As the heading for this blog says; this started out to keep track of personal investigations as to why the laws, judges and govt contract terms were being ignored with regard to my own cases and claims and why the govt could not do anything about it or would not. It was not easy as much of this is well hidden. AND OFTEN REAL WRATH AND RETALIATION OCCURRED WHEN I FOUND OUT. WHAT ALREADY HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A COUPLE OF DECADES ALREADY.
When one opens the phone book or looks up a listing for a govt office on line and makes the call,just who do you think you are speaking to?
A REAL GOVT EMPLOYEE THAT IS SUBJECT TO AUDIT CONTROLS OF WHAT THEY DO AND IF THEY BREAK THE LAW ARE SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND? Very often you are not, You are specking to a persona who works for one of the myriad of interlocked companies and partners of ACS, etc al and its massive. AND ITS GETTING BIGGER AND BIGGER AS WE HEAD IN TO THE NEXT PHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND THE BIG ENTITIES CAN CROWD UT ANY INDEPENDENT ENTITY THAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET A GOVT CONTRACT AND UPHOLD THE LAWS AND DO THE JOB WITH ETHICS AND INTEGRITY.
The mergers and acquisitions are going on so fast, even the on line newsletters form those much more expert than I and will lots of resources to know are finding it hard to keep up. Federal regulatory agencies have had their 'hands tied' by Congresses passing restrictions lobbied for by this cabal that is represented by more than one corporate name and entity,
Its a maze and one I wish I did not have to be struggling to figure out. If it were not for my very life being threatened to be ended by this bunch, I would rather be doing something else. But WE ARE CALLED TO DO SOME THINGS AND THIS MUST BE WHAT I AM TO DO. TRY TO HELP OTHERS TO BE AWARE AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE ACTIONS AS TOO MANY HAVE DIED AND MORE BEING THREATENED WITH LOSS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD NOW OVER IT. EVERY INDIVIDUAL AND HOUSEHOLD AND BUSINESS IS UNDER THEM IN SOME WAY OR MULTIPLE WAYS, NOW. And dealing with them often means no one cares about due process rights or concern over laws being obeyed. CERTAINLY NO CONCERN FOR JUDGES ORDERS TO BE FOLLOWED AS WE HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY OF THEM AND THIS BUNCH IGNORES THEM AND NO ONE IN THE GOVT CAN CARRY THEM OUT EITHER AS THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO ANYMORE.

Govt debts last forever and if tour Medicare claims were turned in to multiples and the money stolen and diverted by the federal reserve by the partner of the govt, your owe the money even if you had nothing to do with the theft and can not stop it. Our writings sand attempts show its impossible for one person to do what the entire govt cannot. CURRENTLY NO ONE WILL PROCESS A WAIVER EITHER SO OUR US CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE TRASHED AND SHREDDED ALONG WITH GOVT FILES AND DELETED LIKE COMPUTER RECORDS HAVE BEEN. The attitude is one of helplessness to do any thing, by those who used to be in charge in the govt and now find they have no power to do anything to make things right any more. when faced with a situation like ours and mine that makes it very clear THE OVERTHROW OF THE GOVT HAS HAPPENED.
The last land grab could be against all those with debts to the govt, many may not even know exist on their records. and THIS BUNCH IS BEING PUT IN CHARGE AND THEY ARE NOT BOUND BY THE LAWS OF THIS LAND UNTIL A CONGRESS DECIDES TO REINSTATE THEM UNDER OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT.
Which at present is in chaos and nothing can be done as none are able to even investigate them.
MY REAL DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT 95% did not vote and this cabal will just go on and control things as they will have the influence through their money to do so and other skulduggery ways , etc. ITS ONLY WITH A STATISTICAL 'ALL' VOTING CAN WE THE PEOPLE EXERT THE POWER OVER OUR SELVES AGAIN.

