IS MY OPINION.
They only got pieces. and where has those parts even been . or is it just some parts that survived posted on some system somewhere? THIS IS HORRIFIC TO OBSTRUCT THE PATH OF JUSTICE BY DOING THIS TO ONE LIKE ME WHO ONLY WENT TO WORK ONE DAY AND FOUND MYSELF UP AGAINST THE GOLIATHS OF THIS WORLD JUST BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO LIVE AND PROVIDE A SUBSISTENCE LEVEL FOR MY FAMILY.
Please do not let a cover up continue in Washington , DC over this as if only a few million feds have had their records peeked at. That is not the issue, its the lives and livelihoods of every one at stake and the economy itself that affects the entire world if we do gave a govt that protects the public monies and assets and upholds the constitutional rights of each and every citizen as well as those who have trespassed among us as we left the gates wide open. for those wishing a better life as well as criminals from other areas to walk through for the last thirty years as allowed by our Congresses to not address issues .
Register and vote in all elections and pray we get some elected to stand up for us. not for this international cabal that has taken control of us with no over sight . or way to make them behave.
