ACS-Xerox was the entity collecting their money and why I have never given them anything from my small amount to be shared due to their involvement. So I am asking if they are still in charge of this program? We do know they are involved with vets as govt contractors spending the govt's money in very integral , but often unseen ways,. SO are the recent ads, propaganda public relations for them or to really help the veterans? Some have been helped and that is good.
I also am asking Congressman Issa to investigate and ask Attorney General Holder on the issues of these govt contractors and all of our health care needs to ask him why some of the issues that have come up in my own fight for life as well as other agencies like at the Veteran Administration have not been addressed, as what is too often going on is criminal theft and causing loss of life. I always though if one die as a result of a crime committed, it was a felony murder charge and since the alleged criminals are now taking the fraud reports and doing the initial investigations for many agencies, where is the whistle blower protections? THEY DO NOT EXIST.
With real law enforcement, they are trained to protect witnesses up to the appoint of even letting it be known they exist until the defense counsel asks for the records for the trial.
Maybe the Judiciary committee should be asking some of these questions, too,]
This did not all start with the Obama administration, to be fair, but its gotten increasingly worse and to turn the fraud depts. over to the very ones documented as causing harm is unconscionable
Over at HHS, they hired new persons at the contractor to take the reports, and they naively have no idea anything they diligently put together is going no where but the trash can rather than the mandatory docketing in in Washington DC AT HHS HEADQUARTERS WHEN ITS ANY KIND OF A COMPLAINT AGAINST A PARTNER OF THE GOVT, that has not been being done through multiple administrations,.\
WE ARE GOING FROM BAD TO WORST AND OTHER CHAIRS OF CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES NEED TO STEP UP AS CHAIRMAN BERNIE SANDERS HAS AND START ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS OF THOSE WHO REALLY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ; THE HEADS OF THE GOVT CONTRACTORS,
One does not have to agree politically with all the parties that can help as theft and deaths is a very bi partisan matter to me. Preserve our monies for the direct intended purposes and our lives, and then Congress can debate on the best way to solve this nation's problems and listen to the real experts on the front lines of society that do know some answers. But in order to do that they have to be able to get accurate and truthful facts and figures and that has not been going on for decades as this cabal a has the govt contracts to figure out what the facts and numbers even are. THE SAME BUNCH! We the people suffer in many ways from it and the security of our Nation declines from our own internal corruptions let to fester and thrive for decades.

We do need to stop crime as we seem to always have a few who will take advantage in a free society. We have too often let them take control in hidden and powerful ways,
We need common sense regulations, and if we get them we don't need as many as the system works as the US constitution is designed to be carried out,
I AM GETTING A LITTLE TIRED OF RHETORIC OF BIG VERSUS SMALL GOVT WHEN THE ANSWER LIES IN THE DETAILS OF WHY AND HOW. ITS THE CROOKS WHO WANT LESS GOVT AND REALLY MEAN LESS OVERSIGHT AS THEY ALMOST HAVE NONE NOW. LAYING OFF THE CIVIL SERVICE AND REPLACING THEM WITH GOVT CONTRACTORS MAKES GOVT BIGGER , NOT SMALLER AND MORE EXPENSIVE AS WE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES HAVE A CLAUSE IN OUR JOB DESCRIPTION ...OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. We can be asked or ordered to go help out in some other area if our work duties are done or a bigger need exists somewhere else. Grant4ed some of this corruption has been gong on so ling in some agencies that higher level courted officials have filled the agencies with some of their own ilk and that is not good and why we have declined in to feet of clay and iron mixed together and it cannot support a giant of a nation when that occurs. ( For those who read the Bible that comes from the image of the beast in Daniel of future empires. ) The general wisdom is the foundation has to be strong to stand up for good as corruption will make it crack and collapse and we need not let that occur in this nation, as we do have the power of the ballot box, e yet and we need to exert the power of the people at electron time and keep it up until all those in office understand that we the people are boss and our monies are to be used for us to share our humanity with each other whether it be good schools for all, or health care and road ands bridges. And do it in the best and cost effective way whether it be as a govt program or not, Its a combination that works. Some need to be collective sharing as others leave each of us with independent control of our own lives is the better way so that the govt does not intrude on our personal lives, but can intercede when corruption and crime begins to occur, Govt contracting started out to be only for a specific job of high technical need, scanning papers though a computer to post to a web site is not high tech today and should be part of the over all civil service type jobs as they used to be and was the kind of work that one could be doing that along with other kinds of duties to help carry out the business of govt the most cost effective way with good cae and service being carried out in a better but different way., Veterans used to come home from war and using their VA preference get those civil service jobs., now, its minimum wage for a govt contractor if they can get a job at all; Worms CEO is getting paid far more than the head of any civil service agency, and the people are getting gouged over it.
Ancient Rome ran into problems with govt contracting out and it got corrupt and started causing rebellions where they had to have military put down and Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus got crucified suspected of a rebellion when he was innocent of any armed one, His rebellion was one of freedom of the soul and caring for one another that had been lost in the horrific corruption that had enslaved an entire Empire of the time.
But contracting out all is not the answer. Many if given ethical leadership will behave ethically if given the chance,
GOVT CONTRACTORS GET TO RENEGOTIATE FOR MORE MONEY WHEN THAT OCCURS?
got to get back to filing papers that may get shredded as has been going I on in a 25 year crime ring by this cabal; but some day there will be a final judgment for what has been done. Until then, we do need common sense law enforcement that stops the corruption before it takes complete and total control which is what Nation after nation has allowed this bunch to do.