In the 80;s we had a new economic philosophy emerge again with a new twist.
The rich and powerful would do what is right and good if they were given tax breaks.
IT FAILED, AND MUCH OF THAT IS DUE TO A CHANGE IN OUR TAX CODE FEW EVER MENTION.
Even though the tax rates were very high for those with great income, but all of us had a charitable deduction that was more of the total. Now, its nonexistent for most.
I was an EYEWITNESS TO THE COMPLAINTS GOING ON AND PROPAGANDA BEING SPEWED OUT AT THE TIME.
The propaganda spewed out was that the charitable deduction was being gradually done away with as it CONTROLLED BEHAVIOR ' AND GOVT SHOULD NOT BE DOING THAT. THE RICH SAID THEY WOULD BEHAVE AND DO GOOD THINGS IF THEY HAD THE TAX BREAKS WITHOUT THE CONTROLLING DEDUCTIONS TO REDUCE IT. THEY WERE GIVEN THE TAX BREAKS AND THEN SHIPPED OUR JOBS OVER SEAS AND DID NOT DO THE CHARITABLE THINGS EITHER. WE GOT CONNED. AND SCAMMED BIG TIME AND THEN THEY CAME AFTER THE OVER THROW OF THE GOVT ITSELF.
At the end of the year, newspapers would publish IRS charts and show if one gave $X of money to charity or non profit, then and their income was in a certain bracket, the giving would lower them into another income bracket where the tax rate was lower and one ended up paying less taxes or was more the same, but our charities were helped..
Many took that and gave at the end of the year and ended up with the same or less money to give to Uncle Sam. THE EXTREMELY WEALTHY COULD DONATE HOSPITAL WINGS AND SET OF FOUNDATIONS TO HELP THOSE IN NEED AND THE REST OF US COULD ADD SOME MORE TO OUR DONATION TO THE LOCAL TOYS FOR TOTS OR OTHER CHARITY. THEY SAVED BIG BUCKS AND WE GOT A SMALLER TOKEN BENEFIT.
So those high tax brackets for the wealthy, really did not exist if they helped out others in humanity for those less fortunate and that means we, the people were 'controlling ' their behavior. Pay UNCLE SAM OR PAY TO HELP OTHERS. WAS THE CHOICE GIVEN. OF COURSE, THEY COULD REDUCE THAT HIGH TAX BRACKET BY JUST HIRING MORE WORKERS OR PAYING THOSE THEY DID HAVE BETTER AND GIVE MORE BENEFITS.
WE CONTROLLED THEM BY MAKING THEM PAY HIGH TAXES OR USE THE MONEY TO HELP OTHERS IN THEIR EMPLOY OR ELSEWHERE, ETC/.
There is only one tax that allows true freedom and that is the consumption tax, or sales tax. with modern computer sytems, it could be done. with one cent added for every 5 dollars or up or some such purchase on non food or non medical items, etc. THE WEALTHY BUY MORE AND PAY MORE THAT WAY. DO NOT FORGET, THEY HAVE THEIR HIGH INCOMES BECAUSE WE ALL BOUGHT THEIR GOODS OR SERVICES.
WE HAVE THINGS IN SOCIETY WE HAVE TO SHARE OUR MONIES TO TAKE CARE OF FROM SCHOOLS, AND ROADS AND EVEN HEALTH CARE and anything else our elected representatives decide for us.
We are almost to the point , in this world, where money is not the method of exchange any more, Its credits. on a computer system. We get so many from our sources and them we purchase from that and part of what we get is given to our govts to take care of those things we must do collectively.
and if we do not like what is done, then our recourse is th ballot box to elect those who will listen to us. We all pay taxes either directly or indirectly through our purchases.
THIS ELECTION HAS BEEN A WAKE UP CALL FOR SOME WHO HAVE FORGOTTEN WHOM THEY REPRESENT. BUT IT WAS NOT 'ALL' OF US THAT VOTED AND HAD OUR SAY AND WE MUST DO BETTER IF WE DO NOT LIKE WHAT IS GOING ON. I DON'T AND KNOW OF VERY FEW WHO DO.
NOW IS THE TIME TO LET THOSE WE ELECTED KNOW WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO. WE MAY NOT AGREE, BUT WE DO NEED TO VOICE OUR CONCERNS AND IDEAS AND ITS THEM WHO NEED TO SORT THROUGH AND COME UP WITH THE BEST WAYS TO GET THINGS DONE. OUR VOICES WILL NOT BE HEARD UP AGAINST BIG MONEY, IF WE DO NOT LET OUR WISHES BE KNOWN/
If you are not registered to vote, now is a good time to get that done as next year and through out often there are local issues to be voted on and those are very important as this international cabal comes into our local communities and takes over there , too. The US CONSTITUTION IS SET UP FOR A BALANCE OF POWERS BETWEEN THE LOCAL AND THE FEDERAL GOVTS AND NEITHER IS TO HAVE ENTIRE CONTROL OF OUR LIVES. IN FACT, GOVT SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM OF CONTROL OF IT FOR TRUE FREEDOM AND JUSTICE TO PREVAIL.
TOO MANY LAWS ARE PASSED AND HAVE BEEN PASSED THAT ENSLAVE AND DO NOT EMPOWER INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM IN TOO MANY WAYS. WE THE PEOPLE , DO UNDERSTAND AND OUR INPUT NEEDS TO BE HEARD ON MATTERS.

Our condolences and prayers for the family and loved ones of those who lost life in the accident last Tuesday that got us caught in traffic and had to reschedule medical appts and return home. The last two times we headed out for Dallas this has occurred and we got stopped in traffic as the accidents had just occurred just ahead of us. And we got trapped unable to turnaround and get off the road. May the next time we go be a safe trip for every one on the roads and all be safe on the roads. wherever you be traveling to or for what ever purpose. AMEN
