Spent the last few days resting and recuperating from respiratory infections and seem much better with still some cough.

Reports are grave that any have not shown up for early voting. EVEN IF WE DO NOT VOTE FOR THE SAME PEOPLE, ITS THE ACT OF BEING INVOLVED THIS CABAL DOES NOT WANT. A person I know shared a letter he got with me. His student loan had been waived based on permanent disability and this person also gets disability from other govt programs including social security. Its a real and bad disability. THESE STUDENT LOANS HAVE A MORE SEVERE LEVEL OF DISABILITY TO BE WAIVED THAN EVEN SSA has. as one is deemed to not be able to even go to school anymore,
Affiliated Computer Services has been running the student loan program for over a decade now (many names)and even class action law suits have been filed against them by some due to their unethical and mismanagement and whatever else is going on. One individual even had ended up with his name misspelled on the mailings form them and then that same misspelling started showing up on advertisements and appears they had sold the mailing list from a US Govt files. ACS has control of now. HAVE ANY OTHERS SEEM SOMETHING LIKE THIS OCCUR AS SOON AS THEY GET YOUR INFO. SELLING INFO FOR OUR GOVT FILES IS SUPPOSE TO BE ILLEGAL. BUT THIS CABAL IS NOT UNDER OUR LAWS AND NO ONE INVESTIGATES THEM. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO. AS IF ONES INJURY OR DISABILITY HAS MADE THEM NOT BE WORTHY OF BEING A PART OF HUMANITY ANYMORE. You all know my horrible scenario of my trying to stay alive with permanent medical benefits on Federal workers comp already on a non controverted established case In 2002 ACS TOOK OVER AND HAS SHREDDED RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND NO ONE IN THE US DEPT OF LABOR IS ABLE TO TAKE BACK CONTROL AT ALL. THEY ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO HAVE THE JUDGES ORDERS TO SEE OR FILES, ETC. facts are what CEO LYNN BLODGETT says they are and he's done a lot of lying as letters as reports have said he said. PLUS A MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD , FOR OUR MEDICAL CARE, IS MISSING ON MANY OF US IS WHAT HIS OWN EMPLOYEES WERE SAYING SHOWED ON THE SYSTEM BACK SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND WHERE IS THAT MONEY?
Now by setting up another company no one will have any workers cop benefits although ones employer will continue to pay the premiums and state money used to over see something they have already lost control of just as has occurred at the federal level.

So this person who has had their student loan 'PERMANENTLY' waived showed me a letter they got. EVERY SO OFTEN ACS 's company ,NELNET? IS SENDING OUT several pages questionnaire asking all kinds of info and if they have worked.
Under the 1974 Privacy law, agencies are allowed to share information for their own programs. SSA HAS THIS INFORMATION AND THEY ALREADY SEND OUT QUESTIONNAIRES TO ALL THOSE ON SOCIABILITY. PERIODICALLY AS SSA'S IS NOT CONSIDERED PERMANENT AND ALL HAVE REVIEWS UP UNTIL A CERTAIN AGE. BASED ON WHAT KIND OF DISABILITY AND THE POSSIBILITY OF MEDICAL RECOVERY/ Some within a year, others, three and others up to 9 years later should medical science find a treatment or cure for something considered progressive or incurable.. There is no reason this should not be a shared operation to check earnings since we are dealing with the same govt contractors throughout agency after agency.
SSA HAS A FORM THAT IS EASIER TO READ. THIS IS FINE PRINT AND A 'SET UP' FOR THE STUDENT TO MISS AN ITEM AND THEN ACS ET AL GETS PAID MORE TO SEND IT BACK AND PROCESS MORE AND NO WORK OCCURRED, ETC for their even need to fill out the form.
If real govt officials were sending these out, there would only be postage and paper costs to deal with .as salaries would already by paid. Maybe some systems time to run the letters. etc.,
I WAS RAISED TO HAVE A SENSE OF WHEN ONES PERSONAL LIBERTY IS BEING INFRINGED UPON THIS DOES AS THE LETTERS STARTED COMING TO THIS PERSON BEFORE A YEAR WAS UP. If person had self employment income, they would not even have filed a tax return yet.
The letter says ' WE ARE MONITORING YOU' AND THE TONE IS you have no privacy as we are in your life and have taken control of it. AND MOST HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS 'WE' IS.
SSA's came out last year and smeared those on disability lying that so many were working that are not suppose to be, etc as if all were crooks. At the end of all, th4re were few that had not reported but most were ok and reports had already been filed. etc. some work for some periods of time is allowed on their programs. Its complex so always report and find out the rules. on it, so you know your rights in the matter. Not everyone is trained to know all the fine points of the laws anymore.
When one is struggling due to disability and living on low level income, one should not be disrespected as if they were a burden to society as any one of us can have something happen to then and need help from others. THERE IS A PREVAIOIBG ATTITUDE BY THIS CABAL IN HARGE THAT IF ONE IS NOT ABLE BODIED , ONE IS NOT WORTHY TO BE ALIVE OR PART OF HUMANITY. But it is the reason those questionnaires do go out to find out what the income is that is showing up on ones earnings records at SSA
AGAIN, WHEN THE GOVT CONTRACTS OUT THERE IS SOME ISSUES OF SHARING INFO AS ALL ARE NOT GOVT OFFICIALS.
THE RIDICULOUS SITUATION WITH THE US DEPT OF EDUCATION'S ACS controller of the program is that the monitoring is to go on for three years, then what? NOTHING? FOR 50 YEARS OR MORE?
THIS IS WHY CONGRESS NEEDS TO HAVE THEE GOVT CONTRACTORS APPEAR AT THE HEARINGS SO THEY CAN FIND OUT THE PROCESSES BEING USED AND WHAT IS GOING ON AND NO ONE IN THE GOVT AGENCIES SEEMS TO KNOW OR WANT TO KNOW? if THEY DID KNOW, THEY NIGHT HAVE TO BE ARRESTED FOR CRIMES, THAT TO OFTEN IS GOING ON AS MONIES AND OTHER ABUSES OF POWER OCCUR,
WE END UP WITH EITHER IGNORANCE CAUSING PROBLEMS OR WORSE, REAL ABUSES AND THEFTS OF OUR MONIES AD AGAINST THE VERY ONES NEEDING OUR HELP THE WORSE.
