One person complained because the call to let her know that her prescription was ready at Walmart was not her med.
I replied that several major pharmacies are using this software program and its also a check and balance against major fraud that must be all too commonplace.
I wrote about my experience some time ago. After having major surgery on my sinuses to create 'windows' and help them to drain better to stop recurrent infections and it has helped immensely over the years since 7/07 although the bill is still under appeal and disappeared in to the mitts of CEO Blodgett at the Miami Medicare hearing office at is got coded wrong to make it look like a non work related injury. and ended up with the office manager for the ear Nose and Throat doctor blaming me for not being able to straighten out the whole corrupted health care mess inside these govt contractors. A a doctor for my sinuses that bleed at times. And I lost an excellent doctor over it. He has still not been fully paid and Medicare illegally paid what was paid for as if it was a more simple procedure usually done in the office. This was major surgery.. and I was kept over night.
AFTERWARDS I WAS PRESCRIBED A NARCOTIC PAINKILLER. Enough for a week or so.
Months later I answered the phone and their computer was telling me that the doctor would have to be notified to OK a renew the script. This was not my local pharmacy as we had gotten it filled at a pharmacy near the hospital so I could take the med as soon as possible as I was in pain .after the anesthesia began wearing off etc. I never even took the whole bottle and definitely was not trying to order more.
First this can get one on a 'watch list' as a potential drug abuser and that can be horrendous invasion of privacy and defamation of ones character. and that cannot get corrected either.
I had immediately contacted the pharmacy and found our what had occurred. The RX number had been called in. And then I called the doctor to say I was not trying to order a refill. and then I contacted the police and the DEA. NONE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT WAS INTERESTED IN LETTING THE ORDER GO THROUGH AND CATCH WHOMEVER SHOWED UP TO GET THE SCRIPT. TX LAW PROHIBITS A REFILL AND ITS THEM LEFT UP TO THE DOCTOR TO DEAL WITH AND LEAVE THE PATIENTS WITH CHARACTER DEFAMED IS MY OPINION.
WHO HAD THE RX NUMBER? It had only been about 10 days since I had sent in the yearly bills to federal workers comp now totally run by Affiliated Computer Services and they had the RX number on the claim submissions. No one else could have had it unless it was someone at the pharmacy in Tyler , TX But they would have known about the TX law forbidding renewals.. US Dept of Labor OIG never contacted me back either. THEY NEVER DO. .THEY NEVER DO, for any crimes that the aw says are crimes for over 25 years. WHY?
Maybe it was ACS not trying to get the meds but just causing me trouble. This is the tactics they use that go beyond just not paying the bills they are obligated and approved to pay. All of this was in the first Civil rights complaints field with HHS AND STILL NEVER DOCKETED IN at HHS Civil Rights office in Dallas, TX. HIPPA law does no good as govt contractors are not under that.
If there had been a call center under the US JUSTICE Dept they could have taken my complaint and details and added it to other similar complaints and the culprits caught but it could have been way up high in the govt contractor or govt? And that is not permitted to be stopped until Congress acts to allow it to again occur.. I suspect this due to all the pattern of illegal and unethical for years with this bunch that should never have been allowed to take over the govt.
So when a Pharmacy calls that your meds are ready and how much it is. BE THANKFUL YOU ARE BEING NOTIFIED. And if its not yours take action as all of us are now in charge of fraud investigations in this country as the govt is not and the patients is liable for any over payments. currently until HR 1063 is fully implemented and its almost two years now and the real criminal things going on. have not been addressed yet and why the original conditional payment law was passed in the first place back in 1980. but not enforced since 1994.. It was Sec of HHS Donna Shalala who wrote in her memo to o us HHS employees that the insurance industry could 'police ' itself. and I was still trying to work some after the 1/10/89 horrific injury that left me with progressive diseases." what plane does this lady think she is living on" was my comment to my co workers as we got our mail from our mailboxes that was still paper memos. although we were in an office with e mails between 11 different SSA sites. I knew how bad it had gotten before 1980, and what is going on since then and now is so much worse with real DEATH PANELS and there is no one in the govt to stop it until congress does something to allow it to be stopped.
I have no direct proof that someone at ACS did this. theft f RX number and called the pharmacy, but at the time, no one else could have seen or even had access to the pill bottle to know. And the only party that had the RX number was ACS. as all the bills were being dumped onto Medicare then and have been for everyone illegally since 1/1/06 when Part D Medicare began and someone has a primary payer before Medicare. Blues never got this to even know due to that illegal mess OPM; contractors under ACS et al. engineered. ACS IS NOT ABOVE THIS KIND OF ILLEGAL TACTIC IS MY FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. AND THE CEO IS TO NOT BE INVOLVED IN IT AND IS RESPONSIBLE TO STOP IT IN THE COMPANY AND NOT BE DIRECTING IT AS HAS OCCURRED. SO ACS IS HE PERSONA OF INTEREST IN THIS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN TALKED TO. I ENDED UP TALKING TO SEVERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITIES AND ALL COULD NOT CROSS OVER TO THE OTHERS TO SHARE A PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR. BY SOME ONE OR ENTITY. A COMMON CENTER OF REAL FEDS UNDER THE US JUSTICE DEPT WOULD BE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THIS SO CRIME RINGS AND MULTIPLE OFFENDERS GET STOPPED.
