LEGAL DECISIONS, LAWS ETC ARE JUST IGNORED. THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PAYS NO MIND TO THE PLIGHT OF MANY OF US INJURED WORKERS WITH ESTABLISHED CASES ANY MORE WHEN OUR LIVES ARE ENDANGERED IN REAL DEATH PANELS THAT HAVE BEEN CREATED. AND US PUT UNDER.
AT THE STATE LEVEL, THEIR NEW COMPANY WILL BE GETTING THE CONTRACTS FROM YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER OR SELF INSURER EMPLOYER AND THEY WILL NOT ;WANT TO KNOW; HOW SAVINGS ARE DONE.
MEDICAL CARE IS SOMETHING THAT RARELY CAN BE BUDGETED.. IT COSTS THE SAME FOR A DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL TO TAKE CARE OF A PATIENT NO MATTER WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE PAYING THE BILL. CUT THE COSTS IS GOING TO CUT THE CARE AND DO NOT THINK IT DOES NOT HAPPEN. IT DOES AS THEY ARE OVERLOADED WITH PATIENTS THEY CANNOT COLLECT FULL COST FROM.
This interlocking is supposed to be against a lot of different laws when its the same entities owning the companies, but the SEC IS DECADES BEHIND SORTING IT ALL OUT AND TOO OFTEN THOSE HANDING OUT THE LUCRATIVE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN HAND PICKED HIGH LEVEL SERVANTS WHO NOW CAN DECIDE WHO CAN BE INVESTIGATED AND WHO CAN'T. And if the company with the contract is a 'private one.' few government entities can readily find out much either.
A YEAR AGO THE OFFICE IN THE US JUSTICE DEPT THAT IS MANDATED BY LAW TO TAKE CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND EVIDENCE ON HIGH LEVEL GOVT OFFICIALS WAS DISMANTLES. IT HAD NOT SERVED THE NATION WELL FOR DECADES, BUT THERE WAS A PLACE. and congress DID HAVE OVER SIGHT.
My understanding is that CONGRESS IS NOW FORBIDDEN TO 'BOTHER' A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR; AND IF THEY WISH TO HELP ANY ONE IN THEIR AREA, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO NOW KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AS THERE ARE NO INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS BY THE GOVERNMENT AN NO OVERSIGHT IN CONGRESS EITHER. THE MEDIA FOLLOWS SUIT AND DOES NOT LIST THE ONES INVOLVED IN STORIES SUCH AS THE ONE I LINKED TO THIS POSTING TODAY.
THEY HAVE BEEN FORCED TO ASK GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON AND NO AUTHORITY ANY MORE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHEN THINGS HAVE GONE SO WRONG LEGALLY FOR THEM THEY HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING MUCH OF ANYTHING AND MUST TAKE THEIR VERBAL WORD FOR THE FACTS.
How can one, like me have 17 appellate agency judges being defied for what they have ordered done? When those who get those orders are not under our laws any more.
Where real government official have to ask the contractor what is going on and are forced to take there verbal word for the truth. Where they are not allowed to even receive judges orders they are supposed to be responsible to carry out. THE REASON GIVEN; REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH OUR FILES AND DATA.
Government employees are required to tell you what agency they work for and their job title and if one wishes to pursue the matter further even their salary and leave record is public information . Hopefully what IS GIVEN OUT IS ACCURATE, BUT AS WE HAVE LEARNED MORE RECENTLY THOSE TRANSFERRED TO WORKERS COMP ARE JUST DELETED OFF THE EMPLOYMENT ROLES OF THEIR GOVERNMENT OFFICE. SO WE HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS EMPLOYED AND WHO IS NOT IN THE GOVERNMENT ANY MORE. The US Department of Labor does, but that information is not shared with the local offices of workers compensation and ACS MAKES SURE THEIR OFFLINE SYSTEM IS NOT BROUGHT ON LINE WITH THE REAL ONE EITHER TO AVOID PAYING THE CLAIMS OF THOSE WITH CHRONIC LIFE TIME INJURIES AND DISEASES RELATED TO THEIR JOB INJURIES LIKE ME WHERE MY WHOLE HHS -SSA OFFICE WAS BLACK LISTED BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE HOSPITALS IN JERSEY CITY BACK ON 1/10/89 TO COVER UP SO MANY CRIMES THAT BECAME LATER ON. . IS IT WHY ACS UNDER CEO LYNN BLODGETT HAS NOT INPUT AN OXYGEN CLAIM OF MINE SINCE THEY TOOK OVER IN 2002 SAYING IF THEY DO THE CLAIMS WOULD BE PAID AS THEY WERE BEFORE AND ALL OF MY BILLS WOULD BE PAID? Then repeatedly tell me the orders are to 'let her die' as if attempted murder was jut one more crime they were a commit?
