 AARP IS ONE OF THE MANY PART D INSURERS I HAVE TRIED TO GET TO PROCESS CLAIMS LEGALLY AND AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES DOES NOT DO SO IN THEIR NAME, ALSO. WHEN I HAD THEM AND APPEALS  AND COMPLAINTS ARE CURRENTLY PENDING AND KEPT UPDATED, WE WERE NOT AWARE THAT THEY HAD TURNED CONTROL OF THEIR PROCESSES OVER TO ACS , TOO.? AND I WAS NOT DEALING WITH THEM DIRECTLY AT ALL?
        AFTER HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VARIOUS OF ACS ET AL'S  CALL CENTERS REPRESENTING THE GOVERNMENT AND ALSO SOME MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS LAST WEEK, I WAS VERY ILL AND JUST HAD TO REST AN RECUPERATE ND FIGHT ANOTHER INFECTION THAT SET IN AFTER SINUSES BEGAN BLEEDING, ETC. HAVING ASTHMA ON EXERTION AS WELL AS CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND OUT IN TRAFFIC AND MEDICAL PLACES MEANT EXPOSURES TO THINGS THAT IRRITATE MY FLESH EVEN IF IT DOES NOT BOTHER MOST OTHERS.  IT  MEANT  A LOT OF THINGS OCCURRED TO PUT ME DOWN, TEMPORARILY.. But the will to LIVE IS WELL AND ALIVE.
       I am better now and WALMART  did give me my medication with $0 co pay, but has charged Doyle for his and that goes on with none in the government able to do anything who want so until Congress allows them to again take charge of our health care in this nation.
 Many think the government should get out of health care, but WE HAVE SOMETHING EVEN WORSE GOING ON FOR OVER A DECADE AND ITS WHEN THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS ABUSE  THEIR TOTAL  HANDED OVER  AUTHORITY AND ONLY THOSE WITH THEIR OWN GREED AN AVARICE ARE ALLOWED TO BE IN CHARGE AND TO INTERPRET THE LAWS AS THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO AND ALL OF US ARE PLACED IN AN EVEN WORSE SITUATION filled with real DEATH PANELS. AND REAL OVER PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNMENT. THIS CABAL PLACED ON US. AND WHO GRABS OUR LANDS FROM OUR ESTATES AND HEIRS?

     Doyle and I are working on a cover letter to try and explain in easy to understand  words  how all this has occurred.  I spent a couple of hours on the phone with one of ACS et al call centers and spoke to a capable gentlemen who had been well trained wrong by this cabal. 
WHAT WE HAVE ALLOWED TO OCCUR IS MANY OF OUR GOVERNMENT HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES, ( ALL ARE FROM THEM NOW) AND EVEN THOSE UNREAD LAWS CONGRESS PASSES AND NEVER VETS  NOR READS IS TO DO THE FOLLOWING.
             Words and phrases from other original laws that have jurisdictions over the issues is placed into policies and processes and .public releases,  and new laws and regulations that makes the new one 'LEGALLY CORRECT'  but the height of deception to understand the truth of the legal meaning, especially when the interpretation of the meaning has been left to the devices of this cabal.
Its been done to steal  from the people and cause real harm to the people of this nation and not from any kind of misguided intent to help at all.   Those working there are able to convince themselves to ignore judges rulings  who did follow the laws and applied them correctly and follow the double speak of their owners, ITS ABOUT POWER. and the POWER OF DECEIVING EVEN THE GOOD AND HONEST FOLKS WHO WORK FOR THEIR COMPANIES.
Its  how the former US ATTORNEY GENERAL WAS ABLE TO CALL TORTURE ;NOT TORTURE WHEN ANY HUMAN WOULD KNOW  THE TRUTH., AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
      Its how cover ups occur by stamping them as 'national security interest" when the only interest is someone high up in the government not wanting to go to jail for crimes committed.
     The same deception have been applied to our domestic laws and when I and others come along and know  what is being done is not legal, we often do not have the resources to dig out the original laws to find out how well done the deception was carried out.
Its how all seem to think its OK for a possible Presidential candidate to be born in Canada and be eligible  to be voted for in the USA, when we just got through a horrendous birther movement trying to place a birth in Kenya when  it took place in  Topeka Ks where President Obama was born and everyone knows including  the current and former secretary of State of Kansas Kris Kobach who has his  real birth certificate and hiding it from the people and President Obama himself?. We are that far gone to believe and be  deceived by this 'beast system and its minions carrying out its evil  duties. / That dose not mean I agree with all of Pres. Obama's actions or policies for he  so far , has done little to halt the over throw of our government in to the web of this beast/s deception.   He has let it occur? just as those before him did. maybe we can help explain it to gain support for this nation to be put back under the people and the US Constitution that has served us well for a few hundred years now.
                              INTERPRETATION OF OUR LAWS AND IF APPLIED CORRECTLY TO THE PROCESSES  IS WHAT OUR
 judges and even our US SUPREME COURT DOES . THEY GO TO ALL THE LAWS  RULES, PROCESSES, AND REGULATIONS THAT MIGHT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE MATTER BEFORE THEM AND THEN SORT OUT WHAT IS THE OVERRIDING ORIGINAL LAWS THAT PERTAIN AND WERE ALL THE OTHERS FOLLOWED AS RULES PROCESSES POLICIES AND REGULATIONS GOT PASSED THAT CAME UNDER THOSE.