SOME SORT OF PARTNERSHIP AMONG AGENCIES COULD BE PUT IN PLACE BUT ALL BEING REAL GOVT OFFICIALS WITH LOYALTIES TO THE PEOPLE OF THE USA FIRST AND FOREMOST AND NOT TO A FOR PROFIT INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION LINKED TO AN ELITE CABAL OF WORLD COMPANIES.
THE FIRST BUSINESS OF OUR NEW CONGRESS IS TO STOP THE THEFT OF OUR TAX DOLLARS BY THESE OUT OF CONTROL GOVT CONTRACTORS. IN ALL AGENCIES WHO HAVE OFTEN CONTRACTED TO THE SAME CABAL OF INTERLOCKED COMPANIES Under ACS ET AL.
ALL WHO ARE TO BE IN CHARGE OF GOVT FRAUD HAVE SAID AND EVEN IN WRITING THAT GOVT CONTRACTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE INVESTIGATED DUE TO CONGRESS NOT ALLOWING ANY MONEY TO BE SPENT. YET THAT IS WHERE THE MAJOR FRAUD AND OTHER ABUSES OF POWER ARE GOING ON RIGHT NOW. THE RANK AND FILE DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO MUCH RIGHT OR WRONG AT PRESENT IN MOST AGENCIES.
Even the few scam artist thieves who can be investigated as they are not govt contractors appear to be in collusion with the govt contractor or they would or could not have been allowed to steal into the 100 million dollar range. if they were doing their job. at all.
BUT SINCE THERE ARE NO INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS OF GOVT CONTRACTORS, NO ONE IN THE GOVT OR IN CONGRESS HAS ANY IDEA WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON INSIDE THESE ENTITIES AND HOW BAD IT REALLY IS.
We patients get overpaid if the wrong insurer or health plan is allowed to illegally collude to have Medicare pay, etc. and not coded for recovery as that relieves any liability from us or of the medical provider or supplier as its the govt's responsibility to get the money back, not ours as we can't do it up against this cabal. Neither can the govt in its disorganized state with no clearly defined and organized way to enforce the laws and no real govt officials to do so. And those over payments are against us or our estates and do you think this bunch will not make the last final land grab against our heirs in this.? Times are not good for many and many of our heirs may need our small estate to survive an dive in and plant a garden to eat if things do not get better and Congress take back this nation into our control.
Thanks for all those who did vote, but too many did not and we need you fully participating to let this bunch know the people rule. SSA still will not process one SSA 632 waiver form where one gives no personal financial info as 'its against equity and good conscience' to expect us to arrest someone and/or cancel a govt contract or stop what the US attys call the biggest organized crime ring in the history of the USA A RICCO case that is untouchable as Congress will not let any law enforcement touch a govt contractor.

First real honesty for 12 years, when we became personally affected by this coup as Arkansas Blues who was the main insurer in OK, TX NM until then paid their bills. Ill Blues , HCS HOLDINGS INC and I still do not know who they are. came and took over and any one with a MEDICARE card had them collude with Group Health (now Emblem Health International) who owns the Common Working File to make all of them have Medicare primary payer NOTHING LEGAL ABOUT ANY OF THIS THEY JUST DID IT AS A SECRET DEAL. EVEN GETTING MEDICARE JUDGES RULINGS WERE IGNORED AS THEY SAID"WE DO NOT CARE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS, OR THE LAW OR THE TERMS OF THEIR GOVT CONTRACT THAT ALWAYS HAS TO SAY THEY AGREE TO UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE LAND AND NOT TO ALTER DATA OF AN OFFICIAL POSTING AS OURS IS FROM THE US DEPT OF LABOR.
I HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT THIS SO MUCH OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND SO FAR CONGRESSES RATINGS GO DOWN AS NO ONE SEEMED TO WANT TO EVEN KNOW WHY GOVT IS NOT WORKING AND WHY THEIR RATINGS ARE SO LOW. In 1974, federal law enforcement for federal agencies and federally funded state and local programs came under the OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL SYSTEMS.
Every agency has one and in their regional offices. The political heads decide if there is to be an investigation and if any one is refereed for prosecution. If one is dealing with crimes committed by a rank and file civil servant, etc. then the system worked pretty well. BUT IF A HIGHER LEVEL OFFICIAL IS INVOLVED OR . IF MULTIPLE AGENCIES ARE INVOLVED, THEN THIS IS TO BE HANDLED BY THE US JUSTICE DEPT ITSELF.