AND AS MANAGEMENT CONTROL OF THE TWO MAJOR COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE LIQUID OXYGEN THAT THOSE MORE SEVERE INJURIES LIKE MINE REQUIRE HAVE NOT PERMITTED THEM TO EVEN COME TO MY HOME ANY MORE. LEAVING ME MEDICALLY ABANDONED EVEN THE CURRENT THREAT OF CUTTING OFF ACCESS TO GOING DIRECT TO THE GAS COMPANY TO GET TANKS FILLED WAS TO END MY LIFE THIS WEEK. I HAVE OXYGEN RIGHT NOW, BUT JUST HOW FAR WILL THIS CABAL GO TO KILL OFF SO MANY THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN LINKED TO PREMATURE DEATHS.? Yet no one goes to jail as its not done in manners one local law enforcement has any jurisdiction over.
Although one may have to file FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS, ETC. for more details of ones federal employment, the crucial issue they are not allowed to say is what company does the one taking the compliant even work for. You may or may not get through to a supervisor who may tell you.
The More important issue is whom did this whistle blower even contact?
Most whistle blowers are now contacting a subsidiary of GOLDMAN -SACHS WHO SCREEN THE COMPLAINTS AND MAKE THE REFERRALS FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS.
Back in 4/14, we found our report of on going theft of public monies, ended with in an hour of a direct contract to the offender by them and a cover -up took place to alter official records in the ownership of another partner of theirs. They blew it and the health plan listed did not exist for me at all. One can read more of this here as I have written about it a lot.
It ended with a nasty letter from HHS to never contact them again and now they do admit that no one can of report a crime committed by a government contractor so THEY THEFT OF MEDICARE IS ALIVE AND WELL AND ALL OF OUR GOOD DOCTORS AND MEDICAL PROVIDERS ARE STILL BEING TRICKED IN TO COMMITTING MEDICARE FRAUD AS THIS CABAL ILLEGALLY ALTERS THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF WHAT ONES INSURANCE IS AND WHO PAYS FIRST SO THEIR MINION , EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL CAN GO RIGHT AHEAD AND FINE AND PENALIZE AND BLACK MAIL ALL OF OUR GOOD DOCTORS WHO TAKE CARE OF US EVERY DAY IN THIS COUNTRY AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF STEALING FROM THE TAX PAYER AT ALL.
Too often they have to hire another partner of this cabal to handle their billing who pays another management firm of this cabl to pass on the fraudulent information.
THOSE WITHE A MEDICRE CARD AND AN EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN THAT IS TO PAY FIRST, ITS DELETED OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE SOON AFTER THE BI WEEKLY POSTING No one who takes care of your medical needs is allowed to know what your insurance is as this cabal lies and says ignore the judges, the law and do not listen to the patient ho is going to be overpaid to the government if Medicare pays and its not their bill and its not sent in to recovery for this same cabal to collect from themselves. For those with workers comp it means MEDICARE OR EVEN STATE MEDICAID IS NOW GOING TO BE PAYING ALL OF THE BILLS OTHER PLANS ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO PAY AND YOU ARE ALREADY APPROVED FOR.
HR 1063 was to enforce the laws, which were suspended from enforcement back in 1994 and began a major and increasing 'looting' of Medicare by its own partners and those in the insurance industry they made secret and illegal deals with The collapsing of the entire health care system in the USA began in earnest which had gotten worse before the original conditional payment law had been passed back in 1980 but had been pretty effective. Now no one had to obey the laws anymore and it only got worse as the offenders got more and more control and stole more and got more contracts as they could bid out those who tried to be ethical. In 1999, Group Health of New York with a tarnished reputation got the government contract to set up and facilitate it all as Medicare Coordination of Benefits and the whole corrupted mess became more entrenched and institutionalized. They soon had a powerful US Senator who was there at the beginning of all of this to help over see it all.
Now the ones who break the laws, get to enforce the laws against those they tricked in to doing so.
WE WILL EITHER HAVE THE GREATEST CONGRESS IN HISTORY WHO NOW HAS THE DUTY TO US TO CORRECT ALL THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST FEW DECADES, OR WE GO UNDER AS A NATION BROKE AND STRUGGLING FOR OUR VERY LIVES.
THOSE OF FAITH PRAY FOR THOSE WHO TAKE THE OATH OF OFFICE THIS WEEK TO UP HOLD THE US CONSTITUTION THAT THEY TAKE IT TO HEART AND DO IT. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE IT WAS.