      A LOT IS NOT TODAY AND WE GET ROBBED AND LIVES ENDANGERED FROM IT.
       EVEN WORSE IS NOW ALLOWING LOBBYISTS TO WRITE LEGISLTION AND NO ONE READ IT FOR THESE APPLIED DECEPTIONS AND THEN WHEN LAWS ARE PASSED  TURNED OVER TO THE GOVET CONTRACTORS TO INTERPRET AS THEY PLEASE.
       Since this international cabal that has become our govt now, handles and process most initial appeals and grievances, and too often there is no appeal rights to go further now, they have been allowed to use the laws as they please and make them mean whatever they choose to s the people's right to access to real judges to apply constitutional muster to some part of a law has been taken from us. .
    Often policies and publications do not even get properly vetted by any real legal authority except 'theirs'  and the misinformation gets passed on even more. YET ALL KNOW  INNATELY ITS NOT CORRECT, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE WHEREWITHALL GO FIND OUT JUST HOW IT WAS DONE.  AND UNRAVEL THE DECEPTION.
      We have spent several years now trying to expose and explain  how we are living in a nearly overthrown government now in the control of this international cabal. And our lives and livelihoods and freedoms and rights taken from us along with any chance of WORLD PEACE. Most have not come in direct contact to even know. and often those affected do not know its THEM AND NOT THE GOVT.
Media and bloggers do try and find out whether one is speaking of a real govt official or  part of this cabal when reporting on something. Since they do not have to say they are a government contractor any more ( as they 'misinterpret; the laws that still say they must say they are)  you may have no idea whom you spoke to or the source  of the information being used.
               There are some very smart individuals at work here behind the scenes  tricking all of us in to following one set of rules as we are being harmed by it and thinking those in charge did it, when the opposite is true. THOSE WHO WORK FOR THOSE  IN CHARGE HAVE BEEN OVERCOME BY THE DECEIVERS.
 That is what has happened too many of the past Congresses. They thought they knew what a law meant or said and it was not that all or the law was not clear enough so it could be misinterpreted by those with an evil intent and not something humane and good for the people or the nation,. Many injured workers  have been overpaying Part B Medicare premiums for decades and every attempt for judicial review of the matter gets halted.  usually do to reinstatement of the  workers comp payments but for me by this cabal disappearing the files form the hearing office at SSA. Few know the history of the law, etc. and what went on 30 years ago and that is how rumor and gossip over takes us and become our rules to live under. So part of what is needed is that history. for recent laws, its difficult, not being on the inside at work now.. But many  in the government offices now do not seem to have access to that history either. and many of the new laws, are quoting from original overriding ones and few seem to know. and I am aware of the history of what has occurred for that situation to exist and its not good.

        I do need to make this brief and get back to some research and things we are  working on, as that mountain  of paper work keeps growing  A loved one just got another letter from ACS ET AL  that is  filled with these deceptive techniques and misleading information that does not agree with federal judges nor those in  the government who do know  but can do nothing  any more as CONGRESSES HAVE GIVEN AUTHORITY  OVER TO A BEAST SYSTEM  WHICH HAS BEEN ABLE TO STOP EVEN OUR DUE PROCESS RIGHTS TO GET APPEALS AND FILINGS TO THOSE WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO CLARIFY THINGS AND NOTIFY CONGRESS TO ACT.
If the President did this by executive order, it could only make things worse and maybe that is why some of those have had so much unhappiness over some of them.
       Once upon a time in the USA, Congress used to have grave concern bout information to the public be clear and all our rights well understood by even those with minimal education. All  that has ended with the over throw into this cabal. The government does not even know how many work there any more as we o=transferred to workers compensation jurisdiction have BEEN DELETED ON THE MISINTERPRETATION OF THE LAWS BY THIS CABAL AND CURRENT HIRED HAND CEO LYNN BLODGETT WHO SAY WHAT HE OR  HIS BOSS SAYS THEY WANT THE TRUTH TO BE AND ISN'T. ACCORDING TO 17 APPELLATE FEDERAL JUDGES AND THE LAW AND THE DOCUMENTED FACTS.  All of the real information withheld form any one they tell all the misinformation to. who have no way to refute it as they have no access to the original documents ,  or even he judges orders.  and rulings.
 My prayers to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS THAT THIS CONGRESS BE THE GREATEST ONE EVER IN THE HISTORY OR THIS NATION.  For those of other faiths or no Faith think good thoughts for their success.
  IF THIS CONGRESS FAILS THE PEOPLE OR THE NATION WE MAY NOT SURVIVE THIS. AS MANY OF US MAY NOT SURVIVE  WHAT HAS ALMOST TOTALLY BEEN PUT IN PLACE OVER THE LAST FEW DECADES BY SOME VERY SMART BUT EVIL  MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES.
 Not all are going to agree politically on all matters. But you can all work together to not deceive the full legal meaning of intent of what is being voted on. Then the real issues of the matter can be debated for the US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE TO BE FOLLOWED. "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.;"
 Thanks to the ALMIGHTY  that I am still alive. AND THANKS TO ALL THE EARTHLY ANGELS WHO HAVE DONE THINGS WE MAY NEVER  EVEN KNOW ABOUT TO KEEP ME ALIVE.  Each one of us has worth  to humanity, even if we are not all famous or our good deeds known of. As one of faith, all prayers are heard and answered  even if we are not ware of how or when , etc. KEEP THE FAITH AND KEEP LOOKING UP  TO  BETTER  CHOICES MADE BY ALL.