With everything contracted out and where most of the crimes are committed and usually at the top of those companies who contract with multiple agencies and those contracts are given by higher level officials almost all current fraud is now under the US JUSTICE Dept. Yet currently there is not even any office there to contact. to report and file with. The one that had been there was a deadly joke for decades and lack of attn. to matters was a direct link to 9/11/01.. So we are ready for a real and better reorganization that can eventually be more spread out back to the regional offices, but still under JUSTICE. . Too often some cases did get prosecuted but all the criminals never brought to justice that were in on it due to this dismemberment of any kind of cohesive organization in the system. Congress has to work more closely with the Attorney general and we need one above any hint of unethical reproach or politically motivated. Congress needs to understand that we have a president with a certain political agenda that is not going to agree with everyone in office. BUT THEFT AND ABUSES OF POWER HAS NO PLACE IN ANY POLITICAL PARTY OR POLITICAL PERSUASION,.
I will know when things are working as they should when all my billions and income get paid as approved on an established federal workers comp case that was not controverted and established with permanent medical benefits already approved for life for liquid oxygen for the last 20 years,as of 1/10/ 89.
Its time for years of criminal activity destruction's and disappearance of files and lies an rumors and dirty tricks run amok, to end. SUGGESTION FOR REORGANIZATION TO MEET CURRENT NEED TO STOP FRAUD.
First of all, all who do the initial intake need to be federal employees. They are like the 911 operators one calls when a crime is being committed. And they are the first line person that could be subpoenaed if there is a trial. CURRENTLY THIS CABAL HAS HIRED COMPETENT NEWER PEOPLE BUT HAVE ACTUALLY TOLD THEM THEY COULD NEVER BE CALLED TO TESTIFY. and HAVE NOT TRAINED THEM ON MUCH OF THE FINER POINTS OF EVIDENCE AND LAWS THEY ARE TAKING REPORTS THAT HAVE BEEN BROKEN.
The whole attempt to stop real fraud is a SHAM AT PRESENT IN MANY AGENCIES.
Since much of what is going on is really under the US Justice Dept jurisdiction, then several govt officials need to be in call canters or initial screening centers under the Attorney general of the USA. and work with the local US attorneys. Hold some hearings and fine better refinements of these suggestions, please. But its imperative real change be made as we have no law enforcement now on major crimes on going.. that is costing us our lives and likelihoods and public monies.
There is going to be a new AG soon, and he or she could be one to set this up. Those contractor employees who meet the right background checks, etc. could be federalized. LAW ENFORCEMENT JUST CANNOT BE CONTRACTED OUR. ITS MADE A SHAM OF ANY WHISTLE BLOWER ACTIVITY PROTECTIONS ALSO. SSA IS ONE, THE LAST I CHECKED; THAT IS STILL UNDER REAL GOVT EMPLOYEES, BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO INVESTIGATE OR PROSECUTE GOVT CONTRACTORS EITHER AND THAT IS WHERE MOST IS NEEDED TO CHECK OUT. AS WELL AS THE FEW HIGH OFFICIALS THAT ARE PERSONS OF INTEREST IN MATTERS. WHICH, AGAIN IS THE JUSTICE DEPT JURISDICTION.
We caught HHS's OIG contractor colluding to cover up with Emblem Health International back in 4/14 in a kind of 'sting' operation we ran and they retaliated big time against me. Including the official that is to over see them. So whistle blower protections does not apply and this is where most of their initial reports is going to this corrupted mess. The has been written about before many times here.
(I have fond that if I Google my name and the name of a person or company in quotes separated by a + sign I can find almost any comment I have made on them in all that has been written since I got on line in late 2008. Others may know this who have been on one for almost 20 years now, I was not for many years. except for occasional searches while at a library or using another's computer.
Its still a learning process for me.)

Stopping a ' drug ring' getting meds illegally from a pharmacy should more easily be stopped as all the cases would be put together. In 2007 it was already bad, now what is going on? The govt is not in charge and is overwhelmed and over thrown is what is going on and good people are being victimized even more. CONGRESS DO YOU NOW UNDERSTAND WHY WE ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOU, WE ARE NOT THAT DUMB TO KNOW THIS CAN BE SOLVED AND STOPPED. And if some of you are in on the scams , you need to take a good look at yourselves and use your ethics and legal system in Congress to ferret out those influencing you not to do your best for us. and the nation. AND WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO SUPPORT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU TRYING YOUR BEST TO DO HAT IS RIGHT. WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF GOOD PEOPLE IN CONGRESS AND WE NEED TO SUPPORT YOUR EFFORTS TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT.
