Thursday, I put out a couple of different types of dried beans out to soak over night and then put in our huge crock pot for Chile.
Over the last couple of days, others came through the kitchen to help out and one put in the beans another added onions and seasonings to taste and finally some cooked ground beef and as I went through the kitchen the last time another can of tomato sauce was going in .
Many have added to the recipe and its a mystery who all has done what over the last few days, but what I am eating now is the best Chile I have ever tasted and IT HAS BEEN SO MANY GOOD COOKS UNDER ONE ROOF DOING THEIR PART TO ADD TO THE MIX THAT HAS RESULTED IN WHAT IS NOW BEING BLESSED FOR US TO HAVE.
It may be a long time before all the helpers' additions are known and some may never be known.
I would share the recipe with you, BUT ONLY OUR CREATOR KNOWS AT THIS POINT IN TIME.. AND HIS RECIPE FOR LIFE IS IN THE GOOD BOOK TO READ BUT THERE IS NO SPECIFIC RECIPE FOR CHILE BUT THERE IS THE RECIPE FOR ON ONGOING CARING AND COOPERATION IN THIS WORLD TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE FOR ALL AND A BETTER BOWL OF CHILE TO EAT. TO SUSTAIN US. AS WE JOURNEY ALONG THE PATH WAYS OF LIFE. TO UR ETERNAL LIFE AT SOME POINT IN TIME.