Right now, a cabal is able to escape detection as everything is so dismantled. and hidden. use of our public monies is not to be hidden form those who are entrusted to over see it.
Many times, in the past, errors in process and misinformation gets corrected and monies recovered even if there is no prosecutions which is a higher level of punishment for wrong doings.
The over all propose is to make sure that govt is working as our elected officials passed laws instructing what is to be done. If a law is not good and needs to be changed, then that can be found out sooner and amendments made. is my experience form years when govt did seem to work better for all.
Its the disasters inside the new Affordable CARE Act that should have been corrected before ever passed as much of the problems is this over all and pervasive corruption that was going on long before that law passed and the same cabal took over it.
Govt contacting has a purpose and they should be fairly compensated for the work done. BUT THEY ARE NOT TO BE CO EQUAL WITH THE GOVT. THAT IS AN OVER THROW OF THE GOVT.
GOVT HAS TO BE IN CHARGE AND THEY REPRESENT US AS THEY ARE OUR EMPLOYEES.
Most fraud gets caught starting with one individual witnessing something that is not right and contacting someone who is to be in charge. They need to be respected for being a good citizen or responsible visitor in our nation. Even if one is not legal, they deserve respect and the system deal with them and often their cooperation will grant legal status, etc. The information needs to be taken and added to process to find out what is gong on and what coercive action is needed for the laws to be complied with. Those here with out legal paper work, I CALL TRESPASSERS AND CHRISTIANS AND MANY OTHERS AS MEMBERS OF HUMANITY ARE CALLED TO FORGIVE THOSE WHO TRESPASS AGAINST US. That does not mean they might not have legal consequences to face in our system But we are to deal fairly and justly with all and our system allow compassionate judgement to be applied as we grapple with all those allowed to trespass into our nation and our broken system not come up with a humane way to deal with a real issue her and in other parts of the world. we can not forget that too much of exploitation of the trespassers did and is occurring. and that is on us for allowing the govt not to stop that.
A MAIN PURPOSE OF HOMELAND SECURITY BEING CREATED WAS FOR ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO BE ABLE TO SHARE INFORMATION. This is not occurring inside the federal govt and that is where most of our money Is being stolen and scammed - Whether it be Defense, Medicare or Agriculture. etc. WE HAVE BEEN HAD BIG TIME AND SUCKERED WAY TOO LONG.
Those who steal from us need to have their contracts cancelled and some go to jail like any other .'bank robber.'
And if contracting is the answer to get a job done, find a company that will deal ethically and lawfully for us. In this corrupted mess, any company that wants to do what is legal and ethical finds it hard to survive up against those not doing so in getting bids, for the jobs etc.
Someone high up in this world, has decided that civil service needs to be replaced. It was in ancient China the first civil service was begun?. No matter what form of govt one has and who is in charge, there has never been a better way to do govt than a rank and file civil service dedicated to carrying out the laws and doing it with fairness and justice for all.
Govt works with this kind of dedicated individuals dealing with the public whether it be under our US Constitution and elected officials or the ancient Emperor of China or anything in between.
This possible suggestion for reorganization does not mean there would not still be an OIG presence in each agency. each agency deals with laws and much technical knowledge of the programs in that agency. But in an intake center, one can screen for whether its one stealing Medicare funds by altering a computer system illegally, or whether some defense contractor stole someone elses's patent and used it. Tat is enough to get it to some one with the expertise to check it out. And then find out its the same entity doing both and why it needs to be in US JUSTICE under the original law.. Otherwise the over all magnitude of what is going on is missed. AND HAS BEEN MISSED TO THE DETRIMENT OF ALL US CAUGHT IN THE CORRUPTED MESS AND THAT IS NEARLY EVERYONE IN SOME WAY,
After almost 50 years around these programs on the inside and on the outside as a patient, I do think that we do not have masses of criminal types in the USA. Much of it has become institutionalized and stopping that, stops a lot. But we cannot let this continue. I need it to stop as I have been put under a real DEATH PANEL AND I CHOOSE TO LIVE.. A new Congress has a new chance to make things right and needs to do so. And someday when 95% of the people vote, it will be clear that they work for us and not for some money elite. Those who do well and work for us, we will keep you and those who don't we will replace you. we are sick and tired of being robbed of our lives an livelihoods and the wrongs being done affecting every facet of our lives negatively. Some may not know this, yet, but it does affect each and every one of us as govt regulates almost every facet of our lives in so many ways., and its all being or has been contracted out to unaccountable entities with international interests that are not OUR INTERESTS., WHAT;S WRONG WITH TAKING CARE OF OURSELVES FIRST?
We pray for your success as its our success for our own lives and livelihoods. This is not a suggestion to just keep throwing money at problems, but to spend it common sense wise and with an end result of liberty and self independence for each. Too often recent laws do not do that. as budget cuts are not replaced with meaningful changes that have an end result for the better life for each one of us.
